MODIFICATION

APPLICATION

Modifies a door operator to generally meet JIC (Joint
Industry Conference) specifications for electrical equipment
in industrial locations (some minor exceptions are taken).
Includes TEFC motor, oiltight/dusttight rotary limit switches,
oiltight/dusttight 3-button control station, and separate
wall-mounted combination reversing starter. The starter is
an industrial size 1 with a fusible disconnect switch in a
NEMA 12 enclosure. The control circuit is 115VAC and the
operator supply voltage must be 460V - 3 phase (not
available on 115V or 230V operators).

Refer to the wiring diagram included with this addendum in
lieu of diagrams included with owner's manual.
