Safety Notes
General Power Tool Safety Warnings
Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings
and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your mainsoperated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless)
power tool.
Work area safety
f Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas
invite accidents.
f Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres,
such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or
dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust
or fumes.
f Keep children and bystanders away while operating a
power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
Electrical safety
f Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify
the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with
earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified plugs and
matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.
f Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces,
such as pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerators.
There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is
earthed or grounded.
f Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions.
Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric
shock.
f Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying,
pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away
from heat, oil, sharp edges and moving parts. Damaged
or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
f When operating a power tool outdoors, use an exten-
sion cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable
for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
f If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoid-
able, use a residual current device (RCD) protected
supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
Personal safety
f Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common
sense when operating a power tool. Do not use a power
tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while op-
erating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
f Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye
protection. Protective equipment such as dust mask,
non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used
for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
f Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in
the off-position before connecting to power source
and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool.
Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or energising power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
f Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning
the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a ro-
tating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.
f Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at
all times. This enables better control of the power tool in
unexpected situations.
f Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewel-
lery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from
moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be
caught in moving parts.
f If devices are provided for the connection of dust ex-
traction and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of dust collection can re-
duce dust-related hazards.
Power tool use and care
f Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool
for your application. The correct power tool will do the
job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
f Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it
on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with
the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
f Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the
battery pack from the power tool before making any
adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power
tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the power tool accidentally.
f Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and
do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or
these instructions to operate the power tool. Power
tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
f Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or bind-
ing of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other
condition that may affect the power tool’s operation. If
damaged, have the power tool repaired before use.
Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power
tools.
f Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained
cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind
and are easier to control.
f Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in ac-
cordance with these instructions, taking into account
the working conditions and the work to be performed.
Use of the power tool for operations different from those
intended could result in a hazardous situation.
Service
f Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair per-
son using only identical replacement parts. This will en-
sure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

Safety Warnings for Angle Grinder
Safety Warnings common for Grinding, Sanding, Wire
Brushing or Abrasive Cutting Off Operations
f This power tool is intended to function as a grinder,
sander, wire brush or cut-off tool. Rea d all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations and specifications provided with this power t ool. Failure to follow all instruc-
tions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or
serious injury.
f This power tool is not recommended for polishing. Op-
erations for which the power tool was not designed may
create a hazard and cause personal injury.
f Do not use accessories which are not specifically de-
signed and recommended by the tool manufacturer.
Just because the accessory can be attached to your power
tool, it does not assure safe operation.
f The rated speed of the accessory must be at least equal
to the maximum speed marked on the power tool. Ac-
cessories running faster than their rated speed can break
and fly apart.
f The outside diameter and the thickness of your acces-
sory must be within the capacity rating of your power
tool. Incorrectly sized accessories cannot be adequately
guarded or controlled.
f The arbor size of wheels, flanges, ba cking pads or any
other accessory must properly fit the spindle of the
power tool. Accessories with arbor holes that do not
match the mounting hardware of the power tool will run out
of balance, vibrate excessively and may cause loss of control.
f Do not use a damaged accessory. Before each use in-
spect the accessory such as abrasive wheels for chips
and cracks, backing pad for cracks, tear or excess
wear, wire brush for loose or cracked wires. If power
tool or accessory is dropped, inspect for damage or install an undamaged accessory. After inspecting and installing an accessory, position yourself and bystanders
away from the plane of the rotating accessory and run
the power tool at maximum no-load speed for one
minute. Damaged accessories will normally break apart
during this test time.
f Wear personal protective equipment. Depending on
application, use face shield, safety goggles or safety
glasses. As appropriate, wear dust mask, hearing protectors, gloves and workshop apron capable of stopping small abrasive or workpiece fragments. The eye
protection must be capable of stopping flying debris generated by various operations. The dust mask or respirator
must be capable of filtrating particles generated by your
operation. Prolonged exposure to high intensity noise may
cause hearing loss.
f Keep bystanders a safe distance away from work ar ea.
Anyone entering the work area must wear personal
protective equipment. Fragments of workpiece or of a
broken accessory may fly away and cause injury beyond
immediate area of operation.
f Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces on-
ly, when performing an operation where the cutting accessory may contact hidden wiring or its own cord. Cut-
ting accessory contacting a “live” wire may make exposed
metal parts of the power tool “live” and could give the operator an electric shock.
f Position the cord clear of the spinning accessory. If you
lose control of the power tool, the cord may be cut or
snagged and your hand or arm may be pulled into the spinning accessory.
f Never lay the power tool down until the accessory has
come to a complete stop. The spinning accessory may
grab the surface and pull the power tool out of your control.
f Do not run the power tool while carrying it at your side.
Accidental contact with the spinning accessory could snag
your clothing, pulling the accessory into your body.
f Regularly clean the power tool’s air vents. The motor’ s
fan will draw the dust inside the housing and excessive accumulation of powdered metal may cause electrical hazards.
f Do not operate the power tool near flammable materi-
als.
Sparks could ignite these materials.
f Do not use accessories that require liquid cool ants. Us-
ing water or other liquid coolants may result in electrocution or shock.
Kickback and related warnings
f Kickback is a sudden reaction to a pinched or snagged ro-
tating wheel, backing pad, brush or any other accessory.
Pinching or snagging causes rapid stalling of the rotating
accessory which in turn causes the uncontrolled power
tool to be forced in the direction opposite of the accessory’s rotation at the point of the binding.
For example, if an abrasive wheel is snagged or pinche d by
the workpiece, the edge of the wheel that is entering into
the pinch point can dig into the surface of the material
causing the wheel to climb out or kick out. The wheel may
either jump toward or away from the operator, depen ding
on direction of the wheel’s movement at the point of pinching. Abrasive wheels may also break under these conditions.
Kickback is the result of power tool misuse and/or incorrect operating procedures or conditions and can be avoided by taking proper precautions as given below.
f Maintain a firm grip on the power tool and position your
body and arm to allow you to resist kickback forces. Always use auxiliary handle, if provided, for maximum
control over kickback or torque reaction during
start-up. The operator can control torque reactions or
kickback forces, if proper precautions are taken.
f Never place your hand near the rotating accessory. Ac-
cessory may kickback over your hand.
f Do not position your body in the area where power tool
will move if kickback occurs. Kickback will propel the
tool in direction opposite to the wheel’s movement at the
point of snagging.

