NOTE:

Do not use the device in an enclosed environment or where heat dis-

sipation is poor. Prolonged work in such space may cause excessive

heat and raise ambient temperature, which may lead to automatic

shutdown of the device for your safety. In the case of such event, cool

the device in a well-ventilated place before turning on for normal use.

Getting to Know Your Device

Appearance

The following figure is only for your reference. The actual product

may be different.

• microSD logo is a trademark of SD Card Association.

• Please use the original external antenna if necessary.

Indicators

When the device is powered on, the following icons will appear on

the OLED screen, with the corresponding indicates listed in the table

below:

Icon Indication

Network signal strength.

2G / 3G / 4G

Network type. 2G, 3G or 4G icon will appear on

the OLED screen according to the network being

connected.

Connect to the Internet automatically.

Connect to the Internet manually.

Wi-Fi Status and number of the connected users.

Battery power indication.

Connected/

Disconnected

The device connects / disconnects to the Internet.

Installing Your Device

1. Remove the back cover.

2. Insert the SIM card.

IMPORTANT:

Your device does not support Micro/Nano or any ohter nonstandard

SIM cards. To avoid device damage, please do not use them.

3. Insert the battery.

4. Close the back cover.

5. Insert the microSD card.

1) Open the microSD card cover.

NOTE:

Do not pull the cover rudely, as it is connected with the device.

2) Insert the microSD card into the microSD slot. The following

picture shows the correct inserting direction. You will hear a click

when the microSD card locks in place.

3) Close the microSD card cover.

Connecting to Your Device

Via Wi-Fi

1. Power on your device directly. It will take 1~2 minutes to initial-

ize.

2. Use your normal Wi-Fi application on the client to search for the

available wireless networks.

NOTE:

Please set the client to obtain an IP address automatically referring to

the chapter “Conguring your PC”, and then the client will get an IP

address like “192.168.1.101”.

3. Select the SSID of your device, and then click Connect.

NOTE:

Please check the label on your device to get the default SSID and Wi-

Fi keys.

4. Input the password, and then click Connect.

NOTE:

You may need to input the password for Wi-Fi connection. Please

check the label on your device to get the default.

5. Wait a moment, and then the client will connect to your device

successfully.

Via USB Cable

1. Connect to the device.

2. Power on your device.

3. Follow the system prompts to complete the software installation.

4. Wait a moment, and then the client will connect to your device

successfully.

Accessing the Internet

After successfully establishing the connection, the device will always

connect to the Internet.

Notes:

If you want to modify the detailed parameters of your device, please

login the webGUI conguration page by visiting http://192.168.1.1 or

http://m.home.

Your device supports multi-clients for surng on the Internet at the

same time. The following gure is only for your reference.

Conguring Your PC

Follow the following steps and gures for Windows XP to congure

the Internet Protocol for your Wi-Fi connection. .

1. Right-click My Network Places, and then select Properties.

2. Right-click Wireless Network Connection, and then select

Properties.

3. Select Internet Protocol(TCP/IP), and then click Properties.

4. Select Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS

server address automatically, and then click OK to nish the con-

guration.

Warning and Notice

To the Owner

• Some electronic devices are susceptible to electromagnetic inter-

ference sent by your device if inadequately shielded, such as the

electronic system of vehicles. Please consult the manufacturer of

your device before using if necessary.

• Operating your device may interfere with medical devices like

hearing aids and pacemakers. Please always keep them more

than 20 centimeters away from such medical devices when they

are turned on. Turn your device off if necessary. Consult a physi-

cian or the manufacturer of the medical device before using your

device.

• Be aware of the usage limitation when using your device at plac-

es such as oil warehouses or chemical factories, where there are

explosive gases or explosive products being processed. Turn off

your device if required.

• The use of electronic transmitting devices is forbidden in air-

crafts, at petrol stations and in hospitals. Please observe and

obey all warning signs and switch off your device in these condi-

tions.

• Do not touch the inner antenna area if not necessary. Otherwise

it will affect your device’s performance.

