Su p e r So r b®filter pads are composed of a unique filtration medium that combines a c t i v ated carbon with a variety of prove n filter agents. The result is an easy-to-use, long-lasting filter pad developed exc l u s i v e l y for Henny Penny fryers that significantly extends shortening life while improv i n g the quality of fried foods.

How it works:
SuperSorb®combines proven filtration features to separate solids from liquid shortening.
Large particles are “sieved” or simply screened out near the surface of the pad.
Smaller particles are allowed to pass deeper into the pad and are then “entrapped” in narrower pore paths.
Positively charged electrostatic attraction “retains” even smaller negatively charged macro-molecular particles. Activated carbon filter agent absorbs odors, as well.
Shortening life in days SuperSorb®lasts about twice as long!
