
Voice Mail
The first time you use your phone, please record your name and greeting so that callers can leave you a voice mail
message if you're not at your desk. This is very important for the directory dial-by name feature.
1) Press the message button ( ) on the phone.
2) You’ll be prompted for your password. Enter default password 159753. Please change it.
3) Press ‘0’ for mailbox options.
4) Then follow the prompts (see below) to recording your greeting and change your voicemail password for
security purposes!

Configuring your phone’s button keys via the web user interface.
1. Press the “OK” key on the phone to find the IP address of the phone.
2. Enter the IP address into your web browser address bar, then hit ‘Enter’.
3. Enter the user name (user) and password (user) in the login page and hit “Confirm”.
4. Select DSSKey Tab to program keys. For
T41S: Use Line Key 1-5, Line Key 6-10, and Line Key 11-15 accordingly.
T46S: Use Line Key 1-9, Line Key 10-18, and Line Key 19-27 accordingly.

Notes Programming Buttons
When programming local extension buttons - select ‘BLF’ (Busy Lamp Field) as the key type. Enter the
extension number in the Key Value and the extension name in the key Label. This will light the key
providing an indication if the person’s on a call (red) or not (green).
When programming a forward to voicemail button – select DND (Do Not Disturb) as the key type and
enter FWDVM in the key Label.
When programming a forward to cell phone button – select forward as the key type and enter FWDCELL
in the key Label. Also, click in the Features TAB and enter your cell phone number in the Target field (The
account field must show your extension number and then program the “On Code” and “Off Code” as the
below picture is showing).
To upload a unique ring tone, select the Settings Tab and either select one of the available ring types, or upload a
‘.wav’ file off your PC, Choose File, then Upload and Confirm. Also, you can change the Wallpaper picture (T46G).

To customize your Directory, select the Directory Tab. You can enter your directory contacts here which is easier
and faster than through the phone key pad. If you prefer to upload a XML file, we recommend you request support
from your IT department.
