13FM Transmitter
Your mobile phone supports the Frequency Modulation (FM) function. With FM Transmitter, you can
transmit FM signal in a certain distance and receive
the signal through a wireless receiving device such
as an FM radio.
To use the FM Transmitter function on your mobile
phone, perform the following:
1 Open the cover of the multi-purpose interface, as
shown in the following figure.
2 Insert the FM Transmitter into your mobile
phone. The icon is displayed on the standby
screen. The following figure shows how to insert
the FM Transmitter.

3 Select Organiser & Tools > FM Transmitter.
Scroll up or down to select an available transmitting frequency.
4 Select Options and you can perform the folllow-
ing:
• Select: Select a default transmitting frequency.
• Auto inching: Automatically search a proper
transmitting frequency.
• Manual inching: Manually tune a transmitting
frequency.
5 Select Save to save the changes or Cancel to
cancel the changes.

When playing audio files, you can select Options >
FM Transmitter to transmit the broadcasting to the
receiving device.
You can also transmit FM signal when there is an
active call. Press the OK key to select the FM mode.
Then the handset is shielded. The other party's voice
is broadcasetd through the FM radio. Your voice is
transmitted to the other party's mobile phone through
the microphone.
