DESCRIZIONE
Quadro comando per motoriduttori a 230V. Progettato e costruito interamente dalla CAME, rispondente alle vigenti norme di sicurezza UNI 8612. Garantito 12 mesi salvo manomissioni. Ricevitore radio monocanale su frequenza 433.92MHz.
La potenza nominale complessiva del motoriduttore non deve superare i 500W. La potenza complessiva degli accessori a 24V non deve superare i 5W.
Il quadro va alimentato (tensione 230V a.c., frequenza 50/60Hz) sui morsetti L1-L2, protetti in ingresso con fusibile da 5A. I comandi sono a bassa tensione (24V) protetti con fusibile da 630mA, con possibilità di utilizzo della stessa per l'alimentazione delle eventuali fotocellule.

Le fotocellule possono essere collegate e predisposte per:
-Riapertura in fase di chiusura (2-C1): le fotocellule, rilevando un ostacolo durante la fase di chiusura del cancello, provocano l'inversione di marcia fino alla completa apertura;
-Stop totale (1-2): arresto del cancello con l'esclusione del ciclo di chiusura automatica; per riprendere il movimento, agire sulla pulsantiera o sul
radiocomando;
FUNZIONI SELEZIONABILI
-Chiusura automatica: la chiusura inizia dopo un tempo prefissato (regolabile), a partire dalla completa apertura del cancello; è comunque subordinata all'intervento di eventuali accessori di sicurezza e si esclude dopo un intervento di "stop" o in mancanza di energia elettrica;
-Comando "uomo presente": il moto del cancello è attivo solamente mantenendo premuto il pulsante di comando (esclude il
funzionamento del radiocomando);

ATTENZIONE!
-Non installare più quadri ad una distanza inferiore a 4-5 m l'uno dall'altro, onde evitare anomalie di funzionamento.
-Il ricevitore deve essere sempre munito di antenna.
-É buona norma posizionare l'antenna il più alto possibile dal livello terra e lontana da strutture metalliche e in cemento armato.

DESCRIPTION
Control panel for 230V gearmotors.
This unit has been designed and built by CAME in accordence with current safety standards UNI 8612.
Single-channel radio receiver on 433.92MHz.
The rated power supply of the gearmotor must be not exceed 500W. The overall power of the 24V accessories must be not exceed 5W.
The control panel must be supplied (voltage 230V a.c., Frequency 50÷60Hz) on terminals L1-L2, protected by a 5A fuse on the power input. The controls operate at a low voltage (24V) protected by a 630mA fuse; the same low voltage can also used to supply the photocells, if fitted.
SAFETY FUNCTIONS
Photocells can be connected to obtain:
-Re-opening during closure (2-C1), if the photocells identify an obstacle while the gate is closing, they will reverse the direction of movement until the gate is completely open;
-Total stop (1-2), shutdown of gate movement without automatic closing; a
pushbutton or radio remote control must be actuated to resume movement.
FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE
-"Human presence" control: the gate is in motion only whilst the command button is pressed (escludes the radio control);
-Automatic closing: closure begins after a pre-established time span (which can be set), after the gate's complete aperture; it is nonetheless subject to the use of possible safety accessories and it is discontinued after a "stop" command has been given or
when power is unavailable;
OTHER ACCESORIES WHICH CAN BE CONNECTED
- Courtesy light (E1-E3): a light that comes on each time the opening command is activated and which stays on for 130 seconds (i.e. the garage’s outdoor light)
ADJUSTMENTS
- Trimmer TL = Operating time: 8" to 75";
- Trimmer TCA = Automatic closing time: 3" to 120".
ATTENTION!
- To prevent improper operation, do not install receivers at
distances of less than 4-5 m (between one receiver and the 165 another).
-The receiver must be equipped with an antenna.
-It is good practice to position the antenna as high as
possible from ground level, and as far away as possible from metallic structures in reinforced cement.

