Subject Measures against the Standard Cassette Withdrawing Failure
Model
FS-6030MFP, FS-6025MFP, FS-6025MFP/B, FS-C8020MFP,
FS-C8025MFP
Topic
If the conditions 1 to 3 below are met, the boss of the paper width cursor supporting point on the backside of the
cassette contacts the machine base edge protection material, which might make difficult to withdraw the cassette.
Therefore, the following was made.
Conditions
1. A3/11x17 size paper is fully loaded in the standard cassette. (No problem occurs with other cassette.)
2. A3/11x17 size paper load is applied for a prolonged time due to low copy volume.
3. The cassette heater is ON.
Content of Changes
A GUIDE was added to the backside of the cassette so that the boss will not contact the base edge protection
material and the cassette can be smoothly withdrawn.
