Wall-Mounted Starter Addendum

Wall Mounted Starter Application:

The Wall-Mounted starter modification provides all control equipment that is not mechanically connected to the operator powerhead in a separate wall mounted enclosure. The limit switches and brake solenoid (when present) remain on the operator. The starter, control transformer, control relays, and other optional components are pre-wired in the wall mounted enclosure. Terminal points are provided for both the inter-wiring between operator/starter and for the connection of control stations and safety equipment.

Combination Reversing Starter Application:

The Combination Reversing Starter with disconnect switch or circuit breaker modification provides all control equipment that is not mechanically connected to the operator powerhead in a separate wall mounted enclosure. The limit switches and brake solenoid (when present) remain on the operator. A fusible, nonfusible, or circuit breaker with external handle is supplied which shuts off main power to the unit (and operator) when the cover is opened. The starter itself is an industrial size 0 but may be upgraded to size 1 and the control transformer rated 50VA but may be upgraded to 100VA. Terminal points are provided for both the inter-wiring between operator/starter and for the connection of control stations and safety equipment. Includes an automatically resettable overload relay which may be converted to manual reset, but cover of starter must be open to reset.
