This optical transceiver module is designed specifically for the AQ1300 and AQ1301. Do not
install this instrument in other devices.

When optical transceiver module (XFP module or SFP module ) is installed in the AQ1300 or AQ1301,
AQ1300 or AQ1301 is a Class 1 laser product as defined by IEC60825-1 Safety of Laser Products—
Part1: Equipment classification and requirements. In addition, this instrument complies with 21 CFR
1040.10, 1040.11 except for deviations pursuant to Laser Notice No. 50, dated June 24, 2007.
It is designated for use solely as a component of such electronic product and therefore does not com-
ply with the appropriate requirements of 1040.10 and 1040.11 for complete laser products.
