1. Product Overview
Cutter
Unwinder
The DocuSheeter maximizes productivity on every job. Roll's
unique paper handling technology and simple design guarantee
it. Operators readily master the equipment. Easy roll loading,
simple thread-up and quick form size changes increase uptime.
DocuSheeter runs all the form sizes your printer can handle, and
accommodates wide rolls for two-up printing. Process plain or
pre-printed forms to produce bills, statements, checks, reports,
and other documents in record time. Keep jobs in-house by
running more efficiently. Optional hole-punch avoids changing
stock and saves more money on paper. With DocuSheeter you'll
do more with less.
The fast, quiet, and easy to use DocuSheeter is backed by
around-the-globe service and round-the-clock support. Discover
how DocuSheeter can increase your productivity, speed
turnaround, cut labor and paper costs, and widen your print
window.
The roll cart maneuvers smoothly to permit easy, quick loading
of rolls from pallet to unwinder. The height matches the standard
pallet for easy transfer, easily handled by one person. The
optional roll cart eliminates damage from rolling paper on floors
and spreads weight, reducing stress to raised floors. The roll cart
docks into the unwinder, allowing rolls to be loaded directly from
the cart.

In addition, the DocuSheeter DT can also be equipped with an
optional Grain Rotator. This device is only available with the
DocuTech 61xx family printers.

The rotator features a straightforward design and short paper
path that minimizes waste and maintains a small footprint. The
rotator is mobile, which allows the operator to detach it from the
DocuSheeter and return the grain perpendicular to the paper
path.
The user-friendly controls make changing sheet sizes easy and
can be done with one knob adjustment.

Lasermax Roll Systems personnel install the DocuSheeter at the
customer site. Estimated installation time is 8 hours, assuming
the following:
• The Xerox printer to which the DocuSheeter DP will be
attached is installed and operational upon the arrival of the
Lasermax Roll Systems technician.
• A small supply of appropriate paper rolls is available, to
assist in the installation process and to run initial production.
Note: For pre-printed rolls (run on the DocuSheeter DP equipped
with the print register option), rolls must conform to the Lasermax
Roll Systems document, "Print Registration Mark Specification".
In addition to installation time, the Lasermax Roll technician will
train customer personnel in the operation of the DocuSheeter
DP. Up to three two-hour operator-training sessions per system
type are standard. Each session can accommodate up to four
people. Training must occur in the two consecutive business
days after installation. Weekend, holiday and other shift
personnel should be trained in these sessions or additional
training arrangements can be made at additional charge.
Operating Supplies
The system does not come with a paper roll, and only comes
with a roll cart if one is ordered. There are no operating supplies
for the DocuSheeter.
