1. Outline

Here is information regarding the SCSI Interface Board for GP200/215 series, “SCSI Interface
Board-C1” Ver. 3.03.

2. Details

The program modification in Ver. 3.03 are explained below:
2-1. The defect that a MacIntosh does not run after turning GP on, when MacIntosh and GP

SCSI-C1 are connected, has been corrected.
2-2. The defects that the GP’s control panel may lock and the PC may hang up if a paper

delivery jam of the document feeder occurs while scanning continuously with SCSI-C1
have been corrected.

3. Remarks

The IP firmware of GP200/215 needs to be upgraded to v59.04 or later in order to handle the
defects explained in Details 2-2. As for the problem explained in Details 2-1, the IP firmware of the
GP does not need to be upgraded to v59.04. To implement this modification v49.02 is
sufficient.