f Use special care when working corners, sharp edges,
etc. Avoid bouncing and snagging the accessory. Cor -
ners, sharp edges or bouncing have a tendency to snag the
rotating accessory and cause loss of control or kickback.
f Do not attach a saw chain woodcarving blade or
toothed saw blade. Such blades create frequent kickback
and loss of control over the power tool.
Safety warnings specific for Grinding and Abrasive Cutting-Off operations
f Use only wheel types that are recommended for your
power tool and the specific guard designed for the selected wheel. Wheels for which the power tool was not de-
signed cannot be adequately guarded and are unsafe.
f The guard must be securely attached to the power tool
and positioned for maximum safety, so the least
amount of wheel is exposed towards the operator. The
guard helps to protect operator from broken wheel fragments, accidental contact with wheel and sparks that
could ignite clothing.
f Wheels must be used only for recommended applica-
tions. For example: do not grind with the side of the
cut-off wheel. Abrasive cut-off wheels are intended for
peripheral grinding; side forces applied to these wheels
may cause them to shatter.
f Always use undamaged wheel flanges that are of cor-
rect size and shape for your selected wheel. Proper
wheel flanges support the wheel thus reducing the possibility of wheel breakage. Flanges for cut-off wheels may be
different from grinding wheel flanges.
f Do not use worn down wheels from larger power tools.
Wheels intended for larger power tools are not suitable for
the higher speed of a smaller tool and may burst.
Additional safety warnings specific for abrasive cutting
off operations
f Do not “jam” the cut-off wheel or apply excessive pres-
sure. Do not attempt to make an excessive depth of cut.
Overstressing the wheel increases the loading and susceptibility to twisting or binding of the wheel in the cut and the
possibility of kickback or wheel breakage.
f Do not position your body in line with and behind the
rotating wheel. When the wheel, at the point of operation,
is moving away from your body, the possible kickback may
propel the spinning wheel and the power tool directly at
you.
f When wheel is binding or when interrupting a cut for
any reason, switch off the power tool and hold the power tool motionless until the wheel comes to a complete
stop. Never attempt to remove the cut-off wheel from
the cut while the wheel is in motion otherwise kickback
may occur. Investigate and take corrective action to elimi-
nate the cause of wheel binding.
f Do not restart the cutting operation in the workpiece.
Let the wheel reach full speed and carefully re-enter
the cut. The wheel may bind, walk up or kickback if the
power tool is restarted in the workpiece.
f Support panels or any oversized workpiece to minimize
the risk of wheel pinching and kickback. Large work-
pieces tend to sag under their own weight. Supports must
be placed under the workpiece near the line of cut and near
the edge of the workpiece on both sides of the wheel.
f Use extra caution when making a “pocket cut” into ex-
isting walls or other blind areas. The protruding wheel
may cut gas or water pipes, electrical wiring or objects that
can cause kickback.
Safety warnings specific for sanding operations
f Do not use excessively oversized sanding disc paper.
Follow manufacturers recommendations, when selecting sanding paper. Larger sanding paper extending be-
yond the sanding pad presents a laceration hazard and
may cause snagging, tearing of the disc, or kickback.
Safety warnings specific for wire brushing operations
f Be aware that wire bristles are thrown by the brush
even during ordinary operation. Do not overstress the
wires by applying excessive load to the brush. The wire
bristles can easily penetrate light clothing and/or skin.
f If the use of a guard is recommended for wire brushing,
do not allow any interference of the wire wheel or
brush with the guard. Wire wheel or brush may expand in
diameter due to work load and centrifugal forces.
Additional safety warnings
Wear safety goggles.
f Use suitable detectors to determine if utility lines are
hid den in th e wo rk ar ea o r call the local utility company
for assistance. Contact with electric lines can lead to fire
and electric shock. Damaging a gas line can lead to explosion. Penetrating a water line causes property damage or
may cause an electric shock.
f Release the On/Off switch and set it to the off posi tion
when the power supply is interrupted, e. g., in case of a
power failure or when the mains plug is pulled. This pre-
vents uncontrolled restarting.
f Secure the workpiece. A workpiece clamped with clamp-
ing devices or in a vice is held more secure than by hand.
Products sold in GB only: Your product is fitted with an
BS 1363/A approved electric plug with internal fuse (ASTA
approved to BS 1362).
If the plug is not suitable for your socket outlets, it should be
cut off and an appropriate plug fitted in its place by an authorised customer service agent. The replacement plug should
have the same fuse rating as the original plug.
The severed plug must be disposed of to avoid a possible
shock hazard and should never be inserted into a mains socket elsewhere.
Products sold in AUS and NZ only: Use a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual current of 30 mA or less.

Intended Use
The machine is intended for cutting, roughing and brushing o f
metal and stone materials without the use of water.
For cutting with bonded abrasives, a special cutting guide (accessory) must be used.
When cutting in stone, provide for sufficient dust extraction.
With approved sanding tools, the machine can be used for
sanding with sanding discs.

Technical Data
Assembly
Mounting the Protective Devices
f Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains
plug.
Note: After breakage of the grinding disc during operation or
damage to the holding fixtures on the protection guard/power
tool, the machine must promptly be sent to an after-sales
service agent for maintenance (for addresses, see section
„After-sales Service and Customer Assistance“.
Protection Guard for Grinding
Place the protection guard 5 on the spindle collar. Adjust the
position of the protection guard 5 to the requirements of the
operation and lock the protection guard 5 with the locking
screw 6.
f Adjust the protection guard 5 in such a manner that
sparking is prevented in the direction of the operator.
Protection Guard for Cutting
f For cutting with bonded abrasives, always use the pro-
tection guard for cutting 12.

