Error

Topic

The primary transfer belt might slip or sag around the ID sensor when executing the calibration depending on the
operation environment (high humidity). In this case, the ID sensor value was detected as abnormal, which cause the
color registration shift or the C7620 (abnormal calibration) error.* Therefore, the following changes were made.

*The C7620 error is not displayed on the operation panel, but can be checked in the event log.
