Rosemary fillet of pork
700 ml 30 - 40 min 170ºC 1 Quarter Steam + Heat Difficulty: Medium
Rosemary and garlic
make a perfect match
for fillet of pork in this
comforting, one-pot
dish.
Ingredients (4-6 portions)
800g of pork fillet
4 sprigs of rosemary
2 small cloves of garlic
500g new potatoes
60g butter
2 onions
Salt and pepper
Method
1. Rinse the potatoes well and cut
them in half. Chop the onions.
2. Season the pork fillet with
salt and pepper, then seal in
a little oil over a high heat.
3. Butter an ovenproof dish and add
the pork fillet, potatoes, onions,
rosemary and garlic. Add a few
knobs of butter to the top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at
170ºC (quarter steam and heat
function) for 30-40 minutes.