• Store your device out of the reach of little children. Your device

may cause injury if used as a toy.

• Do not touch the metallic parts of your device so as to avoid a

burn, when your device is working.

Using Your Device

• Please use original accessories or accessories that are autho-

rized. Using any unauthorized accessories may affect your de-

vice’s performance, and violate related national regulations about

telecom terminals.

• Avoid using your device near or inside metallic structures or es-

tablishments that can emit electromagnetic waves. Otherwise it

may inuence signal reception.

• Your device is not waterproof. Please keep it dry and store in a

shady and cool place.

• Do not use your device immediately after a sudden temperature

change. In such case, it will produce dew inside and outside your

device, so don’t use it until it becomes dry.

• Handle your device carefully. Do not drop, bend or strike it. Oth-

erwise your device will be damaged.

• No dismantling by non-professionals and only qualied techni-

cians can undertake repair work.

• Operating temperature range of 0°C ~ +35°C and humidity range

of 5% ~ 95% are recommended.

Using Battery

• Do not short-circuit the battery, as this can cause excessive heat

and re.

• Do not store battery in hot areas or dispose of it in a re to avoid

explosion.

• Do not disassemble or modify the battery.

• When not using the battery for a long period, remove it from your

device and store it in a cool dry place.

• Never use any charger or battery damaged or worn out.

• Return the wear-out battery to the provider or put it in the ap-

pointed recycle place. Do not put it in familial rubbish.

WARNING:

If the battery is broken, keep away from it. If it taints your skin, wash

your skin with abundant fresh water and ask doctor help if necessary.

Limited Warranty

• This warranty does not apply to defects or errors in the Product

caused by:

i. Reasonable abrasion.

ii. End User’s failure to follow ZTE’s installation, operation or

maintenance instructions or procedures.

iii. End User’s mishandling, misuse, negligence, or improper

installation, disassembly, storage, servicing or operation of

the Product.

iv. Modications or repairs not made by ZTE or a ZTE-certied

individual.

v. Power failures, surges, re, ood, accidents, actions of third

parties or other events outside ZTE’s reasonable control.

vi. Usage of third-party products, or usage in conjunction with

third-party products provided that such defects are due to

the combined usage.

vii. Any other cause beyond the range of normal usage intended

for the Product.

End User shall have no right to reject or return the Product, or receive

a refund for the Product from ZTE under the above-mentioned situa-

tions.

• This warranty is End User’s sole remedy and ZTE’s sole liability

for defective or nonconforming items, and is in lieu of all other

warranties, expressed, implied or statutory, including but not lim-

ited to the implied warranties of merchantability and tness for a

particular purpose, unless otherwise required under the manda-

tory provisions of the law.

Limitation of Liability

ZTE shall not be liable for any loss of prots or indirect, special, inci-

dental or consequential damages resulting from or arising out of or in

connection with using of this product, whether or not ZTE had been

advised, knew or should have known of the possibility of such dam-

ages, including, but not limited to lost prots, interruption of business,

cost of capital, cost of substitute facilities or product, or any downtime

cost.

Troubleshooting

Problem Suggested Solution

Can not establish

the USB connec-

tion between your

device and PC.

• You need to install the software. Run the in-

stallation program in path of My Computer >

ZTEMODEM.

• If the driver of your device is abnormal,

please reinstall the software. You need to

uninstall the software rst.

Can not establish

the Wi-Fi connec-

tion between your

device and client.

• Make sure the Wi-Fi function is active. Press

the WPS button to enable or disable

Wi-Fi function.

• Refresh network list and select the correct

SSID.

• Check the IP address to make sure your cli-

ent can obtain an IP address automatically in

the Internet protocol (TCP/IP) properties.

• Type the correct network key (Wi-Fi pass-

word) when you connect to the device.

The client con-

nected to the

device can not ac-

cess the Internet.

• Make sure your SIM card is available.

• Change the location to nd a place with good

signal.

