1. Introduction

6. Installation

• The device can be used on the table or attached to the cars

sunshield.

• To attach the base station to the sunshield, first slide the

mounting bracket [H] in the retaining tabs at the back of the
base station.

• Slide the open end of the mounting bracket [H] over the

sunshield. This can be done in 2 ways (see below). When using
the rear view mirror, set the display to mirrored (see §7).

7. Operation

Note: prior to using the BTSP2 for the first time, both headset and

base station should be charged fully (see §8).
Consider charging base station and headset separately; when
charging the headset through the base station, the latter will
get priority and will be charged first.

• To switch the base station on, place the ear device [A] into the

base station. Make sure the USB connectors [A1] and [G] are
securely fit. Press and hold the function key [A2] for ±6 seconds.
The LCD display [E] shows 888888888888, followed by ON.

• To use the ear device [A] stand-alone, remove it from the base

station and press and hold the function key for ± 6 seconds. The
base station remains off.

• Adjust the volume of the ear device [A], using the volume up

[6] and volume down [7] buttons. Adjust the volume of the base
station speaker [B] by turning the volume knob [C].

• Switch the car kit off by pressing and holding the function key

[A2] for ±8 seconds. The LCD display [E] shows OFF.

The device must be associated with a Bluetooth
phone before use.

• Press and hold the function key [A2] until the status indicator

[A3] flashes red and blue.

• Enable the Bluetooth

• On the mobile phone, select BTSP2 and enter th e password

(0000) to confirm pairing.

• The base station displays CONNECTED and the status indicator

[A3] flashes blue with a 5 seconds interval.

• Note that some mobile phones will not connect until a call is

received or made.

voice dialling

Voice dialling requires a mobile phone that supports this function.

• Verify that the status indicator [A3] flashes blue (interval 5s).

• Press the function key [A2] once. The display shows

VOICEDIAL and a voice dialling prompt is sent.

• Respond with a pre-recorded voice tag. The base station repeats

the voice tag and the number is dialled.

Last number redial requires a mobile phone that supports this
function.

• Verify that the status indicator [A3] flashes blue (interval 5s).

• Press the function key [A2] 2x shortly. The display shows

REDIAL and the last number is redialled.

answer/reject/end a phone call

• Verify that the status indicator [A3] flashes blue (interval 5s).

• When an incoming call is detected, the LCD displays the caller ID

and rings.

• Press the function key [A2] once to answer the call; press it 2x

times fast to reject the call. In this case, the display shows
REJECT.

• The ear device can be left in the base station, or can be used

detached with the ear plug [5] inserted in the ear.

• Press the function key [A2] again to end the phone call. The

display shows HANGUP.

waiting calls

The availability of this function depends on the used network
operator.

• When a second incoming call is detected, the LCD displays the

caller ID and rings.

• Press and hold the function key [A2] for ±3s to answer the

second call. The display shows ACCEPT.

• To switch between the calls, press and hold the function key

[A2] for ±3s.

• To end an incoming call, press the function key [A2] shortly; the

current call is ended and the other line becomes active. The
display shows RESTORE.

switching between mobile phone and car kit

• During conversation, press and hold the function ke y [A2] for

±3s. The car kit is disabled and the phone call is transferred to
the mobile phone. The display shows TRANSFER.

• Press the function key [A2] shortly to transfer the call back to

the car kit. The display shows CONNECTED.

display direction

• The base station can be placed on a table top or attached to a

sunshield. To ensure readability, the LCD display reading can be
shown upside down or mirrored.

• Change the display reading by pressing and holding the volume

down button [7] for ±3s. The status indicator [A3] flashes red
1x for normal (desktop) display, 2x for mirrored (deployed
sunshield) and 3x for upside down (stowed sunshield).

8. Charging

• When the display shows LO and beeps are heard, the internal

battery needs charging.

• Connect the 5VDC plug of the included cable to the DC jack [D]

of the base station and plug the other side into the included car
cigarette lighter plug (or other USB power source). Plug the
cigarette lighter plug into a cars DC output socket.

• The charging indicator [F] turns on red during charging; it turns

green when charging is completed (±3h). During charging, the
car kit can be used normally.

• Note that the ear device can be charged separately via the

included USB cable. Connect the USB mini-B connector of the
cable to the USB connector of the ear device [A1] and the other
side to a 5VDC USB power source. The status indicator [A3]
turns red during charging; it turns green when charging is
completed.

