Features

The DTL Wireless Link(DTLWL) is the system to connect information network between carriages wirelessly. The DTLWL is integrated in the on-board train system and enables the ultra-high speed information network over a train.

The DTLWL is capable of handling over 1 Gigabit data rate wirelessly and equips Ethernet ports as data transmission interface, therefore this is a best solution to replace from Gigabit Ethernet cable. In addition, since an Ethernet port supports Power on Ethernet spec (IEEE802.3at), single cable connection is required for system integration. The DTLWL is designed as dedicated area network with minimal incoming/outgoing interference, so that there is no interference from a train system on one truck to the other system on other truck.

Wireless unit has wireless communication function of 60 GHz.
