comes before 0.66V line. (Refer to Figure 7)
Permissible tolerance : ±5ns.
(1) Set to FM mode.
(2) Observe the waveform of Dot Clock (IC4312 Pin2)
and H_SYNC (TP6360).
(3) Mark the 0.66V and 2.64V points of H_SYNC
by the vertical line. (Refer to Figure 8)
(4) Adjust by VR8001 so that the rising edge of Dot Clock
is put together to 2.64V line. (Refer to Figure 8)