9. Batteries

• The BTSP2 contains built-in Lithium batteries. When the device is

end-of-life, have these batteries removed by a qualified person
and dispose of them in accordance with local regulations.

WARNING:
Never dispose of batteries in fire, as they could
explode.Keep batteries away from children.

1. Inleiding

3. Algemene richtlijnen

6. Installatie

• Deze handsfreekit kan alleenstaand gebruikt of aan de zonneklep

bevestigd worden.

• Schuif de montagebeugel [H] in de gleufjes achteraan het

station.

• Schuif nu de montagebeugel [H] over de zonneklep. Schakel de

spiegelfunctie in wanneer u de display aan de achteruitkijkspiegel
bevestigt (zie §7).

7. Gebruik

Opmerking: Laad het oortje en het station alvorens de eerste

ingebruikname van de BTSP2 (zie §8).
Laad het oortje en het station afzonderlijk; indien u het oortje
via het station laadt, zal eerst het station geladen worden en
pas daarna het oortje.

• Plaats het oortje [A] in het station om het station in te

schakelen. Zorg dat de USB-aansluiting [A1] en [G] een goed
contact maken. Houd de functietoets [A2] gedurende ± 6
seconden ingedrukt. De display [E] geeft 888888888888 weer
gevolgd door ON.

• Om het oortje [A] te gebruiken, verwijder het uit het station en

houd de functietoets gedurende ± 6 seconden ingedrukt. Het
sttaion schakelt uit.

• Regel het volume van het oortje [A] bij met de toetsen [6] en

[7]. Regel het volume van het station [B] bij met de
volumeregeling [C].

• Schakel de handsfreekit uit door de functietoets [A2] gedurende

± 8 seconden ingedrukt te houden. De display [E] geeft OFF weer.

koppeling

Deze handsfreekit is enkel compatibel met e en gsm die Bluetooth
ondersteunt.

• Houd de functietoets [A2] ingedrukt tot de statusaanduiding

[A3] rood en blauw oplicht.

• Schakel de Bluetooth

geef het paswoord (0000) in om de koppeling te bevestigen.

• Het station geeft CONNECTED weer en de blauwe statusaanduiding

[A3] knippert.

• Opmerking: sommige gsm’s koppelen enkel bij een oproep.

voicedialing

Deze functie functioneert enkel met een gsm die voicedialing
ondersteunt.

• Zorg dat de blauwe statusaanduiding [A3] knippert.

• Druk op de functietoets [A2]. De display geeft VOICEDIAL weer en

de voicedialingprompt wordt verzonden.

• Spreek nu de voicetag in zoals u hem hebt opgenomen. De

display geeft het gelinkte telefoonnummer weer en vormt het
nummer.

weer en het laatst gevormde nummer wordt opnieuw gevormd.

• Zorg dat de blauwe statusaanduiding [A3] knippert.

• Bij een inkomende oproep geeft de display het inkomende

telefoonnummer weer.

• Druk eenmaal op de functietoets [A2] om de oproep te

aanvaarden of druk tweemaal om de oproep te weigeren. In d het
laatste geval geeft de display REJECT weer.

• U kunt het oortje [5] in het station laten of autonoom gebruiken.

• Druk eenmaal op de functietoets [A2] om de oproep te

beëindigen. De display geeft HANGUP weer.

De beschikbaarheid van deze functie is afhankelijk van de gebruikte
netwerkoperator.

• Bij een tweede oproep tijdens een gesprek geeft de display het

inkomende telefoonnummer en een geluidsmeling weer.

• Houd de functietoets [A2] gedurende ± 3 seconden ingedrukt

om de inkomende oproep te aanvaarden. De display geeft ACCEPT
weer.

• Schakel over naar het tweede gesprek door de functietoets [A2]

gedurende ± 3 seconden ingedrukt te houden.

• Beëindig een gesprek met een druk op de functietoets [A2]; de

tweede oproep wordt automatisch ingeschakeld. De display geeft
RESTORE weer.

• Houd tijdens een gesprek de functietoets [A2] gedurende ± 3

seconden ingedrukt. De handsfreekit wordt uitgeschakeld en de
oproep wordt naar de gsm doorgeschakeld. De display geeft
TRANSFER weer.

• Druk kort op de functietoets [A2] om de oproep te rug naar de

handfreekit door te schakelen. De display geeft CONNECTED weer.

