vehiclesbeequippedwithengineshavingtamper-resistantsoftwarewhich
limitsthetimeatwhichtheenginecanidleatspeedsabovelowidle(550–700
rpm).Atspeedsabovelowidle,andwithoutaPTOengaged,idletimewill
belimitedtoveminutes,afterwhichtheenginewillrevertbacktolowidle.
