liquids.

 Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually

using it.

Damage caused by user modifications to the device is not covered
by the warranty.

 Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in

an unauthorised way will void the warranty.

 Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual

is not covered by the warranty and the dealer will not accept
responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.

 Do not short-circuit input and output.

6. Operation

6.1 Installation

1. Please clean the solar panel with a dry cloth. A clean panel will

be much more efficient than a dirty panel.

2. Select an installation spot exposed to the sun. Place the panel

faced toward the sun. Use the sucking cups if necessary.

3. Connect the panel to the lamp using the included connecting

cable.

4. Install your lamp in the desired spot. Take into account that the

connection cable is 5 m long.

The Lamp

1. Press the switch to switch on the lamp:

o press once for mode 1 (1 W)
o press twice for mode 2 (2 W)
o press thrice for mode 3 (3 W)

2. Press again to switch off the lamp.

Make sure to fully charge the lamp prior to using it.

Charger

You can use the lamp to recharge a 5 V, 1 A device such as your
smartphone. Select and only use the appropriate included connecting
plugs.

Never connect a device exceeding the values of 5 V, 1 A.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

The SOL22 does not need any particular maintenance. However, it is
advisable to clean it occasionally to keep it looking like new.

8. Battery

Warning: This device contains an internal rechargeable

battery. When the device is end-of-life, it must be
disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Do not
puncture batteries or throw them in fire as they may
explode. Keep batteries away from children.

1. Inleiding

Belangrijke milieu-informatie betreffende dit product

Dit symbool op het toestel of de verpakking geeft aan
dat, als het na zijn levenscyclus wordt weggeworpen, dit
toestel schade kan toebrengen aan het milieu. Gooi dit
toestel (en eventuele batterijen) niet bij het gewone
huishoudelijke afval; het moet bij een gespecialiseerd
bedrijf terechtkomen voor recyclage. U moet dit toestel
naar uw dealer of naar een lokaal recyclagepunt brengen.

3. Algemene richtlijnen

Raadpleeg de Velleman® service- en kwaliteitsgarantie
achteraan deze handleiding.

 Bescherm tegen schokken. Vermijd brute kracht tijdens de

bediening van het toestel.

 Bescherm tegen stof en extreme temperaturen.
 Bescherm dit toestel tegen regen, vochtigheid en opspattende

vloeistoffen.

 Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen voor u het gaat

gebruiken.

 Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen aanbrengen.

Schade door wijzigingen die de gebruiker heeft aangebracht aan
het toestel valt niet onder de garantie.

 Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. De garantie

vervalt automatisch bij ongeoorloofd gebruik.

 De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde

richtlijnen in deze handleiding en uw dealer zal de
verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of problemen die hier
rechtstreeks verband mee houden.

 Sluit de ingang en uitgang NOOIT kort.

6. Gebruik

6.1 Montage

1. Reinig het zonnepaneel met een droge doek. Een proper paneel

is veel efficiënter dan een vuil paneel.

2. Kies een montageplaats die wordt blootgesteld aan zonlicht.

Richt het paneel naar de zon. Indien nodig, gebruik de
zuignappen.

3. Koppel het paneel aan de lamp met de meegeleverde

aansluitkabels.

4. Bevestig de lamp op de gewenste plaats. Houd er rekening mee

dat de aansluitkabel 5 m lang is.

6.2 De SOL22 gebruiken

De lamp

1. Druk op de knop om de lamp in te schakelen:

o druk eenmaal voor modus 1 (1 W)
o druk tweemaal voor modus 2 (2 W)
o druk driemaal voor modus 3 (3 W)

2. Druk nogmaals om de lamp uit te schakelen.

Laad de lamp volledig op voordat u ze in gebruik neemt.

Oplader

U kunt de lamp gebruiken om een toestel van 5 V, 1 A (bijv.
smartphone) op te laden. Selecteer en gebruik enkel de
meegeleverde aansluitpluggen.

Sluit nooit een toestel aan met waarden hoger dan 5 V,
1 A.

7. Reiniging en onderhoud

De SOL22 vereist geen bijzonder onderhoud. Het is echter aan te
raden om het toestel regelmatig te reinigen om het er als nieuw te
laten uitzien.

8. Batterijen

Waarschuwing: Dit toestel bevat een interne

herlaadbare batterij. Wanneer het product het einde van
zijn levensduur heeft bereikt, ontdoe u er dan van
volgens de plaatselijke regelgeving. U mag batterijen
nooit doorboren of in het vuur gooien (explosiegevaar).
Houd de batterijen buiten het bereik van kinderen.

6. Emploi

6.1 Installation

1. Nettoyer le panneau solaire avec un chiffon sec. Un panneau

propre sera beaucoup plus efficace qu'un panneau sale.

2. Choisir un emplacement qui est exposé au soleil. Orienter le

panneau vers le soleil. Si nécessaire, utiliser les ventouses.
