Mobile Base Instructions
A
Unpacking
Open shipping cont ainer and check that all parts
are intact. Report any damage immediately to
your distributor.
The small m obile base requires no assem bly. The
extended mobile base requires minor assembly .
Assembly of Extended Mobile Base
The extended mobile base is shipped with one
piece flipped on top of the other. To separate
them, place your foot on the lower bar and lift up
on the two sides. See Fi gur e 1.
ttach the t wo pieces with four screws, eight flat
washers, and four hex nuts (provi ded), as shown
in Figure 2. A 9/16" wrench is requi r ed.
Operation

Lock all casters before
operating machine.
To lock a swivel caster, pr ess locking lever down
with foot (Figure 3) . Press opposite end of lever to
unlock.
To lock a rigid caster, rotate caster locking knob
clockwise (Figur e 4) .