• Plaats het station op een egaal vlak of bevestig het aan de

zonneklep. De uitlezing kan dan ook omgekeerd op de display
weergegeven worden.

8. Herladen van de batterij

• Herlaad de interne batterij van zodra de display LO weergeeft.

• Steek de 5VDC-plug van de meegeleverde kabel in de DC-ingang

[D] van het station en steek het andere eind van de kabel in de
meegeleverde sigarettenplug of een USB-poort. Steek de
sigarettenplug in de DC-uitgang van het voertuig.

• De laadaanduiding [F] licht tijdens het laadproces rood op. Van

zodra de batterij volledig geladen is (na ± 3 u), licht de
aanduiding groen op. Tijdens het laadproces kunt u de
handsfreekit normaal gebruiken.

• U kunt het oortje afzonderlijk herladen via de meegeleverde USB-

kabel. Steek hiervoor de mini-B USB-plug van de kabel in de
USB-aansluiting van het oortje [A1] en koppel het andere eind
van de kabel aan een USB-voeding van 5 VDC. De
statusaanduiding [A3] licht tijdens het laadproces rood op. Van
zodra het oortje volledig geladen is, licht de aanduiding groen op.

9. De batterij

• De BTSP2 bevat een interne lithiumbatterij. Na zijn levenscyclus

moet u de batterij verwijderen en deze samen met het toestel
naar uw verdeler of naar een lokaal recyclagepunt brengen.

LET OP! Gooi de batterij nooit in het vuur. Houd
de batterij buiten bereik van kinderen.

6. Installation

• Ce kit mains libres peut être utilisé en pose libre ou fixé au pare-

soleil.

• Glisser le support [H] dans les encoches à l’arrière de la station.

• Glisser la station sur le pare-soleil (voir ci-dessous). Activer

l’affichage inversé lors d’une fixation au rétroviseur (voir §7).

7. Emploi

Remarque : Charger la station et l’oreillette avant la pr emière mise

en service (voir §8).
Charger la station et l’oreillette séparément ; en chargeant
l’oreillette depuis la station, la dernière sera chargée en
premier.

• Activer la station en plaçant l’oreillette [A] dans son

emplacement. Veiller à ce que les connecteurs USB [A1] et [G]
fassent un bon contact. Maintenir enfoncé la touche de fonction

[A2] pendant ± 6 secondes. Le message 888888888888 s’affiche
[E], suivi de ON.

• Retirer l’oreillette [A] de son emplacement, maintenir enfoncé la

touche de fonction pendant ± 6 secondes et le placer dans
l’oreille. L’utilisation de l’oreillette désactive la station.

• Régler le volume de l’oreillette [A] avec les touches de r é g la ge [6]

et [7]. Régler le volume du haut-parleur [B] ave c le réglag e [C].

• Éteindre le kit ma ins lib res e n maint e nan t enfo ncé la to uc he de

fonction [A2] pendant ± 8 secondes. Le message OFF s’affiche [E].

Ce kit mains libres n’est compatible qu’avec un mobile supportant la
fonction Bluetooth

• Maintenir enfoncé la touche de fonction [A2] jusqu’à ce que le

et saisir le mot de passe (0000) pour confirmer la connexion.

• Le message CONNECTED s’affiche et le voyant d’état bleu [A3]

clignote.

• Remarque : certains mobiles n’établiront la connexion que lors

d’un appel.

• S’assurer que le voyant d’état bleu [A3] clignote.

• Enfoncer la touche de fonction [A2]. Le message VOICEDIAL s’affiche

et l’invite de commande est envoyée.

• Prononcer clairement l’étiquette vocale comme enregistrée. Le

numéro d’appel est affiché et composé.

La recomposition du dernier numéro d’appe l n’est dispon ible qu’en
combinaison avec un mobile supportant cette fonction.

• S’assurer que le voyant d’état bleu [A3] clignote.

• Enfoncer la touche de fonction [A2] à deux reprises. Le message

REDIAL s’affiche et le dernier numéro d’appel est composé.

• S’assurer que le voyant d’état bleu [A3] clignote.

• Le numéro d’appel s’affiche et la station émet une tonalité lors

d’un appel à l’arrivé.

• Enfoncer la touche de fonction [A2] une fois pour répondre à

l’appel ou deux fois pour le rejeter. Dans ce cas, le message
REJECT s’affiche.