• Check WAN Connection mode setting.

• Contact with your service provider and con-

rm your APN settings.

When I use AP

mode, the client

cannot access the

Internet.

• Make sure the other WLAN device has al-

ready connected to the Internet.

• Make sure that the subnet of your device and

the other WLAN device is different.

Can not visit the

webGUI congura-

tion page.

• Enter the correct address. The default ad-

dress is http://192.168.1.1 or http://m.home.

• Only use one network adapter in your PC.

• Do not use any proxy server.

About the pass-

word

• For the Wi-Fi connection password, please

check the label on the device.

• The default password of the webGUI congu-

ration page is admin.

• If you changed the password and forgot the

new password, you need to restore the de-

vice to the factory default settings.

NOTE :

N’utilisez pas l’appareil dans un environnement clos où la dissipation

de chaleur est faible. L’utilisation prolongée dans un espace de ce

type peut engendrer une surchauffe et faire augmenter la tempéra-

ture ambiante, ce qui peut conduire à l’arrêt automatique de l’appareil

pour votre sécurité. Dans ce cas, laissez refroidir l’appareil dans un

endroit bien aéré avant de l’allumer pour une utilisation normale.

Démarrage

1. Retirez le couvercle arrière.

2. Insérez la carte SIM.

REMARQUE :

votre appareil ne supporte pas les cartes SIM Micro/Nano ou toute

autre carte SIM non standard. Pour éviter tout dommage à l'appareil,

veuillez ne pas les utiliser.

3. Insérez la batterie.

4. Fermez le couvercle arrière.

5. Insérez la carte microSD.

1) Ouvrez le volet de la carte microSD.

REMARQUE :

Ne retirez pas le couvercle brusquement vu qu’il est relié à l’appareil.

2) Insérez la carte microSD dans la fente pour carte microSD. L’

illustration suivante indique comment insérer correctement la

carte. Vous entendrez un « clic » lorsque la carte microSD sera

en place.

3) Refermez le volet de la carte microSD.

Connexion de votre appareil

Connexion via Wi-Fi

1. Allumez votre appareil directement. Il prendra une à deux min-

utes pour s’initialiser.

2. Utilisez votre application Wi-Fi ordinaire pour chercher la dis-

ponibilité du réseau sans l.

REMARQUE :

Veuillez congurer les paramètres pour obtenir une adresse IP au-

tomatiquement (voir chapitre « Congurer votre ordinateur ») et le

client recevra une adresse IP du type « 192.168.1.100 ».

3. Sélectionnez le SSID de votre appareil et cliquez sur Connexion.

REMARQUE: Vériez l’étiquette de votre appareil pour obtenir l’iden-

tiant SSID et les clés Wi-Fi par défaut.

4. Introduisez le mot de passe et cliquez sur Connexion.

REMARQUE: Il se peut que vous deviez introduire le mot de passe

pour la connexion Wi-Fi. Vérifiez l’étiquette de votre appareil pour

obtenir le mot de passe par défaut.

5. Patientez un instant, puis votre appareil se connectera au réseau

avec succès.

Connexion via câble USB

1. Connectez l’appareil.

2. Allumez votre appareil.

3. Suivez les instructions du système pour terminer l'installation du

logiciel.

4. Patientez un instant, puis votre appareil se connectera au réseau

avec succès.

Accéder à l’Internet

Maintenant que la connexion avec l’appareil a été correctement

établie, il se connectera toujours à l'Internet.

REMARQUES :

Si vous souhaitez modier les paramètres détaillés de votre appareil,

veuillez vous identier sur la page de conguration webGUI en sur-

fant sur http://192.168.1.1 ou http://m.home.

Tous les appareils clients peuvent surfer sur l’Internet en même

temps. Les illustrations suivantes sont uniquement données à titre de

référence.

Conguration de votre ordinateur

Veuillez suivre les étapes et illustrations suivantes (extraites de Win-

dows XP) an de congurer le protocole Internet pour votre connex-

ion Wi-Fi.

1. Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur Favoris réseau, puis sélection-

nez Propriétés.

2. Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur Connexion au réseau sans l,

puis sélectionnez Propriétés.

3. Sélectionnez Protocole Internet (TCP/IP), et cliquez sur Pro-

priétés.

4. Sélectionnez Obtenir une adresse IP automatiquement et Ob-

tenir les adresses des serveurs DNS automatiquement, puis

cliquez sur OK pour terminer la conguration.

Notications et avertissements de sécurité

A l’intention du propriétaire

• Certains équipements électriques sont sensibles aux inter-

férences électromagnétiques émises par votre appareil s’ils sont

mal protégés, par exemple le système électronique des voitures.

Le cas échéant, consultez le fabricant de l'appareil avant de l’

utiliser.

• L’utilisation de votre appareil peut interférer avec des équipe-

ments médicaux comme des appareils auditifs et stimulateurs

cardiaques. Veuillez respecter une distance d’au moins 20 cen-

timètres par rapport à ces équipements lorsqu'ils sont allumés.

Eteignez votre appareil si nécessaire. Informez-vous auprès d'un

médecin ou du fabricant avant d’utiliser votre appareil.

• Veuillez respecter les limitations d’usage lors de l'utilisation de

votre appareil dans des endroits comme des lieux de stockage

de pétrole ou des entreprises de produits chimiques où des gaz

explosifs ou produits explosifs sont manipulés. Eteignez votre

appareil si nécessaire.

• L’utilisation de dispositifs de transmission électronique est interd-

ite dans les avions, les stations-services et les hôpitaux. Veuillez

respecter les recommandations et éteindre votre appareil dans

ces endroits.

• Ne touchez pas à l’antenne intégrée si ce n’est pas nécessaire.

Vous risqueriez d’affecter la performance de votre appareil.

Utilisation de votre appareil

• Veuillez n'utiliser que les accessoires originaux ou ceux auto-

risés. L’utilisation d’accessoires non autorisés peut affecter la

performance de votre appareil et être en violation avec les régle-

mentations nationales inhérentes concernant les terminaux de

télécommunication.

• Evitez d’utiliser votre appareil à proximité ou à l'intérieur de

structures métalliques ou bâtiments pouvant générer des ondes

électromagnétiques. Cela pourrait affecter la réception des sig-

naux.

• Votre appareil n’est pas étanche. Veuillez le conserver dans un

endroit frais, à l'abri du soleil.

• N’utilisez pas directement votre appareil après un brusque

changement de température. Dans un tel cas, de la condensation

se formera à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de votre appareil. Veuillez

donc attendre qu'il soit entièrement sec avant de l'utiliser.

• Manipulez votre appareil avec précaution. Ne le laissez pas

tomber, ne le pliez pas et ne le frappez pas. Vous risqueriez de

l'endommager.

• Ne le faites pas démonter par un non-professionnel. Seuls les

techniciens homologués peuvent effectuer des réparations.

• Une température entre -0 °C ~ +35 °C et un taux d'humidité de

5 % ~ 95 % sont recommandés pour l'utilisation de votre appareil.

Utilisation de la batterie

• Ne court-circuitez pas la batterie, cela pourrait provoquer une

chaleur excessive voire un incendie.

• Ne stockez pas la batterie dans des endroits chauds et ne la

jetez pas dans un feu an d'éviter toute explosion.

• Ne démontez pas et ne modiez pas la batterie.

• Si vous n'utilisez pas la batterie pendant un long laps de temps,

retirez-la de votre appareil et conservez-la dans un endroit sec et

frais.

• N'utilisez jamais de chargeur ou de batterie endommagée ou

usagée.

• Renvoyez la batterie usagée au fournisseur ou recyclez-la selon

la réglementation en vigueur. Ne la mettez pas au rebut parmi

les ordures ménagères.

