IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed including the following:

1. Read all instructions.

2. Before using check that the voltage of wall outlet correspond to the one

shown on the rating plate.

3. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

4. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a authorized service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.

5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.

6. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.

7. Do not immerse upper part of blender into water as this would give rise to

electric shock.

8. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or infirm persons.

9. Avoid contacting moving parts.

10. Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk

of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running.

11. The appliance cannot be used for chopping ice or blending hard and dry substance, otherwise the blade could be blunted.

12. The use of accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries to persons.

13. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.

14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

Clean the hand-held blender according to the section of “quick cleaning”. The time running unit without load can’t exceed 15s. Important: Blades are very sharp, handle with care. Ensure that the handheld blender is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or removing attachments.

USING YOUR BLENDER

Max operation duration under high speed per time cannot exceed 1 minute.

1. Simply plug the hand-held blender to power outlet.

2. Lower the hand-held blender into food and depress the switch at the top of the motor unit. Note: the appliance cannot be used for blending hard and dry substance, and cannot be used for breaking ice.

3. To stop the hand-held blender release the switch at the top of the motor unit.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Note: Never immerse the hand-held blender in water or other liquids.

2. Wash blade in warm soapy water.

3. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.

5. Dry thoroughly. Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.

QUICK CLEANING

Between processing tasks, hold the hand-held blender in the cup half filled with water and turn on for a few seconds.

ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY DISPOSAL

You can help protect the environment! Please remember to respect the local regulations, hand in the non-working electrical equipments to an appropriate waste disposal center.

The max operation time per time shall not exceed 1 minutes and minimum 10 minutes rest time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles. When kneading yeast dough, suggest the speed selector first use a low speed and then use high speed to achieve the best results.

Le mixeur doit être placé sur un support dur et ne doit pas être utilisé en cas de constatation d’un dommage susceptible d’exercer un effet négatif sur la sécurité fonctionnelle de l’appareil.

• Les enfants peuvent ne pas être conscients des dangers encourus lors de l’utilisation des appareils électriques. C’est pourquoi, garder ce type d’appareils hors de la portée des enfants.

• Veiller à ce que l’appareil ou le câble d’alimentation ne prenne contact des supports chauds ou des sources de haute température.

• Avant tout nettoyage d’un équipement, mettre toujours le mixeur en position d’arrêt, attendre que le moteur ne tourne plus et déconnecter de la prise la fiche électrique.

• Les couteaux sont extrêmement tranchants, soyez donc attentif lorsque vous touchez à ces pièces.

• Après avoir arrêté le mixeur, attendre toujours que le moteur ne tourne plus.

• Ne pas toucher aux pièces mobiles.

• Après toute utilisation du mixeur, déconnecter de la prise la fiche électrique.

• Cet appareil est destiné exclusivement à l’usage domestique et n’est pas adapté aux applications industrielles.
