PSENslock safety gate systems – now with 1000 N of magnetic force
Strict safety regulations require health and safety measures to be safe from manipulation and defeat.
The new PSENslock non-contact safety gate systems offer a safe alternative to existing mechanical technology. PSENslock combines safety door monitoring with an electrosensitive magnetic interlock of 500 N (PSEN sl-0.5p) or 1000 N (PSEN sl-1.0p) in one unit.
With this combination of safe position monitoring and process guarding, PSENslock is designed for applications up to PL e in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1, SIL 3 in accordance with EN/IEC 62061, Category 4 in accordance with EN 954-1 and protection type IP67. In addition, PSENslock is optimised for mounting on to common 45 mm profi les. Combined with the control technology from Pilz, you receive a safe, complete solution for safety gate monitoring.
