The 2130cn delivers crisp, professional documents and true-to-life colours.
Print quality is further enhanced by advanced print technologies: the
printer analyses document content to correct colour space and image
balance automatically, whilst advanced emulsion aggregation toner
not only improves the quality but also accelerates printing and uses
less power during the fusing process.
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY
The standard network connectivity allows printer access to be
shared by multiple users. With its high print speed of up to 16 pages
per minute (ppm) in colour and 20 ppm in monochrome, as well
as monthly capacity of up to 40 000 prints, the 2130cn will easily
handle the requirements of a workgroup or a small business.

The broad range of upgrade options includes a 250 sheet drawer,
duplexer and wireless printer adapter. The 2130cn will meet your

user thanks to the large LCD display as well as the simple menu-based
interface. Replacing cartridges in the easy-to-access side toner

SIMPLE MANAGEMENT
AND EFFORTLESS MAINTENANCE
Using the familiar browser interface, the Dell Printer
Configuration Web Tool makes managing the 2130cn
simple and intuitive. The Dell ColourTrack2TM tool
gives you total control over who can print in colour, and
how much. Dell Toner Management System alerts you
of low toner levels. However, if any of the colour toners
runs out the 2130cn offers a unique capability to continue
printing in black-and-white. Reordering toner is as simple as a few clicks
at the dedicated Dell website www.dell.com/supplies or supplies are
available from selected reseller partners.
LOW TOTAL COST OF PRINTING
Offering lower per-page cost and better convenience, the 2130cn is a
great alternative to outsourced colour printing. Combining low acquisition
price with cost-effective consumables, including economical, high
capacity toner cartridges, the 2130cn ensures a low total cost of printing.
ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLINESS
The 2130cn’s paper drawer supports the use of recycled
paper. The “N-Up” multiple-sheet feature reduces paper
consumption by enabling the printing of multiple pages
on a single sheet of paper. The Blue Angel and Energy
Star certified 2130cn uses 25% less power than
conventional models (source: www.energystar.gov). As
all Dell printers, it has also been designed to reduce the use
of materials and eliminate hazardous materials. Dell printer users can
return toner cartridges to Dell for recycling at no cost. Dell also helps