• L’oreillette peut rester connectée à la station ou peut être placée

dans l’oreille.

• Renfoncer la touche de fonction [A2] pour terminer l’appel. Le

message HANGUP s’affiche.

• La station peut être utilisée en pose libre ou fixé au pare-soleil. Il

est possible d’inverser l’affichage afin d’assurer la lisibilité.

• Maintenir enfoncé la touche volume

pour inverser l’affichage. Le voyant d’état rouge [A3] clignote 1x
pour un affichage normal (pose libre), 2x pour un affichage
inversé (fixation du kit mains libre sur un pare-soleil déployé) ou
3x pour un affichage à l’envers (fixation du kit mains libre sur un

8. Recharge

• Recharger la batterie dès que le message LO s’affiche et que la

station émette une tonalité.

• Insérer la fiche 5 VCC du câble inclus dans la prise d’alimentation

[D] de la station e t insérer l’aut re fiche dans la fiche allume­cigare ou une prise USB. Insérer la fiche allume -cigare dans la
prise d’alimentation du véhicule.

• Le voyant de recharge [F] s’allume en rouge pendant la

recharge ; il s’allume en vert dès que la batterie est entièrement
rechargée (± 3 h). Le kit mains libres peut être utilisé
normalement pendant la recharge.

• L’oreillette peut être rechargée séparément à l’aide du câble USB

inclus. Ins érer la fiche USB mini-B dans la prise USB de l’oreillette
[A1] et insérer l’autre fiche dans une prise d’alimentation 5 VCC.
Le voyant d’état [A3] s’allume en rouge pendant la recharge ; il
s’allume en vert dès que l’oreillette est entièrement rechargée.

9. La batterie interne

• Le BTSP2 intègre une batterie au lithium. Retirer cette batterie

du kit mains libres en fin de vie et l’éliminer en respectant la
réglementation locale relative à la protection de l’environnement.

AVERTISSEMENT : Ne jamais la batterie au feu.
Garder la batterie hors de la portée des enfants.

6. Instalación

• Es posible utilizar este kit manos libres en modo autónomo o

puede fijarlo al parasol del vehículo.

• Deslice el soporte [H] en las muescas de la parte trasera de la

estación.

7. Uso

Nota: Cargue la estación y los auriculares antes de la primera puesta

en marcha (véase §8).
Cargue la estación y los auriculares por separado; al cargar los
auriculares por la estación, primero se cargará la estación.

• Active la estación al poner los auriculares [A] en su posición.

Asegúrese de que los conectores USB [A1] y [G] hagan un buen
contacto. Mantenga pulsada la tecla de función [A2] durante ± 6
segundos. El mensaje 888888888888 se visualiza [E], seguido de ON.

• Para utilizar los auriculares [A] en el modo autónomo, sáquelos

de la estación y mantenga pulsada la tecla de función durante
± 6 segundos. La estación se desactiva.

Marcación mediante voz

La marcación mediante voz sólo está disponible si el móvil soporta
esta función.

• Asegúrese de que el indicador de estado azul [A3] parpadee.

• Pulse la tecla de función [A2]. El mensaje VOICEDIAL se visualiza y

se envía el comando.

• Pronuncie el comando de voz de forma clara. El teléfono visualiza

el número y lo marca.

Rellamar al último número marcado

La rellamada al último número marcado está disponible si el móvil
soporta esta función.

• Asegúrese de que el indicador de estado azul [A3] parpadee.

• Pulse la tecla de función [A2] dos veces. El mensaje REDIAL se

visualiza y se vuelve a marcar el último número.

Responder a/rechazar/termi na r una llamada

• Asegúrese de que el indicador de estado azul [A3] parpadee.

• El número se visualiza y la estación emite un tono si hay una

llamada entrante.

• Pulse la tecla de función [A2] una vez para respo nder a la

llamada entrante o dos veces para rechazarla. En estee caso, el
mensaje REJECT se visualiza.

• Puede dejar conectados los auriculares a la estación o puede

utilizarlos de manera autónoma.

• Vuelva a pulsar la tecla de función [A2] para terminar la

llamada. El mensaje HANGUP se visualiza.

Llamada en espera

La disponibilidad depende del proveedor de servicios.

• El número se visualiza y la estación emite un tono en cuanto

detecte una segunda llamada entrante durante una llamada en
curso.

