Paper jams at the Fuser section

Phenomenon Paper jams may occur at the Fuser section.
Cause Toner fused at the Fuser section may adhere to the Exit pulleys at the Fuser section.
Therefore the paper may adhere to the toner on the Exit pulleys, resulting in the above
mentioned phenomenon.
Solution The material of the pulleys has been changed to a type where the toner should not adhere to
easily.
Material: Changed from Nylon (by Asahi Kasei Chemicals) to PFA (by Starlite)
Affected pulleys: 3 pulleys at the Fuser section have been changed. The remaining 2 pulleys
have NOT been changed.
