Cleaning Limpieza

The cleaning of the Spring Roller must only be carried out by an adult.

Use a soft damp cloth to clean the toy. Do not submerge the

toy in water, in order prevent damage to its electronic circuit.

Protect the toy against heat, dust, sand, and water.

2. This product uses (2) 1.5v AA batteries. To replace the batteries, loosen the screw holding the battery cover with a Phillips

screwdriver and remove the battery cover. Insert the new batteries; checking to make sure the polarity (+/-) on the batteries matches the markings on the product. Replace the battery cover and secure with the screw.

1. To turn ON the Spring Roller, move the switch on the toy from the “O” (OFF) position to the “I” position (low volume), or to the “II” position (high volume). A happy melody will play when the toy is turned on. Pressing the center button activates three different melodies, rolling the toy also activates a melody, and moving the bee or turning the transparent roller activates amusing sound effects. Each end of the roller has activities for the the child to discover different characters. The window slides and the disk turns and produces and “click-clack” sound. Move the switch to the “O” position, to turn off the toy when not in use.

1. Para ENCENDER el Spring Roller, mueva el interruptor del juguete de la posición “O” APAGADO a la posición de volumen bajo, “I”, o a la posición de volumen alto, “II”. Al encender el juguete, se escuchará una entretenida melodía. Al presionar el botón del medio, con el dibujo de notas musicales, se activan tres melodías diferentes. Cuando el juguete rueda, se activa una melodía. Cuando el niño mueve la abeja o hace girar el rodillo transparente, se activan sonidos divertidos. Los extremos del Roller tienen actividades para que el niño descubra diferentes personajes. La ventanilla se desliza, el disco gira y se produce un sonido de clic-clac. Cuando no lo use, apague el juguete. Para ello, coloque el interruptor en la posición “O”.

Removing and Inserting Batteries

The toy uses 2 AA 1.5 volt batteries. Batteries must only be ﬁtted by an adult. Always keep batteries and tools out of reach of children.

• To replace the batteries, loosen the screw holding the battery cover with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the battery cover. Insert the new batteries; checking to make sure the polarity (+/-) on the batteries matches the markings on the product. Replace the battery cover and secure with the screw.

• Always remove exhausted batteries from the product to avoid damage by possible battery leakage.

• Always remove batteries when the product is not going to be used for long periods of time.

• It is recommended to use alkaline batteries of the same type in this product.

• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (ni-cad) batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.

• Always dispose of batteries properly.

• Do not short circuit battery terminals.

Cómo retirar y colocar las pilas

Este producto utiliza 2 pilas AA de 1.5 v. Las pilas sólo deben ser colocadas por un adulto. Siempre mantenga las pilas y las herramientas fuera del alcance de los niños.

• Este producto utiliza (2) pilas AA de 1.5v. Para reemplazar las pilas, aﬂoje el tornillo que sujeta la cubierta de las pilas con un destornillador Philips y retire la cubierta de las baterías. Inserte las nuevas pilas. Veriﬁque para asegurarse de que la polaridad (+/-) de las pilas coincide con las marcas en el producto. Vuelva a colocar la cubierta de las pilas y ajuste el tornillo.

• Retire siempre las pilas usadas del producto para evitar que un posible escape lo dañe.

• Retire siempre las pilas si el producto no será utilizado por un período prolongado.

• Se recomienda usar pilas alcalinas del mismo tipo en este producto.

• No mezcle pilas alcalinas, estándar (de carbono-zinc) o recargables (de níquel-cadmio). No mezcle pilas nuevas con pilas usadas.

• Siempre deseche las pilas en forma apropiada.

• No provoque un cortocircuito en los terminales de las pilas.
