MESSAGE PROGRAMMING BASICS
You can record messages up to 25 seconds in length for each of 8 available message slot s. This means you can have 8 different messages up to 25 seconds each. The timing of each message is independent of the others.
A ninth message sl ot can be used to record a message of up to 40 seconds -- an ideal amount of time to communicate closed store status and hours of operation.
A visual count up of sec onds during recording is displayed allowing employees to measure the length of each message. The tot al time displays and counts down when a message is triggered.
Pre-recorded messages c an be downloaded to the Panasonic Automated Greeter from a recorder or other device via the standard external input jack.
The Panasonic Automat ed Greet er can be programmed to have m essages play to completion, without allowing an employee to interrupt, or t o have messages pre-empt ed by pressing the Talk button on the drive-thru order taker.
MESSAGE PROGRAMMING BY DAY-PART
Customize your nine individual messages for spec i fied times of the day and/or week (63 day parts in all.) For example, message #8 m ay be recorded as a late night mes sage, designed for play from 9:00p. m. until
