Thank you for purchasing this CLARKE folding mitre saw stand.
Before attempting to use this product, please read this manual thoroughly and
follow the instructions carefully. In doing so you will ensure the safety of yourself
and that of others around you, and you can look forward to your purchase
giving you long and satisfactory service.
GUARANTEE
This product is guaranteed against faulty manufacture for a period of 12
months from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt which will be
required as proof of purchase.
This guarantee is invalid if the product is found to have been abused or
tampered with in any way, or not used for the purpose for which it was
intended.
Faulty goods should be returned to their place of purchase, no product can
be returned to us without prior permission.
This guarantee does not effect your statutory rights.

SAFETY WARNINGS
1. The maximum capacity of this mitre saw stand is 100 kgs. On no account
must this be exceeded.
2. Do not climb on the mitre saw stand or use as a step ladder, as this could
cause severe damage.
3. Take care when placing a load on to the mitre saw stand, It should be
placed gently so that the strain is taken up gradually.
4. Always check the mitre saw stand for wear, damage or loose parts before
use.
5. Always ensure you are working on a firm flat surface, and that the mitre
saw stand is completely stable.
Read instruction manual before use.

ASSEMBLY
IMPORTANT: Always ensure that before mounting a Mitre Saw, you take into
consideration the type of cuts and the size of the workpiece you will be
working with. Stability of the table is of paramount importance. Take extra
care if working with large or very long pieces, extra support may be
required.
SETTING UP THE MITRE SAW STAND
1. Press the locking pin inwards and
rotate each leg into position.
• The locking pin will locate into a
second hole when secure.
2. Repeat for all four legs.
3. Slide a roller into each end of the
frame.
4. Adjust the roller to the desired
height and secure with a height
locking knob.
• Ensure the roller is inserted as
shown noting the position of the
stop bar.
5. Place the mounting brackets on
the frame but do not tighten the
clamps.

6. Place the mitre saw onto the two
mounting brackets and slide the
carriage bolts from beneath the
bracket and through the holes in
the base of the mitre saw. The flat
washer / spring washer and nuts
are then used to secure the mitre
saw.
NOTE: If your mitre saw does not
have suitable holes for
mounting to this stand, it
should be mounted on to a suitable board at least 15 mm thick, and
the board, with mitre saw, secured to this stand using suitable bolts.
7. Finally, tighten the tool support
clamps using the handles.
NOTE: Check before use that the
range of motion on the mitre
saw is not restricted in any way
by the carriage bolts. if it is
mount the mire saw on to a
suitable board of at least 15
mm thick as mentioned
previously.
ROLLERS AND WORKSTOPS
You can flip the work stops located on
the rollers into position to provide you
with a positive stop.
The rollers together with the work
stops may be extended as required.
1. Loosen the length adjustment
knob.
2. Adjust to the required position.
3. Retighten the length adjustment
knob.
