A. Related menu is hidden to disable setting the encryption function from the

operation panel. (It is also hidden or disabled on the Command Center and
KMNV.)

B. Dialing after on-hook is not processed and will be treated as the
communications error U04300 [Encrypted transmission failed because the
destination unit had no encrypted communication capability] in case that
transmission is directed with the encryption related setting from the operation
panel.
C. When an encrypted message was received, the sender receives error
U04300/E04300 [Encrypted transmission failed because the destination unit
had no encrypted communication capability] since the receiver cannot process

The country code for Russia was added and the settings for Russia are now
supported.

- The default line setting is set to Dial Pulse.

- The line setting menu is displayed for users.
The certain default line setting values were changed in order to support the
Argentina line type.