AVERTISSEMENT :

Evitez tout contact avec une batterie endommagée. En cas de con-

tact avec la peau, lavez soigneusement la partie exposée à l'eau

claire et contactez un médecin au besoin.

iii. toute mauvaise manipulation, mauvaise utilisation, négli-

gence ou toute installation, démontage, stockage ou utilisa-

tion incorrecte du Produit.

iv. des modications ou réparations n'ayant pas été effectuées

par ZTE ou du personnel certié par ZTE.

v. des pannes de courant ou des surtensions, incendies, inon-

dations, accidents, actions de tiers ou tout autre événement

échappant au contrôle raisonnable de ZTE.

vi. l’utilisation de produits de tiers ou l'utilisation en combinai-

son avec des produits de tiers à condition que ces défauts

soient le fruit de l'usage combiné.

vii. toute autre raison due à un usage impropre du produit.

Les utilisateurs n’auront le droit ni de refuser le produit ni de le re-

tourner ni de percevoir un remboursement du produit par ZTE dans

les situations susmentionnées.

• La présente garantie est le seul recours de l'utilisateur nal et la

seule responsabilité de ZTE du fait de produits défectueux ou

non conformes et remplace toutes les autres garanties et condi-

tions, expresses ou implicites, y compris (mais de manière non

limitative) les garanties ou conditions de qualité marchande ou

d'adaptation à un usage particulier, sauf lorsqu'une loi ou une

réglementation locale l'exige.

• Vous devez installer le logiciel. Exécutez l’

installation du programme par le chemin

du Poste de travail > ZTEMODEM.

• Si le pilote de votre appareil est anormal,

veuillez réinstaller le logiciel. Vous devrez

tout d’abord désinstaller le logiciel.

• Vériez que la fonction Wi-Fi est active.

tionnez le bon SSID.

• Vériez l’adresse IP an d’avoir la certitude

que votre client puisse obtenir une adresse

IP automatiquement dans les propriétés du

protocole Internet (TCP/IP).

• Saisissez la bonne clé réseau (mot de

passe Wi-Fi) quand vous vous connectez

à votre appareil.

A propos du mot

de passe

• Pour le mot de passe de connexion Wi-Fi,

veuillez vérier l’étiquette se trouvant sur l’

appareil.

• Le mot de passe par défaut de la congu-

ration de la page WebGUI est admin.

• Si vous avez changé le mot de passe et

avez oublié le nouveau mot de passe, vous

devez rétablir l’appareil aux paramètres de

fabrication par défaut.

OPMERKING:

Gebruik het toestel niet in een afgesloten omgeving met onvoldoende

warmteafvoer. Langdurige werking in dergelijke ruimtes kan over-

verhitting veroorzaken en de omgevingstemperatuur doen stijgen.

Hierdoor kan het toestel voor uw veiligheid automatisch worden uitge-

schakeld. Laat het toestel in dergelijk geval in een goed geventileerde

ruimte afkoelen alvorens het in te schakelen voor normaal gebruik.

Uw toestel installeren

1. Verwijder de achtercover.

2. Plaats de simkaart.

BELANGRIJK:

uw toestel ondersteunt geen Micro/Nano of eender welke andere

niet-standaard simkaarten. Gebruik deze niet, zodat uw toestel niet

beschadigd raakt.

3. Plaats de batterij.

1) Open de cover van de microSD-kaart.

OPMERKING:

Ga hierbij voorzichtig tewerk, want de kaart is aangesloten op het

toestel.

2) Plaats de microSD-kaart in de microSD-kaartsleuf. De volgende

afbeelding laat de correcte richting zien. U hoort een klik wan-

neer de microSD-kaart vastklikt.

3) Sluit de cover van de microSD-kaart.

Verbinding maken met uw toestel

Via wi

1. Schakel uw toestel rechtstreeks in. Het duurt 1 à 2 minuten om

te initialiseren.

2. Gebruik uw normale wi-applicatie op de client om naar de bes-

chikbare draadloze netwerken te zoeken.