f Provide for sufficient dust extraction when cutting
stone.
The protection guard for cutting 12 is mounted in the same
manner as the protection guard for grinding 5.
Cutting Guide with Dust Extraction Protection Guard
The cutting guide with dust extraction protection guard 22 is
mounted in the same manner as the protection guard for
grinding 5.
Auxiliary Handle
f Operate your machine only with the auxiliary handle 3.
Screw the auxiliary handle 3 on the right or left of the machine
head depending on the working method.
Hand Guard
f For operations with the rubber sanding plate 18 or with
the cup brush/wheel brush/flap disc, always mount the
hand guard 16.
The hand guard 16 is fastened with the auxiliary handle 3.
Mounting the Grinding Tools
f Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains
plug.
f Grinding and cutting discs become very hot while
working; do not touch until they have cooled.
Clean the grinder spindle 4 and all parts to be mo unted.
For clamping and loosening the grinding tools, lock the grind-
er spindle with the spindle lock button 1.
f Actuate the spindle lock button only when the grinder
spindle is at a standstill. Otherwise, the machine may be-
come damaged.
Grinding/Cutting Disc
Pay attention to the dimensions of the grinding tools. The
mounting hole diameter must fit the mounting flange without
play. Do not use reducers or adapters.
When using diamond cutting discs, pay attention that the direction-of-rotation arrow on the diamond cutting disc and the
direction of rotation of the machine (see direction-of-rotation
arrow on the machine head) agree.
See graphics page for the mounting sequence.
To fasten the grinding/cutting disc, screw on the clamping nut
9 and tighten with the two-pin spanner; see Section “Quickclamping Nut ”.
f After mounting the grinding tool and before switching
on, check that the grinding tool is correctly mounted
and that it can turn freely. Make sure that the grinding
tool does not graze against the protection guard or other parts.
A plastic part (O-ring) is fitted around
the centring collar of mounting flange 7.
If the O-ring is missing or dama ged,
the mounting flange 7 must be replaced
before resuming operation.
Flap Disc
f For operations with the flap disc, always mount the
hand guard 16.
Rubber Sanding Plate
f For operations with the rubber sanding plate 18, al-
ways mount the hand guard 16.
See graphics page for the mounting sequence.
Before mounting the rubber sanding plate 18, put the 2 spac-
er discs 17 onto the grinder spindle 4.
Screw on the round nut 20 and tighten with the two-pin span-
ner.
Cup Brush/Disc Brush
f For operations with the cup brush/wheel brush, always
mount the hand guard 16.
See graphics page for the mounting sequence.
The cup brush/disc brush must be able to be screwed onto
the grinder spindle until it rests firmly against the grinder
spindle flange at the end of the grinder spindle threads. Tighten the cup brush/disc brush with an open-end spanner.
Grinding Cup
f When working with the grinding cup, mount the special
protection guard 14.
The grinding cup 15 should never project further out of the
protection guard 14 than necessary for the respective grinding application. Adjust the protection guard 14 accordingly to
this dimension.
See graphics page for the mounting sequence.
Screw on the clamping nut 9 and tighten with the correspond-
ing offset two-pin spanner.
Quick-clamping Nut
For convenient changing of grinding tools without the use of
additional tools, you can use the quick-clamping nut 10 instead of the clamping nut 9.
f The quick-clamping nut 10 may be used only for grind-
ing or cutting discs.
Use only a flawless, undamaged quick-clamping nut 10.
When screwing on, pay attention that the side of the
quick-clamping nut 10 with printing does not face the
grinding disc; the arrow must point to the index mark 25.
Lock the grinder spindle with
the spindle lock button 1. To
tighten the quick-clamping
nut, firmly turn the grinding
disc in clockwise direction.

A properly attached, undamaged quick-clamping nut can
be loosened by hand when
turning the knurled ri ng in anticlockwise direction.
Never loosen a tight quickclamping nut with pliers. Always use the two-pin spanner. Insert the two-pin span-
ner as shown in the
illustration.
Approved Grinding Tools
All grinding tools mentioned in these operating instructions
can be used.
The permissible speed [min
-1
] or the circumferential speed
[m/s] of the grinding tools used must at least match the values
given in the table.
Therefore, observe the permissible rotational/circumferen-
tial speed on the label of the grinding tool.
Rotating the Machine Head
f Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains
plug.
The machine head can be
rotated with respect to
the machine housing in
90° steps. In this manner, the On/Off switch
can be brought into a
more convenient position
for special working situations, e. g., for cutting operations using the cutting
guide with dust extrac-
tion protection guard 22 or for left-handed persons.
Completely unscrew the four screws. Rotate the machine
head carefully, without removing it from the housing, to the
new position. Screw in and tighten the four screws again.
Dust/Chip Extraction
f Dusts from materials such as lead-containing coatings,
some wood types, minerals and metal ca n be harmful to
one’s health. Touching or breathing-in the dusts can cause
allergic reactions and/or lead to respiratory infections of
the user or bystanders.
Certain dusts, such as oak or beech dust, are considered
as carcinogenic, especially in connection with wood-treatment additives (chromate, wood preservative). Materials
containing asbestos may only be worked by specialists.
– As far as possible, use a dust extraction system suita-
ble for the material.
– Provide for good ventilation of the working place.
– It is recommended to wear a P2 filter-class respirator.
Observe the relevant regula tions in your country for the
materials to be worked.
f Prevent dust accumulation at the workplace. Dusts can
easily ignite.
Operation
Starting Operation
f Observe correct mains voltage! The voltage of the pow-
er source must agree with the voltage specified on the
nameplate of the machine. Power tools marked with
230 V can also be operated with 220 V.
f Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces 24 and
auxiliary handle 3 only. The accessory may contact hidden wiring or its own cord. Accessory contacting a “live”
wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live”
and shock the operator.
When operating the machine with power from mobile gener ators that do not have sufficient reserve capacity or are not
equipped with suitable voltage control with starting current
amplification, loss of performance or untypical behavior can
occur upon switching on.
Please observe the suitability of the power generator being
used, particularly with regard to the mains voltage and frequency.
Switching On and Off
To start the power tool, press the On/Off switch 2 forward
and then down.
To lock-on the pressed On/Off switch 2, push the On/Off
switch 2 further forward.
To switch off the power tool, release the On/Off switch 2, or
when it is locked, briefly press the On/Off switch 2 and then
release it.
Switch Version without Lock-on
(country-specific):
To start the power tool, press the On/Off switch 2 forward
and then down.
To switch off the machine, release the On/Off switch 2.
f Check grinding tools before using. The grinding tool
must be mounted properly and be able to move freely.
Carry out a test run for at least one minute with no load.