DESCRIPTION
Armoire de commande pour motoréducteurs en 230V.
Il a été entiérement conçu et réalisé par les Ets CAME, conformèment aux normes de sécurité en vigueur UNI 8612.
Récepteur radio monocanal sur frequence 433.92MHz.
La puissance nominal du motoréducteur ne doit pas dépasser 500W. La puissance total des accesoires à 24V ne doit pas dépasser 5W.
L'armoire doit être alimenté (tension 230V c.a., frequence 50÷60Hz) sur les bornes L1-L2 et protégé en entrée par un fusible de 5A. Les commandes sont à basse tension (24V) avec protection par un fusible de 630mA et la possibilité d'utiliser cette basse tension pour l'alimentation des éventuelle photocellules.
SECURITÉ
Il est possible de brancher des photocellules et de les programmer pour:
-Réouverture en phase de fermeture(2-C1), les photocellules provoquent l'inversion de marche jusqu'à l'ouverture complète si elles relèvent un obstacle durant la phase de fermeture du portail;
-Stop total (1-2), arrêt du portail et désactivation d’un éventuel cycle de fermeture automatique; pour activer de nouveau le mouvement, il faut agir sur les boutonspoussoirs ou sur la radiocommande;
FONCTIONS SÉLECTIONNÉES
-Commande "personne présente": le mouvement du portail n'est activé que si on continue à appuyer sur le bouton de commande (qui exclut le fonctionnement de la radiocomande);
-Fermeture automatique: la fermeture commence après un temps préétabli (réglable), à partir de l'ouverture complète du portail; elle est néanmoins subordonnée à l'intervention de dispositifs de sécurité éventuels et est exclue en agissant sur le bouton "stop" ou en cas de coupure de courant;
AUTRES ACCESSOIRES POUVANT ÊTRE BRANCHÉS
- Lampe de courtoisie (E1-E3): point de lumière qui s’allume à chaque commande d’ouverture et reste allumé pendant 130 secondes (ex. lumière externe garage)

ATTENTION!
-Lorsqu'on installe plusieurs récepteurs, la distance séparant les récepteurs ne doit pas être inférieure à 4-5 m, ceci afin d'eviter un mauvais fonctionnement.
-Le récepteur doit toujours être équipé d'une antenne.
-Il faut positionner l'antenne le plus haut possible par rapport au sol et loin de structures métalliques et en béton armé.

BESCHREIBUNG
Steuerung für 230V-Getriebemotoren.

Volkommen von der CAME entwickelt und hergestellt, gemäß den gültigen Sicherheitsvorschriften UNI-Norm 8612. Gehäuse aus ABS für Außenmontage und Schutzklasse IP54 mit Antennenanschluß.
Die Gesamtnennleistung des Getriebemotors darf 500 W nicht überschreiten. Die Gesamtleistung des 24V-Zubehörs darf 5W nicht überschreiten.
Die Steuerung wird über die Klemmen L1-L2 versorgt (Spannung 230 V A.C., Frequenz 50/60 Hz) und am Eingang durch eine 5A Sicherung geschützt. Der Steuerkreis wird mit Niederspannung (24V) versorgt und durch eine 630mA Sicherung geschützt; er dient ebenfalls zur Stromversogung der eventuellen Photozellen.
SICHERHEITSVORRICHTUNGEN
Die Lichtschranken können für folgende Funktionen angeschlossen bzw. vorbereitet werden:
-Wiederöffnen beim Schließen (2-C1), die Lichtschranken ermitteln ein Hindernis während des schließens vom Tor und lösen die Umkehr der Laufrichtung vom Tor aus, bis dieses wieder vollständig geöffnet ist;
-Totalstop (1-2), sofortiger Stillstand des Tores mit Ausschluß eventueller Schließautomatik: Fortsetzung des Torlaufs über Drucktasterbzw.
Funksendersteuerung;
WAHLFUNKTIONEN
-Funktion "Bedienung vom Steuerpult": Die Torbewegung wird nur dann aktiviert, wenn der Steuerknopf gedrückt gehalten wird (Ausschluß der Bedienung durch Fernsteuerung);
-Schließautomatik: Das Tor schließt sich nach einer festgelegten Zeitspanne (einstellbar), die ab dem vollständigen Öffnen des Tors abläuft. In jedem Fall aber ist die Schließautomatik dem Zuschalten von eventuell vorhandenem
Sicherheitszubehör untergeordnet und wird nach einem erfolgten "Stop" oder bei
Stromausfall ausgeschlossen.
ANDERES ANSCHLIEßBARES ZUBEHÖR
- Torbeleuchtung (E1-E3): Ein Lichtstrahler, der bei jedem Öffnen des Tors eingeschaltet wird und 130 Sekunden lang an bleibt (z.B. Außenbeleuchtung Garage)
EINSTELLUNGEN
- Trimmer TL = Laufzeit: von 8" bis 75";

ACHTUNG!
-Bei Einsatz von mehreren Empfängern sind diese, zur Vermeidung von Betriebsstörungen, mindestens 4-5 m voneinander entfernt zu installieren.
-Das Empfangsgerätes muß immer mit Antenne ausgerüstet werder.
-Es empfiehlt sich die Antenne so weit wie möglich von Boden und von Metall-bzw. Stahlbetonstrukturen entfernt zu installieren.