• Mantenga pulsada la tecla de función [A2] durante ± 3 segundos

para responder a la llamada entrante. El mensaje ACCEPT se
visualiza.

• Mantenga pulsada la tecla de función [A2] durante ± 3 segundos

para conmutar entre las llamadas.

• Termine una llamada al pulsar la tecla de función [A2]; la

llamada en curso queda en espera. El mensaje RESTORE se
visualiza.

Conmutar entre el mó vil y el kit manos libres

• Durante una llamada en curso, mantenga pulsada la tecla de

función [A2] durante ± 3 segundos. El kit manos libres está
desactivado y la llamada se conmuta al móvil. El mensaje TRANSFER
se visualiza.

• Vuelva a pulsar la tecla de función [A2] para volver a conmutar

la llamada al kit manos libres. El mensaje CONNECTED se visualiza.

Inversión de la pantalla

• Es posible utilizar la estación de manera autónoma o puede fijarla

al parasol. Es posible invertir la pantalla para asegurar la
legibilidad.

• Mantenga pulsada la tecla volumen

para invertir la pantalla. El indicador de estado rojo [A3]
parpadea 1 vez para una visualización normal (modo autónomo),
2 veces para una visualización inversa (espejo) (fijación del kit
manos libres a un parasol desplegado) o 3 veces para una
visualización al revés ((fijación del kit manos libres a un parasol
plegado).

8. Cargar la batería

• Recargue la batería en cuanto el mensaje LO aparezca y la

estación emita un tono.

• Introduzca el conector 5 VCC del cable incl. en la entrada de

alimentación [D] de la estación e introduzca el otro conector en
el conector mechero o una entrada USB. Introduzca el conector
mechero en la entrada de alimentación del vehículo.

• El indicador de carga [F] se ilumina (rojo) durante la recarga; se

vuelve verde en cuanto la batería esté completamente cargada
(± 3 h). Es posible utilizar el kit manos libres normalmente
durante la carga.

• Es posible recargar los auriculares por separado con el cable USB

incluido. Introduzca el conector USB mini-B en la entrada USB de
los auriculares [A1] e introduzca el otro conector en una entrada
de alimentación 5 VCC. El indicador de estado [A3] se ilumina
(rojo) durante la recarga; se vuelve verde en cuanto los
auriculares estén completamente cargados.

9. La batería interna

• El BTSP2 funciona con una batería de litio. Saque esta batería

6. Installation

• Drücken Sie die Funktionstaste [A2] kurz, um den Anruf wieder

an die Freisprecheinrichtung weiterzuleiten. Das Display zeigt
CONNECTED an.

Display-Anzeige

• Stellen Sie die Basisstation auf einer ebenen Oberfläche auf oder

befestigen Sie diese an der Sonnenblende. Die Anzeige kann
dann auch umgekehrt im Display angezeigt werden.

• Halten Sie

[A3] blinkt 1 Mal wenn die Anzeige normal angezeigt wird
(autonome Anwendung), 2 Mal wenn die Anzeige gespiegelt wird
(befestigung an der offenen Sonnenblende) oder 3 Mal wenn die
Anzeige umgekehrt wird (befestigung an der geschlossenen
Sonnenblende).

8. Die Batterie laden

• Laden Sie die interne Batterie sobald das Display LO anzeigt.

• Stecken Sie den 5VDC-Anschluss des mitgelieferten Kabels in den

DC-Eingang [D] der Basisstation und stecken Sie das andere End
des Kabels in den mitgelieferten Zigarettenanzünderanschluss
oder einen USB-Port. Stecken Sie den
Zigarettenanzünderanschluss in den DC-Ausgang des Fahrzeuges.

• Die Lade-Anzeige [F] leuchtet während des Ladeverfahrens rot.

Sobald die Batterie völlig geladen ist (nach ± 3 Std.), leuchte t die
Anzeige grün. Während des Ladeverfahrens können Sie das Gerät
normal verwenden.

• Sie können den Kopfhörer separat über das mitgelieferte USB-

Kabel laden. Stecken Sie hierfür den Mini-B USB-Anschluss des
Kabels in den USB-Anschluss des Kopfhörers [A1] und verbinden
Sie das andere End des Kabels mit einer USB-Stromversorgung
von 5 VDC. Die Statusanzeige [A3] leuchtet während des

9. Die Batterie

• Die BTSP2 funktioniert mit einer internen Lithiumbatterie.