Do not use damaged, out-of-centre or vibrating grinding tools. Damaged grinding tools can burst and cause in-
juries.
Working Advice
f Exercise caution when cutting slots in structural walls;
see Section “Information on Structures ”.
f Clamp the workpiece if it does not remain stationary
due to its own weight.
f Do not strain the machine so heavily that it comes to a
standstill.
f After heavily straining the power tool, continue to run
it at no-load for several minutes to cool down the accessory.
f Grinding and cutting discs become very hot while
working; do not touch until they have cooled.
f Do not use the power tool with a cut-off stand.
Rough Grinding
f Never use a cutting disc for roughing.
The best roughing results are achieved when setting the machine at an angle of 30 ° to 40° . Move the machine back and
forth with moderate pressure. In this manner, the workpiece
will not become too hot, does not discolour and no grooves
are formed.
Flap Disc
With the flap disc (accessory), curved surfaces and profiles
can be worked.
Flap discs have a considerably higher service life, lower noise
levels and lower sanding temperatures than conventional
sanding sheets.
Cutting Metal
f For cutting with bonded abrasives, always use the pro-
tection guard for cutting 12.
When cutting, work with moderate feed, adapted to the material being cut. Do not exert pressure onto the cutting disc, tilt
or oscillate the machine.
Do not reduce the speed of running down cutting discs by applying sideward pressure.
The machine must always work in an upgrinding motion. Otherwise, the danger exists
of it being pushed un-
controlled out of the
cut.
When cutting profiles and square bar, it is best to start at the
smallest cross section.
Cutting Stone
f Provide for sufficient dust extraction when cutting
stone.
f Wear a dust respirator.
f The machine may be used only for dry cutting/grinding.
For cutting stone, it is best to use a diamond cutting disc.
When using the cutting guide with dust extraction protection
guard 22, the vacuum cleaner must be approved for vacuuming masonry dust. Suitable v acuum cleaners are available
from Bosch.
Switch on the machine
and place the front part
of the cutting guide on
the workpiece. Slide the
machine with moderate
feed, adapted to the material to be worked.
For cutting expecially hard material, e. g., concrete with high
pebble content, the diamond cutting disc can overheat and
become damaged as a result. This is clearly indicated by circular sparking, rotating with the diamond cutting disc.
In this case, interrupt the cutting process and allow the diamond cutting disc to cool by running the machine for a short
time at maximum speed with no load.
Noticeable decreasing work progress and circular sparking
are indications of a diamond cutting disc that h as become
dull. Briefly cutting into abrasive material (e. g. lime-sand
brick) can resharpen the disc again.
Information on Structures
Slots in structural walls are subject to the Standard DIN 1053
Part 1, or country-specific regulations.
These regulations are to be observed under all circumstances. Before beginning work, consult the responsible structural
engineer, architect or the construction supervisor.
Maintenance and Service
Maintenance and Cleaning
f Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains
plug.
f For safe and proper working, always keep the machine
and ventilation slots clean.
f In extreme conditions, always use dust extraction as
far as possible. Blow out ventilation slots frequently
and install a residual current device (RCD). When work-
ing metals, conductive dust can settle in the interior of the
power tool. The total insulat ion of the power tool can be impaired.
Please store and handle the accessory(-ies) carefully.

气体。

电气安全
f 电动工具插头必须与插座相配。绝不能以任何方式改
装插头。 需接地的电动工具不能使用任何转换插头。

f 当砂光时，不要使用超大砂盘纸。选用砂盘纸时应按
照制造商的推荐。 超出砂光垫盘的大砂盘纸有撕裂的
危险并且会引起缠绕、砂盘的撕裂或反弹。
钢丝刷操作的专用安全警告
f 要意识到即使正常操作时钢丝线也会从刷子甩出。不
要对钢丝刷施加过大的负荷而使得钢丝线承受过应
力。 钢丝线可能会轻易刺入薄的衣服和 / 或皮肤内。
f 如果建议钢丝刷使用护罩，则不允许该护罩对钢丝轮
或钢丝刷有任何干扰。 钢丝轮或钢丝刷在工作负荷和
离心力作用下直径会变大。
其它的警告事项
请佩戴护目镜。
f 使用合适的侦测装置侦察隐藏的电线，或者向当地的
相关单位寻求支援。 接触电线可能引起火灾並让操作
者触电。损坏了瓦斯管会引起爆炸。凿穿水管不仅会
造成严重的财物损失，也可能导致触电。

安装保护装备
f 维修电动工具或换装零、配件之前，务必从插座上拔
出插头。
指示： 如果研磨片在工作中途断裂了，或者防护罩上 /
电动工具上 的接头损坏了，务必即刻将电动工具交给顾
客服务处修理。地址可以参考 " 顾客服务处和顾客咨询
中心 "。
研磨时使用的防护罩
把防护罩 5 安装在主轴上。根据工作需要调整好 防护罩
5 的位置，接著再使用固定螺丝 6 锁定防护罩 5。
f 适度地调整防护罩 5，避免让工作时产生的火花喷向
操作者。
切割时使用的防护罩
f 使用结合的磨具切割时，务必安装针对切割的防护罩
12。
f 在石材上进行切割时，必须安装合适的吸尘装置。
以安装研磨防护罩 5 的方式安装切割防护罩 12。
切割时使用的带有导引板的吸尘罩
以安装研磨防护罩 5 的方式安装切割时使用的带有导引
板的吸尘罩 22。
辅助手柄
f 操作电动工具时务必使用辅助手柄 3.
根据工作要求，把辅助手柄 3 安装在机头的右侧或左
侧。
护手片
f 使用橡胶磨盘 18，杯形钢丝刷，轮刷和千叶砂磨轮
工作时， 务必在机器上加装护手片 16。
使用辅助手柄 3 夹住护手片 16。
安装磨具
f 维修电动工具或换装零、配件之前，务必从插座上拔
出插头。
f 操作机器时研磨 / 切割片会变得十分灼热，上述工具
未冷却之前切勿触摸。
清洁主轴 4 和所有即将安装的零件。
安装及拆卸磨具时，必须先使用主轴锁定键 1 固定主
轴。
f 待主轴完全静止后，才可以使用主轴锁定键。 否则可
能会损坏电动工具。
研磨 / 切割片
注意磨具的规格。磨具上的孔直径必须和固定法兰完全
吻合。不可以使用转接头或异径管。
使用金刚石切割片时，金刚石切割片上的箭头方向，必
须和机器的转向一致 （参考机头上的转向箭头）。
安装过程请参考插图。
转入夹紧螺母 9 以便固定研磨 / 切割片。使用双销扳手
拧紧螺母，请参考 " 快速螺母 "。

