You have selected a high-quality product. The operat­ing instructions are part of this product. They contain
important information on safety, usage and disposal.
Before using the product, familiarise yourself with
all handling and safety guidelines. Use the product
only as described and for the range of applications
specified. Keep these operating instructions in a safe
place. Please also pass these operating instructions
on to any future owner(s).

Intended use

This glass break detector is exclusively intended
for monitoring glass windows in private properties,
and can be used to deter burglars by emitting an
extremely loud acoustic alarm. This product is not in­tended for commercial or industrial use. The warranty
does not apply to damage caused by improper use
of the appliance!

Information on using batteries

DANGER

► Do not throw the batteries into the fire.
► Do not short-circuit the batteries.
► Do not attempt to recharge the batteries.
► Check the condition of the batteries at regular

intervals. Leaking battery acid can cause per­manent damage to the appliance.

► Special care should be taken when handling

damaged or leaking batteries. Risk of acid
burns! Wear protective gloves.

► Store batteries in a place that is inaccessible to

children. If a battery is swallowed, seek medical
attention IMMEDIATELY.

► If you do not intend to use the device for a long

time, remove the batteries.

Initial operation

Inserting/replacing the batteries

♦ Ensure that the appliance is switched off. The on/off

switch

♦ Press the battery compartment cover

Installation

The Glass break detector is glued to the glass
pane to be secured.

♦ You should first obtain the window manufacturer's

permission to attach stickers.

♦ Once you have this, pull the protective film off the

unprinted side of the double-sided adhesive warn­ing sticker
ance. The surface to which the warning sticker
is affixed must be clean, free of grease and dry.

♦ Place the Glass break detector in the bottom

third for windows of normal size, and in the middle
if the window is large. If the window is very large
use 2Glass break detectors

♦ Carry out a provisional function test of the device

prior to final installation.

♦ Switch the on/off switch

and tap your fingers against the appliance housing.

♦ As soon as the alarm sounds, switch the on/off

switch

♦ If the appliance functions as described, remove

the protective film which is still in place from the
double-sided adhesive warning sticker
then use this surface to glue the appliance to the
window pane.

IMPORTANT

► Do not press too hard against the window pane

there is an risk of injury due to broken glass!

♦ Switch the on/off switch

Cleaning/storage

IMPORTANT

To avoid irreparable damage to the device, en-

sure that no moisture gets into it during cleaning.

♦ Clean the appliance with a soft, dry cloth.
♦ If you decide not to use the appliance for a long

period, remove the batteries and store it in a clean,
dry place away from direct sunlight.

Disposal

The adjacent symbol of a crossed-out wheelie

that this device may not be disposed of in normal
domestic waste at the end of its usable life, but must
be handed over to specially set-up collection
locations, recycling depots or disposal companies.

You can obtain further information from your local
disposal company or the city or local authority.

Disposing of the batteries

Batteries should not be disposed of in the

domestic waste. Consumers are legally obliged

to dispose of used batteries at a collection point
in their town/district or at a retail store. This obligation
is intended to ensure that batteries are disposed of in
an environmentally responsible manner. Dispose of
batteries only when they are fully discharged.

Warranty

You are provided a 3-year warranty on this appliance,
valid from the date of purchase. This appliance has
been manufactured with care and inspected meticu­lously prior to delivery.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In
the event of a warranty claim, please contact your
Customer Service unit by telephone. This is the only
way to guarantee free return of your goods.

NOTE

► The warranty only covers claims for material

and manufacturing defects, not for transport
damage, worn parts or damage to fragile
components such as buttons or rechargeable
batteries.

This appliance is intended solely for private use and
not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall
be deemed void in the case of misuse or improper
handling, use of force and interventions which have
not been carried out by one of our authorised Service
centres.

Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty.
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs
effected under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired components.

Any damage and defects present at the time of pur­chase must be reported immediately after unpacking,
but no later than two days after the date of purchase.
Repairs effected after expiry of the warranty period
shall be subject to charge.

