When upgrading the firmware or replacing a board, please upgrade all kinds of the firmware to the latest version at the same
time.
When paper in the cassette became empty at the state that 30 or more sheets of
A4R paper remaining for stapling process at the front side in the processing tray,
the paper bundle was not ejected and the paper jam (J6423) might occur even if
the job was cancelled. Therefore, this was corrected.
- Affected models: FS-C8025MFP, FS-C8020MFP
- J6423 occurs due to this cause only when A4R paper is used.
The line might not be cut off during dialing when pressing the on-hook key on the
operation panel after dialing by the dial pulse setting even if a handset (on-hook)
was reseated after picking up the handset (off-hook).
- The line is cut off by pressing the on-hook key on the operation panel or by
picking up and reseating the handset.
- The dial is not correctly sent and becomes busy in the state described above
(in case of picking up the handset). So, please try again.
- Transmission error might appear during the remote diagnostics (Memory Dump
request) in the case of the specific data size. Therefore, this was corrected.
- The F14D error might appear if printing document from the poling box or the F
code box during the remote diagnostics (Memory Dump request). Therefore,
this was corrected.
