
GV-B600U Brackets
The GV-B600U Brackets are required for installing the GV-ML600 electromagnetic lock on
the glass doors. With the GV-ML600 lock body mounting on the door frame, and the U
bracket attaching to the magnet faceplate from the GV-ML600, the glass door is secured with
the electromagnetic lock to enhance the security.

Note: To install the GV-B600U br ack ets, you will need to use the magnet faceplate, inner
hexagon wrench and washers, which are parts supplied wit h the GV- ML600
electromagnetic lock.

Installation
1. Place the U bracket on the glass door. The side with the holes should be facing the
electromagnetic lock.
2. Use the spacer to adjust the glass door.

3. Use the supplied inner hexagon wrench to secure the spacer and the glass with M4
screws. There are two sizes of M4 screws to secure the spacer, 6 mm and 8 mm. Choose
the appropriate size depending on the thickness of the glass door.

4. Place the Adjustable Plate on the Cover Plate. Adjust the position according to the
GV-ML600 electromagnetic lock’s position on the door frame.
5. Place the washers that come with the GV-ML600 on the outer side of the Cover Plate.

6. Secure the magnet faceplate from the GV -M L600 through the washers, the Cover Plate
and Adjustable Plate with the M8 (35 mm) screw by using the inner hexagon wrench that
comes with GV-ML600.
7. Attach the combination from Step 6 to the U bracket and secure it with M4 (11 mm)
screws.
