• Do not recharge ordinary dry cell batteries.

• Remove batteries if the unit is not to be used for a long time.

• Carry and store the rechargeable battery in the supplied battery carrying case to prevent contact with metal objects.

•

You can recharge the included rechargeable battery about 300 times. Replace when play time shortens noticeably after recharging.

• Do not use the batteries if the covering has been peeled off. Mishandling of batteries can cause electrolyte leakage which can damage items the ﬂuid contacts and may cause a ﬁre. If electrolyte leaks from a battery, consult your dealer. Wash thoroughly with water if electrolyte comes in contact with any part of your body.

• Do not use the A-B repeat function with tapes longer than 90 minutes.

• Do not play your headphones or earphones at high volume.

• Avoid using or placing this unit near sources of heat. Do not leave it in an automobile exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time with doors and windows closed.

• Discontinue use if you experience discomfort with the earphones or any other parts that directly contact your skin. Continued use may cause rashes or other allergic reactions.

•

切勿以大音量用头戴耳机或耳机播放。

•

避免在热源附近使用或放置本机。切勿将其放在门窗关闭且长时间处于直射阳光下的汽车内。

•

如果因耳机或任何其他部件直接与皮肤接触而感到不适的话，请停止使用。继续使用会诱发皮疹或其他过敏反应。

To clean this unit, wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

• Never use alcohol, paint thinner or benzine.

• Before using chemically treated cloth, read the instructions that came with the cloth carefully.

For a cleaner crisper sound

Clean the heads regularly to assure good quality playback. Use a cleaning tape (not included).

This unit can correctly play normal position tapes. It can play high and metal position tapes but is unable to take full advantage of their characteristics. When you close the cover and start

operation, the unit winds the tape

slack. The play starts automatically from the side facing up.

本机能正常播放普通磁带。也可播放高级磁带和金属磁带，但不能发挥其全部特长。当关上盖并开始操作时，本机将会缠紧磁带的松弛部分。播放将从朝上一面自动开始。

Repeats play between two points (A-B REPEAT)

The tape rewinds to point A and A-B repeat starts. To restart play, press [7/g] or [S-XBS].

• This is cancelled if you press [FF] or [REW].

• If you don't specify point B, the unit speciﬁes it after 45 minutes or at the end of the side.

• Normal play resumes after 50 repeats.

•

The points may change slightly if there is slack in the tape or you repeat a number of times.
