Matrix Diaphragms reveal all the
nuances of today’s music and film
recordings by virtually eliminating
unwanted resonances.The key
is a ceramic compound called
alumina.Three times as stiff as
titanium – and 85 times stiffer
than felted paper – alumina is
bonded to a metallic substrate
to create a three-layer sandwich.
CMMD adds bass impact to
each Beta model, and delivers
open, detailed and clean mid
and high frequencies.

Constant Acoustic Impedance
increases the sensitivity of the
high-frequency driver,creating

enabling a seamless sonic transition between the tweeter and the
lower-frequency transducers in
both two- and three-way systems.
With the Constant Acoustic Impedance (CAI)
waveguide, the full effect of the CMMD
tweeter can be realized,resulting in cleaner,
more uniform sound throughout more of your
listening environment.

Infinity’s newly developed CMMD
tweeter extends the frequency
response beyond 40kHz,resulting

frequency response across

BETA ES250 EFFECTS SPEAKER.
The incredibly clever Beta ES250
wall-mountable surround-effects
speaker offers selectable
monopole, bipole or dipole
configurations for optimum
surround configuration in any
home theater system, and with
any film or music recording.It
even allows you to reproduce two
discrete channels from one loudspeaker. Perfect for upgrading to 7
channels using only six speakers.
The Beta ES250 is available in white or black.
Add an SW-12 or CSW-10 powered subwoofer
for incredible music and home theater realism.
All Beta models utilize heavy-duty,gold-plated
binding posts to ensure long-term signal transfer
and easy connection to any system. The Beta 40
and Beta 50 are also bi-wirable.
Crossover design can be optimized with shortened
signal paths,yielding cleaner sound reproduction.
Infinity’s sophisticated 72-point frequency response
measurement allows for accurate analysis of the