f 在安装好磨具且尚未开动机器之前，必须检查磨具 是
否正确地装牢了，磨具能否自由无阻地旋转。务必 确
定磨具转动时不会和防护罩或其它的机件产生磨擦。
在固定法兰 7 的定心轴环上有一个
塑料零件 （O 形环）。如果缺少 O
形环或 O 形环损坏了，务必在继续
使用之前更换固定法兰 7。
千叶砂磨轮
f 使用千叶砂磨轮工作时务必在机器上加装护手片 16。
橡胶磨盘
f 使用橡胶磨盘 18 工作时务必在机器上加装护手片
16。
安装过程请参考插图。
安装橡胶磨盘 18 之前必须先把 2 个定距片 17 放入主轴
4 中。
转入圆螺母 20 并使用双销扳手拧紧。
杯形钢丝刷 / 轮刷
f 使用杯形钢丝刷或轮刷工作时务必在机器上加装护手
片 16。
安装过程请参考插图。
把杯形钢丝刷 / 轮刷装入主轴中，上述磨具必须紧靠在
主轴螺纹末端的法兰上。使用开口扳手拧紧杯形钢丝刷 /
轮刷装。
磨杯
f 使用磨杯工作时必须安装特殊的防护罩 14。
视工作状况的需求来调整磨杯凸出於防护罩 14 之外的
尺寸。磨杯 15 凸出于防护罩 14 之外的部分，必须完全
符合实际工作状况的需要，不可以过之也不可以不及。
安装过程请参考插图。
先拧上夹紧螺母 9 接著再使用合适的曲柄双销扳手拧紧
螺母。
快速螺母
可以使用快速螺母 10 代替夹紧螺母 9。如此可以简化更
换磨具的工作，无须借助任何工具。
f 快速螺母 10 只能安装在砂轮或切割片上。
只能使用完好，未受损的快速螺母 10。
安装快速螺母 10 时请注意，标示字母的这一面不可以
朝向砂轮；箭头必须指著记号 25。
使用主轴锁定键 1 固定主
轴。然后朝著顺时针的方
向用力地转动砂轮，以便
拧紧快速螺母。
如果安装正确，而且快速
螺母未损坏的话，一般可
以用手朝著逆时针方向转
松快速螺母。
如果无法用手取出快速螺
母，则要使用双销扳手转
松螺母，千万不可以使用
钳子强行转开螺母。 请参
考插图安装双销扳手。
机器适用的磨具
您可以使用本说明书中提到的所有磨具。
选用磨具的许可转速﹝次 / 分﹞或圆周转速
﹝米 / 秒﹞，必须和以下表格中的数据一致。
因此必须认清磨具标签上的许可 转速 / 圆周速度 。

机器操作者可根据需要
分段式转动机头，每一
段的旋转角度为 90
度。 此功能的优点是能
够在特殊的工作状况
下，把起停开关移动到
比较容易操作的位置。
例如切割时使用能够配
合导引板的吸尘罩 22，
或者针对左撇子。
先转出 4 个螺丝。小心地把机头旋转到需要的位置上，
无须从机壳上拆下机头。 装回 4 个螺丝并将其拧紧。
吸锯尘 / 吸锯屑
f 含铅的颜料以及某些木材、矿物和金属的加工废尘有
害健康。 机器操作者或者工地附近的人如果接触、吸
入这些废尘，可能会有 过敏反应或者感染呼吸道疾
病。
某些尘埃 （例如加工橡木或山毛榉的废尘）可能致
癌，特别是和处理 木材的添加剂 （例如木材的防腐
剂等）结合之后。 只有经过专业训练的人才能够加工
含石棉的物料。
– 尽可能使用适合物料的吸尘装置。
– 工作场所要保持空气流通。
– 最好佩戴 P2 滤网等级的口罩。
请留心并遵守贵国和加工物料有关的法规。
f 避免让工作场所堆积过多的尘垢。 尘埃容易被点燃。
操作
操作机器
f 注意电源的电压！电源的电压必须和电动工具铭牌上
标示的电压一致。
f 机器上的附件可能割断隐藏着的电线或机器本身的电
源线，所以一定要握着绝缘手柄 24 和辅助手柄 3 操
作机器。 电动工具的附件如果接触了带电的线路，机
器上的金属零件会导电，可能造成操作者触电。
如果把电动工具连接在行动的发电装置上 （例如发电
机）， 由於上述装置的备用功率不足， 而且也没有合适
的电压调节器 （例如未配备起动电流加强装置）， 可能
在开动机器时发生功率不足或其它不寻常的反应。
操作机器时必须把机器连接在合适的电源上， 并且要使
用正确的电压和电频率。
开动 / 关闭
开动 机器，向前推移起停开关 2，并按住开关。
锁定 被按住的起停开关 2，继续向前推移起停开关 2。
放开起停开关 2 便可以 关闭 电动工具。如果开关被锁定
了，必须先按下开关 2 並随即放开。
无锁定功能的起停开关 ( 针对某些特定国家 ):
开动 机器，向前推移起停开关 2，并按住开关。
放开起停开关 2 便可以 关闭 电动工具。
f 开机前，先检查是否已经正确地安装好磨具，观察磨
具转动时会不会产生磨擦，并且要进行至少 1 分钟的
无负载试机。切勿使用损坏、变形或转动时会震动的
磨具。 损坏的磨具可能断裂并造成伤害。
有关操作方式的指点
f 在支撑墙上开缝时必须特别小心，参考 " 有关静力学
的注意事项 "。
f 固定好站立不稳的工件。
f 勿让电动工具因为过载而停止转动。
f 强烈过载之后必须让电动工具在无载的状况下运转数
分钟， 这样能够帮助电动工具冷却。
f 操作机器时研磨 / 切割片会变得十分灼热，上述工具
未冷却之前切勿触摸。
f 不可以把电动工具安装在切割研磨架上操作。
粗磨
f 勿使用切割片进行粗磨作业。
粗磨时如果砂轮和研磨表面成 30 或 40 度角，则能够达
到最好的粗磨效果。操作时只须轻压并来回地移动机
器，如此加工物料才不会变热，不会变色，并且物件表
面不会出现凹陷的痕迹。
千叶砂磨轮
使用千叶砂磨轮 （附件）可以在隆起的表面和型材上研
磨。
千叶砂磨轮的使用寿命，会比一般砂轮的使用寿命长。
而且它的工作噪音和研磨温度也比较低。
切割金属
f 使用结合的磨具切割时，务必安装针对切割的防护罩
12。
切割时必须施力均匀，得根据工件的物料来决定推动的
力道。操作机器时勿重压机器，勿倾斜，勿摇晃。
不可以使用侧压的方式来制止仍继续转动的切割片。
必须逆著机器的转向
推动电动工具，否则
容易 失控， 并导致电
动工具从切线中滑出。
切割型材和四角钢管时，必须从直径最小处开始切割。
切割石材
f 在石材上进行切割时，必须安装合适的吸尘装置。
f 请佩戴防尘面具。