OPMERKING: stel de client in om automatisch een IP-adres te verkri-

jgen en raadpleeg hierbij het hoofdstuk “Uw computer congureren”.

De client krijgt vervolgens een IP-adres zoals “192.168.1.101”.

3. Selecteer de SSID van uw toestel en klik vervolgens op Con-

nect.

U vindt de standaard-SSID en wisleutel op het label op uw toestel.

4. Voer het wachtwoord in en klik op Connect.

OPMERKING:

Het is mogelijk dat u het wachtwoord moet invoeren voor de

wiverbinding. U vindt het standaardwachtwoord op het label op uw

toestel.

5. Wacht een ogenblik. De client zal succesvol verbonden worden

met uw toestel.

Toegang krijgen tot het internet

Als u de verbinding met succes tot stand hebt gebracht is het toestel

altijd verbonden met het internet.

Opmerkingen:

Log in op de webGUI-conguratiepagina om de gedetailleerde param-

eters van uw toestel te wijzigen. Ga daarvoor naar http://192.168.1.1

of http://m.home.

Uw toestel ondersteunt multiclients om tegelijkertijd op het internet te

surfen. De volgende afbeelding geldt enkel als referentie.

Uw computer congureren

Volg de volgende stappen en afbeeldingen voor Windows XP om het

internetprotocol voor uw wiverbinding te congureren.

1. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op My Network Places en select-

eer Properties.

2. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op Wireless Network Connection,

en selecteer Properties.

3. Selecteer Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) en klik vervolgens op

Properties.

Waarschuwing en Kennisgeving

Voor de Eigenaar

• Sommige elektronische toestellen, zoals elektronische systemen

in voertuigen, zijn gevoelig voor elektromagnetische interferentie

afkomstig van uw toestel indien ze onjuist zijn afgeschermd.

Neem indien nodig contact op met de fabrikant van uw toestel

alvorens de modem in gebruik te nemen.

• De werking van uw toestel kan interfereren met medische ap-

paratuur zoals hoorapparaten en pacemakers. Houd bij aange-

schakelde modems steeds een afstand van meer dan 20 cm ten

opzichte van dergelijke medische apparatuur. Schakel uw toestel

indien nodig uit. Neem contact op met een arts of met de fab-

rikant van het medisch hulpmiddel voor u uw toestel in gebruik

neemt.

• Houd rekening met de beperkingen die gelden voor het gebruik

van uw toestel in de buurt van olieopslagplaatsen, chemische

fabrieken, of van plaatsen waar explosieve gassen of producten

worden verwerkt. Schakel uw toestel indien nodig uit.

• Het gebruik van elektronische transmissietoestellen is verboden

in vliegtuigen, in de buurt van tankstations en in ziekenhuizen.

Volg alle waarschuwingen op en schakel uw toestel op dergelijke

plaatsen uit.

• Raak de antennezone aan de binnenkant niet onnodig aan. Dat

kan de prestaties van uw toestel nadelig beïnvloeden.

• Bewaar uw toestel buiten het bereik van jonge kinderen. Uw

toestel kan letsel veroorzaken als het toestel als speelgoed wordt

gebruikt.

• Raak de metalen onderdelen van uw aangeschakeld toestel niet

aan; dit zou brandwonden kunnen veroorzaken.

Uw Toestel gebruiken

• Gebruik enkel originele of erkende accessoires. Het gebruik

van niet-erkende accessoires kan de prestaties van uw toestel

nadelig beïnvloeden en een inbreuk vormen op de nationale re-

gelgeving inzake telecommunicatieterminals.

• Vermijd het gebruik van uw toestel in of in de omgeving van

metalen structuren of gebouwen die elektromagnetische golven

kunnen uitzenden. Dit kan de signaalontvangst beïnvloeden.

• Uw toestel is niet waterdicht. Bewaar de modem op een droge

en koele plaats, uit de zon.

• Gebruik uw toestel niet onmiddellijk na een plotselinge temperat-

uurwisseling. In dergelijke gevallen kan er zich condens vormen

aan de binnen- en buitenkant van uw toestel. Gebruik het pas

wanneer het volledig is opgedroogd.

