traffic and also offer protection in dark-

ness and poor visibility and are suitable
for upper arms and ankles – ideal for
pedestrians, sportspeople, schoolchild­ren, cyclists etc.
Any other uses of or modifications to
the product are considered incorrect
and can lead to risks such as injuries
and damage. The distributor does not
accept liability for damage resulting
from incorrect usage. The product is not
intended for commercial use.

Caution! Not suitable for children of
under 36 months of age. Risk of swal­lowing small parts.
This article is not a toy. Keep this article
out of the reach of children.
Batteries can be hazardous to life if
swallowed. Thus this article and the cor­responding batteries must be kept out of
the reach of small children. In the event
that a battery is swallowed medical aid
must be sought immediately.
For safety reasons please read the inst­ruction manual and the safety instruction
very carefully and keep them in a safe
place, as they can be helpful in the
event of problems with your reflector
strips. The instructions are an integral
part of the product and must be passed
on with the product in the event of trans­fer to a third party.

Please keep the product information!
Do not make any modifications to the re­flector strips such as painting, sticking or
cutting as these have substantial effects
on function and safety.
Please check the condition and function
of the reflective strips at regular inter­vals. In the event of damage to, wear to
or failure of individual LEDs the function
is no longer assured. In this event the
reflector strips must be replaced and
disposed of correctly (see disposal).
Avoid looking directly into the beam
of light.
Help children to put the reflector strips on.
Remove the batteries from the reflector
strips if you do not use them for a longer
period.
Empty batteries must be removed from
the reflector strips immediately in order
to avoid battery leaks.
Leaking batteries must be removed from
the reflector strips immediately in order
to avoid damage. Caution! Leaking
or damaged batteries can cause acid
burns to skin on contact. Do not touch
the batteries with bare hands.
Batteries may not be dismantled, thrown
into fire or short-circuited.
Packaging materials and small parts
must be kept out of the reach of child­ren. There is a risk of suffocation.

Note!

These reflector strips increase visibility in
traffic and also offer additional protec­tion in darkness and bad visibility.
Extreme care must be taken in traffic,
even when using the reflector strips.

Note of batteries:

Batteries may not be dismantled, thrown
into fire or short-circuited.
Leaking or damaged batteries can
cause acid burns to skin on contact. Do
not touch the batteries with bare hands.
Batteries should not be stored in the
vicinity of children.

If a battery is swallowed please
immediately consult a doctor. Only use
batteries from the same manufacturer.
Insert the batteries into the battery
compartment in accordance with their
polarity.
Do not use a combination of old and
new batteries and storage batteries.
Store your batteries in a cool dry place
where they cannot become damp.
Never throw batteries into the fire.
Do not short-circuit batteries.
Single-use batteries will also lose some
of their power during storage.
Empty batteries or spent storage
batteries must be disposed of correctly.
Batteries may not be charged.
Store single-use batteries away from
spent batteries in order to avoid confu­sion.

Battery disposal:

Batteries and storage batteries may not
be disposed of with household waste.
You are bound by law to return used
batteries and storage batteries. After
use you can either return batteries to
our point of sale or somewhere in the
immediate vicinity (e.g. at the shop or
at communal collection points) free of
charge. Batteries and storage batteries
are marked with a rubbish bin with a
red cross through it and the chemical
symbol for the hazardous material,
namely ‘Cd’ for cadmium, ‘Hg’ for
mercury and ‘Pb’ for lead.

Push the battery out of the holder.
Then you can insert the new battery
(CR2032) into the holder. The positive
pole must face upwards. Replace the
battery holder into the battery compart­ment and close the Velcro closure.

Care instructions!

Clean the product with a dry cloth. In
the event of heavy soiling use a damp
cloth. Please do not use cleaning materi­als. The product cannot be washed. The
manufacturer is not liable in the event
of incorrect treatment or reckless use or
care.
Please inspect the product for damage
before use. Do not use the product if
damage is found.

Storage:

Store the product in a dry, well-ventila­ted place.
Do not expose the product to extreme
heat or cold (use between -20° and
+50°).
Remove the batteries during storage
and keep these separately.

Caution! Keep away from heat

sources and direct sunlight.

Disposal:

The packaging comprises 100% envi­ronmentally friendly materials that you
can dispose off at local recycling cen­tres. The product may not be disposed
of in household waste. Please enquire
with your community or municipal admi­nistration regarding possibilities for the
disposal of the product.

carefully from the compartment (do not
pull on the cable).

purchase date of this equipment. In the
event that this product is faulty you have

the same rights against the product sel­ler. These statutory rights are not limited
by the warranty described below.

Warranty conditions:

The warranty period begins on the
purchase date. Please keep the original
receipt in a safe place. This document is
required as proof of purchase.
In the event that a material or manufac­turing fault occurs within three years of
the purchase date then we will either
repair or replace the product free of
charge, as we choose. This guarantee
requires that the defective product is
presented within the three-year period
with proof of purchase (receipt) and a
brief description of the defect and when
it occurred.
If the defect is covered by our warranty
then you will receive either the repaired
product or a new product. The repair
or replacement of the product does not
mark the beginning of a new guarantee
period.

Prosimy o zachowanie informacji o

Nie należy wprowadzać zmian do
pasków odblaskowych, np. malować
ich, oklejać czy przecinać, ponieważ
może mieć to negatywny wpływ na ich
działanie i bezpieczeństwo.
Regularnie sprawdzać stan i działanie
pasków odblaskowych. W przypadku
uszkodzenia, zużycia lub awarii
poszczególnych diod LED nie można
zapewnić prawidłowego działania
pasków. Paski odblaskowe należy
wtedy wymienić i odpowiednio usunąć
(patrz punkt Usuwanie).
Nie kierować wzroku bezpośrednio w
strumień światła.
Pomagać dzieciom przy zakładaniu
pasków odblaskowych.
Jeśli paski nie są używane przez
dłuższy czas, wyjąć z nich baterie.
Rozładowane baterie natychmiast
wyjąć z pasków odblaskowych, aby
uniknąć rozlania baterii.
Rozlane baterie natychmiast wyjąć z
pasków odblaskowych, aby uniknąć
uszkodzenia pasków. Ostrożnie!
Rozlane lub uszkodzone baterie mogą
spowodować poparzenie skóry. Nie
dotykać baterii gołymi rękami.
Nie rozkładać baterii na części, nie
wrzucać do ognia i nie zwierać.
