1. Azonos termékcsalád típusai azonos robbantott ábrát tartalmaznak, mely a teljes alkatrész választékot mutatja,
általánosságban, nem szükségszerű hogy az adott terméknek is alkatrésze az ábrán feltüntetett.
2. Némely alaktrész bemutatása nem lehetséges közvetlenül a robbantott ábrákon(használai útmutatók, speciális szererlő
csomagok, stb…) Ezen kódok megtalálhatók az alkatrészlistán azonos hivatkozási számmal azoknál ahol az alkatrészek be
vannak építve vagy 099,999 hivatkozással.A kezelési utasítás,ha már létezik, a 000 referencia számmal lesz ellátva.
3. Minden robbantott ábra jobb felső sarkában megtalálható a gyári szám , ami mutatja bizonyos modellek gyártásának kezdetét
, néhány modellnek létezhet több robbantott ábrája az adott kategóriában, ami a gyári számok alapján különbözik egymástól és
egy másik alkatrészlista tartozik hozzá.Ebben az esetben a gyári szám megadása szükséges a helyes alkatrész biztosításához.A
robbantott ábra megfelel a legújabb gyári számnak , de az ez előttiekhez szükséges a megfelelő kiegészítés
4. A robbantott ábrák további frissítéseket igényelnek akár már közvetlenül a megjelenés után.Új alkatrészek hozzáadása a
jelenlegi referenciaszámok folytatásával történik.A robbantott ábra felülvizsgálati száma a gyári szám utolsó négy digitjében
látszódik, a jobb felső sarokban.
5. A robbantott ábrához tartozó alkatrész lista mutatja a vonatkozó kódokat több modellre is , minden egyes alkatrészhez más
infpormáció is rendelkezésre áll

n4415g01: ENTRY LEVEL CONDENSER DRYER. HEATER WITH LOCKING CONNECTOR

From July 2015 a New Heater with a Locking Connector has been used in Production on Entry Level Condenser Dryers.
Once Stock of the Original Heater is Used, the New Heater with a Locking Connector will be the Service Replacement for all

NOTE
1. A Heater and Harness that do not have locking connectors. The Heater Connector must be secured with a cable tie.
2. The Later Heater Harness with a Locking Connector must also be fiited for the New Style Heater to Lock Correctly.
3. If a New Style Heater is used with the Original Heater Harness the Heater Connector must be secured with a cable tie.

THE IRCA STAT KIT IS THE SERVICE SPARE THERMOSTAT KIT FOR BOTH IRCA AND DBK ENTRY LEVEL

ENTRY LEVEL DRYERS CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY HAVING THE POWER MODULE LOCATED BEHIND THE
DASHBOARD.

IF A DBK IS REPLACING AN IRCA HEATER, THE SETTING FILE MUST BE REPLACED WITH A DBK SETTING FILE.

SAFETY NOTES & GENERAL SERVICING ADVICE
1. This manual is NOT intended as a comprehensive repair/maintenance guide to the appliance.
2. It should ONLY be used by suitably qualified persons having technical competence applicable
product knowledge and suitable tools and test equipment.
3. Servicing of electrical appliance s must be undertaken with the appl iance disconnected (unplugg ed)
from the electrical supply.
4. Servicing must be preceded by Earth Continuity, Earth Resistance and Insulation Resistance
checks.
5. Personal safety precautions must be taken to protect against accidents caused by sharp edges on
metal and plastic parts.
6. After servicing the appliance must be rechecked for Electrical Safety. In the case of appliances
which are connected to a water supply (i.e.: Washin g Machines, Dishwashers & Food Centres etc.)
checks must be made for leaks from seals gaskets and pipe work and rectification carried out where
necessary.
7. It can be dangerous to attempt 'DIY' repairs / maintenance on complex equipment and the Company
recommends that any problem with the appliance is referred to its own Service Organisation.
8. Whilst the Company has endeavou red to ensure the accuracy of the data within this publication they
cannot hold themselves responsible for any inconvenience or loss occasioned by any error within.

Production Changes
Heater Changes:**
Models produced before 05/10/2014: The Cycling thermostat is connected in series with
only one Heater section.
Models produced after 05/10/2014:
(limited production run of 2000)
The One-Shot and Cycling thermostats are wired in Series
with both Heater sections. Cycling thersmostat is located in
the outer position / One-shot located in centre position.
Models produced from end /10/2014:
The One-Shot and Cycling thermostats are wired in Series
with both Heater sections. Cycling thersmostat is located in
the centre position / One-shot located in outer position.
This later heater is a suit able replacemen t for earlier ty pes.
February 2015 Settings File updated to fix Dryer not heating when used in locations with a low
ambient temperature (Garages / Outhouses etc.)