• Ga voorzichtig om met uw toestel. Laat het apparaat niet vallen,

buig het niet of en bescherm het tegen hevige schokken. Dat kan

schade veroorzaken aan uw toestel.

• Het demonteren en herstellen van de modem dient strikt voorbe-

houden te blijven voor gekwaliceerde technici.

• Een bedrijfstemperatuur tussen 0°C en +35°C en een

vochtigheidsgraad tussen 5% en 95% zijn aanbevolen.

Batterij gebruiken

• Vermijd kortsluiting van de batterij, dit kan oververhitting en

brand veroorzaken.

• Bewaar de batterij niet in een warme omgeving en werp hem niet

in het vuur, dit kan ontplofng veroorzaken.

• Demonteer of vervorm de batterij niet.

• Wanneer u de batterij voor een lange periode niet gebruikt, neem

hem dan uit uw toestel en bewaar hem op een koele, droge

plaats.

• Laad de batterij nooit op en gebruik nooit lege of beschadigde

batterijen.

• Breng de lege batterij terug naar de provider of gooi hem in een

daarvoor bestemde reyclebak. Gooi de batterij niet bij het huis-

houdelijk afval.

WAARSCHUWING:

Vermijd contact met de batterij indien hij kapot is. Indien de batterij in

aanraking komt met uw huid, was uw huid dan overvloedig met stro-

mend water en raadpleeg indien nodig een arts.

Beperkte Garantie

• Deze garantie geldt niet bij defecten of productfouten vero-

orzaakt door:

i. Redelijke slijtage.

ii. De niet-naleving door de eindgebruiker van de ZTE-instruc-

ties of -procedures inzake installatie, werking of onderhoud.

iii. Ruwe behandeling, verkeerde behandeling, onachtzaam-

heid of onjuiste installatie, demonteren, onjuiste opslag,

onjuist onderhoud of onjuiste werking van het Product door

de eindgebruiker.

iv. Wijzigingen of herstellingen die niet door ZTE of een ZTE-

gecerticeerd hersteller zijn uitgevoerd.

v. Stroomonderbrekingen, spanningspieken, brand, overstrom-

ing, ongevallen, acties door derde partijen of andere voor-

vallen die buiten de redelijke controle van ZTE vallen.

vi. Het gebruik van producten van derden, of het gebruik in

combinatie met producten van derden gesteld dat dergelijke

defecten een gevolg zijn van een gecombineerd gebruik.

vii. Alle overige oorzaken die buiten het normale bedoelde Pro-

ductgebruik vallen.

In bovenstaande gevallen heeft de eindgebruiker niet het recht het

Product af te wijzen of terug te sturen en maakt hij geen aanspraak

op enige terugbetaling door ZET.

• Deze garantie vormt het enige verhaal voor de Eindgebruiker

en de enige aansprakelijkheid van ZTE ten aanzien van defecte

onderdelen of onderdelen die niet conform zijn; deze garantie

treedt in de plaats van alle overige, uitdrukkelijke, impliciete of

wettelijk opgelegde garanties, daaronder begrepen maar niet

beperkt tot de impliciete garanties ten aanzien van de verhandel-

baarheid en geschiktheid voor een speciek doel, tenzij anders

vereist krachtens de verplichte wetsbepalingen.

Beperking van de Aansprakelijkheid

ZTE kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor winstderving of voor

onrechtstreekse, speciale, incidentele of gevolgschade van, voortv-

loeiend uit of in verband met het gebruik van dit product, ongeacht

of ZTE over dergelijke schade werd geadviseerd of van dergelijke

schade op de hoogte was of op de hoogte had moeten zijn, met inbe-

grip van, maar niet beperkt tot gederfde winsten, bedrijfsonderbrek-

ing, kapitaalkosten, kosten voor vervangende voorzieningen of voor

productvervanging, of willekeurige uitvaltijden.
