1

If no key is pressed within 120 seconds the balance
switches itself off.

Select unit of measure

Repeatedly press the MODE key to scroll through the unit choices: g, oz, dwt,
and ozt.

To zero the balance

Empty the scale and press the TAR E key.

Weighing

Place the item on the balance and the weight is displayed in the current unit of
measure.

Pushbutton tare

1. Zero the scale.

2. Place container to be tared on the balance and press TARE.

3. Place item(s) to be weighed in the container or place the container,
with the items already inside, on the balance.

Net weighed is displayed.

To remove a tare

Empty the balance and press TARE.

Tare is removed.

Counting

1. Be sure the balance is on and the display shows 0.0. Place the sample
size you want (25, 50, 75 or 100 items) on the balance.

2. Press and hold COUNT until …

100 is displayed. This is the default sample size.

3a. Press COUNT to accept this sample size …

OR

3b. Press MODE to change the sample size and press COUNT when the

sample size you want is displayed …

The display will show 100pcs (or 25pcs, 50pcs, 75pcs).

4. Replace items on the scale to continue counting.

5. Press MODE to return to normal mode.

Calibration

1. Be sure the balance is on and the display shows 0.0.

2. Press and hold MODE until …

CAL is displayed.

3. Press MODE …

CAL blinks then shows 500g blinking.

4. Place 500g of weight on the balance …

After few seconds, PASS is briefly displayed, then 500g.

5. The calibration is complete and you are ready to weigh.