f 本电动工具只能够进行乾式切割和乾式研磨。
切割石材时最好使用金刚石切割片。
使用带有导引板的吸尘罩 22 切割时，必须使用检验合
格的石尘专用吸尘装置。博世提供了合适的吸尘器。
开动电动工具，并把
导引装置的前端放置
在工件上。参考工件
的物料，适当地施力
推进机器。
切割高硬度的工件时，例如碎石含量很高的水泥，可能
因为金刚石切割片过热而导致切割片损坏。如果切割工
件过硬，操作机器时金刚石切割片的周围会出现火花。
此时必须停下工作，让切割片在空载的状况下以最高转
速运作片刻，如此可以帮助降低切割片的温度。
如果切割片的切割效率明显降低，而且进行切割时会出
现火花环，则表示金刚石切割片已经变钝。如果发生上
述状况，可以把切割片在研磨材料上 （例如石灰砂石）
来回刷磨数次，这样切割片又会锋利如初。
有关静力学的注意事项
关於在支撑墙上开缝时应该注意的事项，请参考
DIN 1053 第一部上的规定，或各国有关的法规。
务必确实遵循相关的法令规定。正式动工以前，先向负
责的静力学者，工程师或工程负责人请教有关细节。
维修和服务
维修和清洁
f 维修电动工具或换装零、配件之前，务必从插座上拔
出插头。
f 电动工具和通风间隙都必须保持清洁，这样才能够提
高工作品质和安全性。
f 在某些极端的操作环境下， 如果可能的话一定要使用
吸尘装备。 吹除通气孔中的污垢并且要使用剩余电流
–（FI）– 保护开关。 加工金属时可能在电动工具的内
部堆积会导电的废尘。 这样可能会影响电动工具的安
全绝缘性能。
小心地保存和使用附件。

工作場地的安全
f 保持工作場地清潔和明亮。 混亂和黑暗的場地會引發
事故。
f 不要在易爆環境，如有易燃液體、氣體或粉塵的環境
下操作電動工具。 電動工具產生的火花會點燃粉塵或
氣體。
f 讓兒童和旁觀者離開後操作電動工具。 注意力不集中
會使你失去對工具的控制。
電氣安全
f 電動工具插頭必須與插座相配。絕不能以任何方式改
裝插頭。 需接地的電動工具不能使用任何轉換插頭。
未經改裝的插頭和相配的插座將減少電擊危險。
f 避免人體接觸接地表面，如管道、散熱片和冰箱。 如
果你身體接地會增加電擊危險。
f 不得將電動工具暴露在雨中或潮濕環境中。 水進入電
動工具將增加電擊危險。
f 不得濫用電線。絕不能用電線搬運、拉動電動工具或
拔出其插頭。使電線遠離熱源、油、銳邊或運動部

人身安全

f 不要使用損壞的附件。在每次使用前要檢查附件，例
如砂輪是否有碎片和裂縫，靠背墊是否有裂縫，撕裂
或過度磨損，鋼絲刷是否松動或金屬絲是否斷裂。如
果電動工具或附件跌落了，檢查是否有損壞或安裝沒
有損壞的附件。檢查和安裝附件後，讓自己和旁觀者
的位置遠離旋轉附件的平面，並以電動工具最大空載
速度運行 1 分鐘。 損壞的附件通常在該試驗時會碎
裂。
f 戴上防護用品。根據適用情況，使用面罩，安全護目
鏡或安全眼鏡。適用時，戴上防塵面具，聽力保護
器，手套和能擋小磨料或工件碎片的工作圍裙。 眼防
護罩必須擋住各種操作產生的飛屑。防塵面具或口罩

割附件踫到一根帶電導線會使電動工具外露的金屬零
件帶電並使操作者發生電擊危險。
f 使軟線遠離旋轉的附件。 如果控制不當，軟線可能被
切斷或纏繞，並使得你的手或手臂可能被卷入旋轉附
件中。
f 直到附件完全停止運動才放下電動工具。並且不得使
用任何外力迫使金剛石切割片停轉。 旋轉的附件可能
會抓住表面並拉動電動工具而讓你失去對工具的控
制。
f 當攜帶電動工具時不要開動它。 意外地觸及旋轉附件
可能會纏繞你的衣服而使附件傷害身體。
f 經常清理電動工具的通風口。 電動機風扇會將灰塵吸
進機殼，過多的金屬粉末沉積會導致電氣危險。
f 不要在易燃材料附近操作電動工具。 火星可能會點燃
這些材料。
f 不要使用需用冷卻液的附件。 用水或其他冷卻液可能
導致電腐蝕或電擊。
反彈和相關警告
f 反彈是因卡住或纏繞住的旋轉砂輪，靠背墊，鋼絲刷
或其他附件而產生的突然反作用力。卡住或纏繞會引
起旋轉附件的迅速堵轉，隨之使失控的電動工具在卡
住點產生與附件旋轉方向相反的運動。
例如，如果砂輪被工件纏繞或卡住了，伸入卡住點的
砂輪邊緣可能會進入材料表面而引起砂輪爬出或反
彈。砂輪可能飛向或飛離操作者，這取決于砂輪在卡
住點的運動方向。在此條件下砂輪也可能碎裂。
反彈是電動工具誤用和 / 或不正確操作工序或條件的
結果。可以通過采取以下給出的適當預防措施得以避
免。
f 保持緊握電動工具，使你的身體和手臂處于正確狀態
以抵抗反彈力。如有輔助手柄，則要一直使用，以便
最大限度控制住起動時的反彈力或反力矩。 如采取合
適的預防措施，操作者就可以控制反力矩或反彈力。
f 絕不能將手靠近旋轉附件。 附件可能會反彈踫到手。
f 不要站在發生反彈時電動工具可能移動到的地方。 反
彈將在纏繞點驅使工具逆砂輪運動方向運動。
f 當在尖角，銳邊等處作業時要特別小心。避免附件的
彈跳和纏繞。 尖角，銳邊和彈跳具有纏繞旋轉附件的
趨勢並引起反彈的失控。
f 不要附裝上鋸鏈，木雕刀片或帶齒鋸片。 這些鋸片會
產生頻繁的反彈和失控。
對磨削和砂磨切割操作的專用安全警告
f 只使用所推薦的砂輪型號和為選用砂輪專門設計的護
罩。 不是為電動工具設計的砂輪不能充分得到防護，
是不安全的。
f 防護罩必須牢固地裝在電動工具上，並且被調整在最
具安全性的位置， 只能有最小部分的砂輪暴露在操作
人前面。 防護罩能夠保護操作者免受到爆裂砂輪碎片
割傷，避免操作者偶然觸及砂輪以及 火花點燃衣物等
的危險。

