NComputing vSpace Server allows multiple users to access a single operating system and a single set of applications at revolutionary low cost, with ease.
NComputing’s patented vSpace Server divides a computer’s resources into independent virtual workspaces that give each user their own rich PC experience. vSpace handles the desktop display and remote activities from the user’s keyboard and mouse (via the virtual desktop) providing up to 100 users simultaneous access to each instance of vSpace Server. Combine the power of multiple vSpace Servers and scale vSpace deployments to thousands of connections. And, because we design the entire stack, software, protocol and hardware, only NComputing can deliver a highly optimized and high performance, end-to-end desktop virtualization solution.
Simple, Powerful, Aordable
Desktop virtualization is a cost-eective and ecient alternative for implementing modern desktop computing. With vSpace Server, IT managers deliver access to a centralized, managed resource that addresses some of the most challenging issues they face today:
• Reducing the high cost of purchasing, and the complexity of managing, traditional PCs
• Enabling mobility to allows users to work from anywhere on any device
• Simplifying IT management for organizations with fewer IT sta than locations to support
• Accommodating users who bring their own devices, but require secure, access to the IT resources.
TYPICAL vSPACE CONFIGURATION: Each vSpace Server greatly reduces the cost and complexity of scaling
deployments, when compared to traditional methods for VDI implementation.

Open, exible OS support
NComputing oers the broadest platform support of any desktop virtualization vendor and allows users to choose among the most popular OS platforms including Windows Server 2012, Windows MultiPoint Server 2012 and Ubuntu Linux for multi user applications, and Windows 7 or 8 for single user applications. vSpace also integrates with server virtualization infrastructure solutions from VMware, Citrix and Microsoft. When paired with server virtualization infrastructure solutions you can support hundreds of users on a host with a minimal number of operating systems.
Secure & convenient desktop roaming
Desktop roaming, or session mobility enables a user to logo from one client workstation and have their session “follow” them to another client workstation, enabling complete exibility in the work environment.
Centralized management
vSpace Server includes a local management utility, NC Console, that sets up, congures, and manages shared computers and access devices, and allows the administrator to interact with individual user sessions. For remote management of NComputing thin clients, the vSpace Management Center (sold separately) provides a exible, web-based management tool for all network-connected thin client devices connected to vSpace Server 7.0 and up.
Broad peripheral support
vSpace manages a wide range of peripherals from speakers and microphones to USB storage devices and printers. vSpace assigns remote USB disk-on-key drive letters on a per session basis, it enables kiosk, POS, and other touchscreen applications for specic Planar and ELO touchscreens and it enables support for more concurrent users playing and recording audio simultaneously.
Automatically distributes shared computer resources among multiple independent user sessions
Selective virtualization keeps resource utilization low