Tudnivaló az elemek kezeléséről

VESZÉLY

► Ne dobja tűzbe az elemeket.
► Ne zárja rövidre az elemeket.
► Ne próbálja meg feltölteni az elemet.
► Rendszeresen ellenőrizze az elemeket. A kifolyó

akkumulátorsav tartós kárt okozhat a készülék­ben.

► Ha az elem sérült vagy kifolyt, különösen óva-

tosan kezelje. Vigyázat, maró hatású! Viseljen
védőkesztyűt!

► Az elemeket gyermekektől elzárva tartsa.

Ha valaki lenyelte volna az elemeket, azonnal
forduljon orvoshoz.

► Vegye ki az elemeket a készülékből, ha hosz-

Üzembe helyezés

Elem behelyezése/cseréje

♦ Győződjön meg arról, hogy a készülék ki van

kapcsolva. A be-/kikapcsoló

♦ Nyomja le kissé az elemrekesz fedelét

csúsztassa néhány milliméterrel lefelé.
Majd hajtsa le és vegye le a készülékről.

♦ Helyezzen be két AAA/Micro típusú elemet

a készülékbe az elemrekeszben található jelölés
szerint.

♦ Helyezze vissza az elemrekesz fedelét

néhány millimétert felfelé.

A üvegtörés-jelző a biztosítani kívánt ablaküvegre
kell felragasztani.

♦ Elsőként kérjen engedélyt az ablaküveg gyártójától

védőfóliát a mindkét oldalán tapadó figyelmeztető

♦ A riasztó megszólalását követően állítsa a be-/

kikapcsolót
lásához.

♦ Ha a készülék a leírtak szerint működik, válassza le

a mindkét oldalán tapadó figyelmeztető matrica
még meglévő védőfóliáját és ragassza a készüléket
az ablaktáblához.

FIGYELEM

► Ne nyomja túl erősen az ablaküveghez, ellenkező

esetben megsérülhet! Ezen kívül az ablaküveg
törése sérülést okozhat!

♦ A készülék bekapcsolásához állítsa a be-/kikap-

csolót
másodperces időközönként pirosan villog.
A riasztási funkció ezzel aktiválva van és erős
rázkódás, például az ablak betörése esetén, kb.
60 másodpercig hangjelzés hallható.

♦ Állítsa az érzékenység-kapcsolót „ “-hely-

zetbe.

♦ Hibás bekapcsolódás okozta problémák esetén ál-

lítsa az érzékenység-kapcsolót
ezzel csökkentheti az érzékenységet.

♦ A készülék kikapcsolásához állítsa a be-/kikapcso-

lót
tovább.

♦ Időnként ellenőrizze az elemek töltésszintjét:

szállítás előtt lelkiismeretesen ellenőriztük.

blokkot. Kérjük, garanciaigény esetén vegye fel a

Úvod

Srdečne vám gratulujeme kukúpe vášho nového zaria­denia. Touto kúpou ste sa rozhodli prevysokokva­litný výrobok. Návod naobsluhu je súčasťou tohto
výrobku. Obsahuje dôležité upozornenia týkajúce
sa bezpečnosti, používania alikvidácie. Predpouží­vaním výrobku sa oboznámte sovšetkými pokynmi
naobsluhu abezpečnostnými upozorneniami.
Výrobok používajte iba podľa popisu avuvedených
oblastiach použitia. Tento návod naobsluhu dobre
uschovajte. Pri postúpení výrobku tretej osobe jej
sním odovzdajte aj všetky podklady.

Likvidácia

obce/mestskej štvrti alebo vobchode. Táto povinnosť
má prispieť kekologickej likvidácii batérií. Batérie
odovzdajte vždy len vovybitom stave.

Záruka

Natoto zariadenie poskytujeme záruku 3roky od
dátumu zakúpenia. Zariadenie bolo starostlivo vyro­bené apredexpedíciou dôkladne preskúšané.