過深的切割。 給砂輪施加過應力增加了砂輪在切割時
的負載，容易纏繞或卡住，增加了反彈或砂輪爆裂的
可能性。
f 身體不要對著旋轉砂輪，也不要站在其後。 當把砂輪
從操作者身邊的操作點移開時，可能的反彈會使旋轉
砂輪和電動工具朝你推來。
f 當砂輪被卡住或無論任何原因而中斷切割時，關掉電
動工具並握住工具不要動，直到砂輪完全停止。決不
要試圖當砂輪仍然運轉時使切割砂輪脫離切割，否則
會發生反彈。 調查並采取校正措施以消除砂輪卡住的
原因。
f 不得在切割片與工件接觸的情況下啟動切割機，不能
在工件上重新起動切割操作。讓砂輪達到全速後再小
心地重新進入切割。 如果電動工具在工件上重新起
動，砂輪可能會卡住，爬出或反彈。
f 支撐住板材或超大工件可使得砂輪卡住和反彈的危險
降到最低限度。 大工件憑借自重而下垂。必須在工件
靠近切割線處和砂輪兩側近工件邊緣處放置支承。

砂光操作的專用安全警告
f 當砂光時，不要使用超大砂盤紙。選用砂盤紙時應按
照制造商的推薦。 超出砂光墊盤的大砂盤紙有撕裂的
危險並且會引起纏繞、砂盤的撕裂或反彈。
鋼絲刷操作的專用安全警告
f 要意識到即使正常操作時鋼絲線也會從刷子甩出。不
要對鋼絲刷施加過大的負荷而使得鋼絲線承受過應
力。 鋼絲線可能會輕易刺入薄的衣服和 / 或皮膚內。
f 如果建議鋼絲刷使用護罩，則不允許該護罩對鋼絲輪
或鋼絲刷有任何干擾。 鋼絲輪或鋼絲刷在工作負荷和
離心力作用下直徑會變大。
其它的警告事項
請佩戴護目鏡。
f 使用合適的偵測裝置偵察隱藏的電線，或者向當地的
相關單位尋求支援。 接觸電線可能引起火災並讓操作
者觸電。損壞了瓦斯管會引起爆炸。鑿穿水管不僅會
造成嚴重的財物損失，也可能導致觸電。
f 如果電源突然中斷，例如停電或不小心拔出插頭，得
馬上解除起停開關的鎖定，並把它設定在關閉的位
置。 這樣可以避免機器突然再起動而造成失控。
f 固定好工件。 使用固定裝置或老虎鉗固定工件，會比
用手持握工件更牢固。

安裝
安裝保護裝備
f 維修電動工具或換裝零、配件之前，務必從插座上拔
出插頭。
指示﹕ 如果研磨片在工作中途斷裂了，或者防護罩上 /
電動工具上 的接頭損壞了，務必即刻將電動工具交給顧
客服務處修理。地址可以參考 " 顧客服務處和顧客咨詢
中心 "。
研磨時使用的防護罩
把防護罩 5 安裝在主軸上。根據工作需要調整好防護罩
5 的位置，接著再使用固定螺絲 6 鎖定防護罩 5。
f 適度地調整防護罩 5，避免讓工作時產生的火花噴向
操作者。
切割時使用的防護罩
f 使用結合的磨具切割時，務必安裝針對切割的防護罩
12.
f 在石材上進行切割時，必須安裝合適的吸塵裝置。
以安裝研磨防護罩 5 的方式安裝切割防護罩 12。
切割時使用的帶有導引板的吸塵罩
安裝切割時使用的帶有導引板的吸塵罩 22 的方式，与
安裝研磨防護罩 5 的方式相同。
輔助手柄
f 操作電動工具時務必使用輔助手柄 3。
根據工作要求，把輔助手柄 3 安裝在機頭的右側或左
側。
護手片
f 使用橡膠磨盤 18， 杯形鋼絲刷， 輪刷和千葉砂磨輪
工作時， 務必在機器上加裝護手片 16。
使用輔助手柄 3 夾住護手片 16。
安裝磨具
f 維修電動工具或換裝零、配件之前，務必從插座上拔
出插頭。
f 操作機器時研磨 / 切割片會變得十分灼熱，上述工具
未冷卻之前切勿觸摸。
清潔主軸 4 和所有即將安裝的零件。
安裝及拆卸磨具時，必須先使用主軸鎖定鍵 1 固定主
軸。
f 待主軸完全靜止后，才可以使用主軸鎖定鍵。 否則可
能會損壞電動工具。
研磨 / 切割片
注意磨具的規格。磨具上的孔直徑必須和固定法蘭完全
吻合。不可以使用轉接頭或異徑管。
使用金剛石切割片時，金剛石切割片上的箭頭方向，必
須和機器的轉向一致 （參考機頭上的轉向箭頭）。
安裝過程請參考插圖。
轉入夾緊螺母 9 以便固定研磨 / 切割片。使用雙銷扳手
擰緊螺母，請參考 " 快速螺母 "。
f 在安裝好磨具且尚未開動機器之前，必須檢查磨具 是
否正確地裝牢了，磨具能否自由無阻地旋轉。務必 確
定磨具轉動時不會和防護罩或其它的機件產生磨擦。
在固定法蘭 7 的定心軸環上有一個
塑料零件 （O 形環）。如果缺少 O
形環或 O 形環損壞了，務必在繼續
使用之前更換固定法蘭 7。
千葉砂磨輪
f 使用千葉砂磨輪工作時務必在機器上加裝護手片 16。
橡膠磨盤
f 使用橡膠磨盤 18 工作時務必在機器上加裝護手片
16。
安裝過程請參考插圖。
安裝橡膠磨盤 18 須先把 2 個定距片 17 放入主軸 4 中。
轉入圓螺母 20 并使用雙銷扳手擰緊。

