When you purchase an HP internal accessory after your HP Server/HP Netserver is installed, it is serviced on-site for the remaining period of the HP Server's/HP Netserver’s warranty. If the warranty period for your HP Server/HP Netserver has expired, and the accessory is less than one year old, you can return the accessory to HP or to your authorized reseller for service.

You can exchange the HP SureStore Product with HP or your authorized reseller for up to three years from the date of purchase and receive a replacement part the next day. Consult your accessory documentation for specific details on warranty coverage.
