Servicemitteilung AE 5800 und AE 485 S vom 17. 3. 2007 Verbessertes Mikrofon ab März 2007
Auf vielfachen Wunsch unserer Kunden haben wir jetzt das mitgelieferte Mikrofon und seine Schaltung an den üblichen Albrecht 6 pol Standard angepasst. Es passen jetzt auch Ersatzund Verstärkermikrofone (z.B. Nr. 4197) , wie sie für andere Albrecht-Geräte, wie AE 5290, AE 5090 und AE 8090 angeboten werden.
Der PIN 2 des Mikrofonsteckers kann jetzt auch für Packet Radio Empfang benutzt werden. Dies ist jetzt möglich geworden, da auch im 10 m Bereich die Repeater keinen 1750 Hz Rufton mehr benötigen und diese Taste, die bisher beim AE 485 S eine Besonderheit darstellte, entfallen kann.
Pin 2 ist jetzt über 1 kOhm mit dem NF-Ausgang verbunden und kann daher Datenmodems ansteuern. Übliche Mikrofone, die auf PIN 2 den PTT-RX Kontakt haben, können ebenfalls angeschlossen werden.

Modified Microphone for AE 5800 and AE 485 S
On customer’s request we have matched the microphone circuit and mechanical layout to the well known Albrecht 6 pin standard wiring. So all current 6 pin microphones, which are sold for AE 5290, AE 8090 or AE 5090 fit to both models without any further modifications.
Pin 2 of the microphone can now also be used for Packet Radio modem detection. It is directly connected to the audio output via 1 kOhm. Also microphones with PTT RX contact at PIN 2 can fit now. Since no repeaters in the 10 m Band require 1750 Hz tone call access any more, we can also match the AE 485 S to the same standard.