把杯形鋼絲刷 / 輪刷裝入主軸中，上述磨具必須緊靠在
主軸螺紋末端的法蘭上。使用開口扳手擰緊杯形鋼絲刷 /
輪刷裝。
磨杯
f 使用磨杯工作時必須安裝特殊的防護罩 14。
視工作狀況的需求來調整磨杯凸出於防護罩 14 之外的
尺寸。 磨杯 15 凸出于防護罩 14 之外的部分，必須完全
符合實際工作狀況的需要， 不可以過之也不可以不及。
安裝過程請參考插圖。
先擰上夾緊螺母 9 接著再使用合適的曲柄雙銷扳手擰緊
螺母。
快速螺母
可以使用快速螺母 10 代替夾緊螺母 9。如此可以簡化更
換磨具的工作，無須借助任何工具。
f 快速螺母 10 只能安裝在砂輪或切割片上。
只能使用完好，未受損的快速螺母 10。
安裝快速螺母 10 時請注意，標示字母的這一面不可以
朝向砂輪；箭頭必須指著記號 25。
使用主軸鎖定鍵 1 固定主
軸。然後朝著順時針的方
向用力地轉動砂輪，以便
擰緊快速螺母。
如果安裝正確，而且快速
螺母未損壞的話，一般可

機器適用的磨具

旋轉機頭
f 維修電動工具或換裝零、配件之前，務必從插座上拔

吸鋸塵 / 吸鋸屑
f 含鉛的顏料以及某些木材、礦物和金屬的加工廢塵有
害健康。 機器操作者或者工地附近的人如果接觸、吸
入這些廢塵，可能會有 過敏反應或者感染呼吸道疾
病。
某些塵埃 （例如加工橡木或山毛櫸的廢塵）可能致
癌，特別是和處理 木材的添加劑 （例如木材的防腐
劑等）結合之後。 只有經過專業訓練的人才能夠加工
含石棉的物料。
– 盡可能使用適合物料的吸塵裝置。
– 工作場所要保持空氣流通。
– 最好佩戴 P2 濾網等級的口罩。
請留心並遵守貴國和加工物料有關的法規。
f 避免讓工作場所堆積過多的塵垢。 塵埃容易被點燃。

f 機器上的附件可能割斷隱藏著的電線或機器本身的電
源線，所以一定要握著絕緣手柄 24 和輔助手柄 3 操
作機器。 電動工具的附件如果接觸了帶電的線路，機
器上的金屬零件會導電，可能造成操作者觸電。
如果把電動工具連接在行動的發電裝置上 （例如發電
機），由於上述裝置的備用功率不足，而且也沒有合適
的電壓調節器 （例如未配備起動電流加強裝置），可能
在開動機器時發生功率不足或其它不尋常的反應。
操作機器時必須把機器連接在合適的電源上，並且要使
用正確的電壓和電頻率。
開動 / 關閉
開動 機器，向前推移起停開關 2，并按住開關。
鎖定 被按住的起停開關 2，繼續向前推移起停開關 2。
放開起停開關 2 便可以 關閉 電動工具。如果開關被鎖定
了，必須先按下開關 2 並隨即放開。
無鎖定功能的起停開關
( 針對某些特定國家 ):
開動 機器，向前推移起停開關 2，并按住開關。
放開起停開關 2 便可以 關閉 電動工具。
f 開機前，先檢查是否已經正確地安裝好磨具，觀察磨
具轉動時會不會產生磨擦，并且要進行至少 1 分鐘的
無負載試機。切勿使用損壞、變形或轉動時會震動的
磨具。 損壞的磨具可能斷裂并造成傷害。
有關操作方式的指點
f 在支撐牆上開縫時必須特別小心，參考 " 有關靜力學
的注意事項 "。
f 固定好站立不穩的工件。
f 勿讓電動工具因為過載而停止轉動。
f 強烈過載之后必須讓電動工具在無載的狀況下運轉數
分鐘， 這樣能夠幫助電動工具冷卻。
f 操作機器時研磨 / 切割片會變得十分灼熱，上述工具
未冷卻之前切勿觸摸。
f 不可以把電動工具安裝在切割研磨架上操作。
粗磨
f 勿使用切割片進行粗磨作業。
粗磨時如果砂輪和研磨表面成 30 或 40 度角，則能夠達
到最好的粗磨效果。操作時只須輕壓并來回地移動機
器，如此加工物料才不會變熱，不會變色，并且物件表
面不會出現凹陷的痕跡。
千葉砂磨輪
使用千葉砂磨輪 （附件）可以在隆起的表面和型材上研
磨。
千葉砂磨輪的使用壽命，會比一般砂輪的使用壽命長。
而且它的工作噪音和研磨溫度也比較低。
切割金屬
f 使用結合的磨具切割時，務必安裝針對切割的防護罩

切割時必須施力均勻，得根據工件的物料來決定推動的
力道。操作機器時勿重壓機器，勿傾斜，勿搖晃。
不可以使用側壓的方式來制止仍繼續轉動的切割片。
必須逆著機器的轉向
推動電動工具，否則

動工具從切線中滑出。
切割型材和四角鋼管時，必須從直徑最小處開始切割。
切割石材
f 在石材上進行切割時，必須安裝合適的吸塵裝置。
f 請佩戴防塵面具。
f 本電動工具只能夠進行乾式切割和乾式研磨。
切割石材時最好使用金剛石切割片。
使用帶有導引板的吸塵罩 22 切割時，必須使用檢驗合
格的石塵專用吸塵裝置。博世提供了合適的吸塵器。
開動電動工具，并把
導引裝置的前端放置
在工件上。參考工件
的物料，適當地施力
推進機器。
切割高硬度的工件時，例如碎石含量很高的水泥，可能
因為金剛石切割片過熱而導致切割片損壞。如果切割工
件過硬，操作機器時金剛石切割片的周圍會出現火花。
此時必須停下工作，讓切割片在空載的狀況下以最高轉
速運作片刻，如此可以幫助降低切割片的溫度。
如果切割片的切割效率明顯降低，而且進行切割時會出
現火花環，則表示金剛石切割片已經變鈍。如果發生上
述狀況，可以把切割片在研磨材料上 （例如石灰砂石）
來回刷磨數次，這樣切割片又會鋒利如初。
有關靜力學的注意事項
關於在支撐牆上開縫時應該注意的事項，請參考
DIN 1053 第一部上的規定，或各國有關的法規。
務必確實遵循相關的法令規定。正式動工以前，先向負
責的靜力學者，工程師或工程負責人請教有關細節。