Pokladničný blok si uschovajte ako doklad ozakúpení.
Vprípade uplatneniazáruky telefonicky kontaktujte váš
servis. Len tak sadá zabezpečiť bezplatné odoslanie
vášho tovaru.

Hinweise zum Umgang mit Batterien

► Werfen Sie die Batterien nicht ins Feuer.
► Schließen Sie die Batterien nicht kurz.
► Versuchen Sie nicht die Batterien wieder

aufzuladen.

► Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Batterien.

Ausgetretene Batteriesäure kann dauerhafte
Schäden am Gerät verursachen.

► Im Umgang mit einer beschädigten oder aus-

gelaufenen Batterie besondere Vorsicht walten
lassen. Verätzungsgefahr! Schutzhandschuhe
tragen.

► Batterien für Kinder unzugänglich aufbewahren.

Bei Verschlucken umgehend einen Arzt aufsuchen.

► Entnehmen Sie die Batterien aus dem Gerät,

wenn Sie es längere Zeit nicht benutzen.

Inbetriebnahme

Batterien einlegen/wechseln

♦ Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet

ist. Der Ein-/Ausschalter

♦ Drücken Sie leicht auf die Batteriefachabdeckung

und schieben Sie sie einige Millimeter abwärts.
Dann klappen Sie sie vom Gerät weg und nehmen
sie ab.

♦ Holen Sie zunächst vom Hersteller der Scheibe die

♦ Führen Sie vor der endgültigen Montage einen

provisorischen Funktionstest des Gerätes durch.

♦ Bringen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter

„ON“ und klopfen mit den Fingern auf das Gerä­tegehäuse.

♦ Sobald der Alarm ertönt, bringen Sie den Ein-/

Ausschalter
Alarm abzuschalten.

♦ Funktioniert das Gerät wie beschrieben, lösen Sie

die noch vorhandene Schutzfolie vom doppelseitig
klebenden Warnaufkleber
Gerät damit an die Scheibe.

ACHTUNG

► Drücken Sie nicht zu fest gegen die Scheibe,

sonst kann diese beschädigt werden! Darüber
hinaus besteht Verletzungsgefahr durch Glas­bruch!

♦ Bringen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter

„ON“, um das Gerät einzuschalten. Die Anzeige­LED

blinkt rot im Intervall von ca. 10 Sekunden.
Die Alarmfunktion ist nun aktiviert und bei starken
Erschütterungen, wie zum Beispiel beim Einschla­gen des Fensters, ertönt für ca. 60 Sekunden ein
Alarmton.

♦ Stellen Sie den Empfindlichkeitsschalter in die

dieses Gerät der Richtlinie 2012/19/EU
unterliegt. Diese Richtlinie besagt, dass Sie dieses
Gerät am Ende seiner Nutzungszeit nicht mit dem
normalen Haushaltsmüll entsorgen dürfen, sondern in
speziell eingerichteten Sammelstellen, Wertstoffhöfen
oder Entsorgungsbetrieben abgeben müssen.

Diese Entsorgung ist für Sie kostenfrei.
Schonen Sie die Umwelt und entsorgen Sie
fachgerecht.

Batterien entsorgen

Batterien dürfen nicht im Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

Jeder Verbraucher ist gesetzlich verpflichtet,

Batterien bei einer Sammelstelle seiner Gemein­de/seines Stadtteils oder im Handel abzugeben. Diese
Verpflichtung dient dazu, dass Batterien einer umwelt­schonenden Entsorgung zugeführt werden können.
Geben Sie Batterien nur im entladenen Zustand zurück.

Garantie

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab
Kaufdatum. Das Gerät wurde sorgfältig produziert
und vor Anlieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.

Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon als Nachweis für
den Kauf auf. Bitte setzen Sie sich im Garantiefall mit
Ihrer Servicestelle telefonisch in Verbindung. Nur so
kann eine kostenlose Einsendung Ihrer Ware gewähr­leistet werden.
