Remarks
1. Height Adjustment of Stand
1-1. Fasten the Stand (1) and the Adjust Frame (2) together at the second hole from the bo ttom of Adjus t Frame (2).
1-2. Rotate the Adjust Bolt (3) until the distance between the floor and the bottom of Stand becomes approx. 65mm.

Fasten them together at the
second hole from the bottom.

2. Removal of Cover L & R, Upper Panel Assy and Guide Plate
2-1. Remove 3 screws (M4x6) (1) each to remove the Cover L (2) and the Cover R (3).

NOTE
In case of removing the Cover L (2), open the
Cover L gently
, disconnect the connector,
and then remove the Cover L .
The Indication PCB Assy is attached to the
inside of Cover L, and the connector is
connected.

2-2. Remove a screw (M4x6 with outer toothed washer) (4) to remove the Pivot Assy (5) from one side.

2-3. Remove the Upper Panel Assy (6).

2-4. Remove 2 screws (M4x6) (7) with the Spacer
and a screw (M4x6 with outer toothed washer) (8).

2-5. Remove 4 screws (M4x6) (9) with the Collar, and then remove the Guide Plate Lower (10).

3. Replacement of Gear
3-1. Loosen 2 screws (1), and then remove the Timing Belt (2).
3-2. Remove the Retaining Ring-E (E7) (3) and the Ball Bearing (4).

3-3. Remove a screw (M4x6 with outer toothed washer) (5) to remove the Bearing Bracket (6).

3-4. Slide the Roller Shaft (7) rightward, turn the Timing Pulley (8) inside out, and then put it back to the
Roller Shaft (7).

3-5. Making reference to the former step 3-2 and 3-3, put back the Roller Shaft in reverse order.
3-6. Attach the Timing Belt (2).
