“PANASONIC VIERA IDTV CASHBACK OFFER” CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. Information on how to participate in the offer and cashbacks forms part
of these conditions of entry. Entry into the offer is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. 2. The offer is open to residents of Australia
aged 18 years or older who purchase both a selected Panasonic Viera IDTV display television, a selected HDD DVD Recorder and selected Home
Theatre System from a participating retail outlet during the promotional period. Selected Panasonic Viera IDTV display television models are:
TH-50PX600A, TH-42PX600A, TX-32LXD600A, TX-26LXD600A. Selected HDD DVD Recorder models are: DMR-EX85, DMR-EX75, DMR-EH65, and

agencies or another entity are not eligible to participate in this offer. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter or of the agencies or
companies associated with the promotion and the immediate families of these persons are ineligible to claim the offer 3. The offer commences
at 9:00am on 09/10/2006 and closes at 6:00pm on 31/12/2006.The cashback will be paid by way of money order and delivered to eligible entrants
via registered mail at the postal address stated on their claim form approximately 28 days after the claim form is received by the Promoter. 4.

To qualify for the offer, eligible entrants must purchase a selected Panasonic Viera IDTV display television, a selected HDD DVD Recorder and
a Selected Home Theatre System from a participating retail outlet during the promotional period in one transaction. Entrants must then fully
complete in the manner required the claim form obtained from the participating store or at
their store receipt for the selected Panasonic Viera IDTV display television, selected HDD DVD Recorder and selected Home Theatre System models
purchased and then mail the completed claim form and copy of store receipt in a stamped envelope to: "Panasonic Viera Cashback Offer" Locked
Bag 533 Frenchs Forest NSW 2086. To qualify for the offer, all claims must be received by the Promoter by 31/01/2007. No claims sent by mail will

be accepted by the Promoter after last mail on 31/01/2007. 5. Eligible entrants may only enter in their own name and will be required to provide

their name, email address, postal address, telephone number and model numbers purchased in order to complete the claim form. Incorrect,
incomplete or incomprehensible claims will be ineligible. The Promoter and its agencies associated with this offer will take no responsibility for

cashback. 8. The Promoter will issue cashbacks to eligible entrants in the form of a money order. Money orders issued to eligible entrants are
subject to their prevailing terms and conditions. Cashbacks are not transferable or exchangeable. 9. Each entrant must retain and present proof of
their purchase (including the original store receipt) in order to claim a cashback. Eligible entrants may be requested by the promoter to produce
appropriate photo identification to confirm their eligibility to receive the cashback. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the
discretion of the Promoter 10. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to
believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper
conduct of the offer. 11. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation,
indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any
person's negligence) in connection with the cashback, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to
the minimum allowable by law). 12. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an
unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this offer (including any
outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter Entrants agree to participate in all reasonable
promoted activities in relation to the Promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents. 13. All copyright subsisting in the claim forms
remains the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the offer and where
appropriate award gifts. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the offer. By participating in the
offer, each entrant also acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of entrants' personal information by the Promoter is to enable
the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with information
on special offers or provide claimants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages.
The Promoter may share information with its Australian related companies who may contact entrants with special offers. By participating in the
