Damaged toner container shutter hook

Phenomenon The hook ,that opens and closes the toner container shutter, may be damaged when
removing the toner container with too much force.
Temporary solution Remove the toner container according to the below mentioned procedure.
Permanent solution The above mentioned hook has been registered as the following service part.
Parts holder shutter cont assy SP (302K094620).
Temporary solution: Removing the toner container
1. Lift the toner container up, to release the lock.
2. Pull the container straight forward.

3. Do not pull the container while lifting it.
The hook may be damaged, when removing the
toner container this way.
