Bulletin 1102C Vacuum Contactor Lug Kits
(Cat 1195C-LK1, -LK2, -LK3)
ATTENTION: To prevent electrical shock, disconnect from power source before installing or servicing.
Lug Installation (Cat 1195C-LK1)--Wire Range: #2/0 - 250 MCM
Vacuum Contactor - 200A
1. Remove existing 5/16 hardware.
2. Trim end of boot and slide over center phase conductor.
3. Assemble lugs to power terminals using hardware supplied in kit. Torque screws to 125 - 145 lb-inches.
4. Connect conductors. Torque lug set screws to 275 lb-inches.
