¡PELIGRO DE MUERTE Y ACCIDENTE
PARA BEBÉS Y NIÑOS! Mantenga las baterías fuera del alcance
de los niños. No deje las baterías sueltas sin vigilancia. Los niños o
animales domésticos podrían ingerirlas. En caso de ingestión, acuda inmediatamente a un médico.
Los niños o las personas que carezcan de los conocimientos o la experiencia
necesarios para manipular el aparato, o aquellas cuyas capacidades físicas,
sensoriales o psicológicas estén limitadas, no deben utilizar el aparato sin la
supervisión o instrucción de una persona responsable de su seguridad. Debe
mantenerse a los niños vigilados para que no jueguen con el aparato.
No deje nunca a los niños sin vigilancia con el material de embalaje. Podrían
asfixiarse con el material de embalaje. Los niños a menudo subestiman los
peligros. Mantenga siempre el aparato fuera del alcance de los niños.

Indicaciones de seguridad específicas del producto
Asegúrese de que el captador solar no esté sucio ni cubierto de nieve y hielo
en invierno. Ello disminuye la capacidad de la célula solar.
Indicaciones de seguridad para las baterías
¡PRECAUCIÓN! ¡PELIGRO DE EXPLOSIÓN! Utilice únicamente
acumuladores del tipo recomendado. Unos acumuladores / baterías
diferentes a los indicados podrían explosionar durante la carga.
¡PELIGRO DE INCENDIO! Los acumuladores no deben ponerse
en cortocircuito. La consecuencia puede ser el recalentamiento,
peligro de incendio o explosión de los mismos.
¡PELIGRO DE EXPLOSIÓN! No arroje nunca los acumuladores
al fuego o al agua.
Los acumuladores viejos o usados pueden liberar líquidos químicos que dañen
el producto. Retire por ello los acumuladores si no piensa utilizar el producto
durante un largo período de tiempo.
¡USAR GUANTES DE SEGURIDAD! Los acumuladores derra-
mados o dañados pueden provocar causticaciones en contacto con
la piel. Por ello, utilice guantes de protección adecuados.

Utilice solamente acumuladores de tamaño adecuado y del tipo recomen-
dado (véase capítulo “Datos técnicos”).
Preste atención a la polaridad correcta. Ésta se indica en el compartimento del
acumulador.
Puesta en funcionamiento
Montaje
Monte el producto tal como se muestra en las ilustraciones A-D.
Introduzca el producto en el suelo (césped, jardín de flores) lo necesario para
que se mantenga estable.
Asegúrese de que el producto se encuentre firmemente insertado. No monte ni
inserte el producto con violencia, p.ej. con golpes de martillo. Ello dañaría el
producto.
El zumbador del producto emite ondas acústicas cada 20 segundos durante
5 segundos.

Recarga de los acumuladores
La célula solar integrada del producto transforma la energía solar en energía
eléctrica, almacenándola en dos acumuladores NiMH.
La duración de la recarga de los acumuladores al usar la célula solar 2
depende de la intensidad de la radiación solar y el ángulo de incidencia de
los rayos solares en la célula solar 2. Para conseguir un resultado óptimo,
posicione el producto en un lugar en el que la célula solar esté expuesta a la
luz solar directa el mayor tiempo posible. Coloque la célula solar 2 lo más
vertical posible hacia el ángulo de incidencia de la luz.
Sustitución de los acumuladores
Sustituya los acumuladores cuando el periodo de funcionamiento disminuya
sensiblemente pese a una buena exposición a los rayos solares (véase figura
E).
Mantenimiento y limpieza
Limpie el producto frecuentemente con un paño seco libre de pelusas. En caso
de fuerte suciedad, use un paño ligeramente húmedo.

Eliminación de errores
Nota: El aparato contiene componentes electrónicos sensibles. Por ello, la proxi-
midad de aparatos de radiotransmisión pueden afectar al producto. En caso de
detectar daños en el funcionamiento, retire las fuentes de interferencias del entorno
del aparato.
Nota: Las cargas electrostáticas pueden producir fallos de funcionamiento. En tal
caso, retire los acumuladores durante unos instantes e introdúzcalos nuevamente.
Eliminación
El embalaje se compone de materiales reciclables que puede desechar
en los puntos locales de recogida selectiva.
Puede consultar las posibilidades de eliminación del producto en la administración
de su comunidad o ciudad.
No elimine el producto usado junto con los desechos domésticos - entrégelo en un punto de recogida selectiva. Diríjase a la administración
competente para obtener información sobre los puntos de recogida de
desechos y sus horarios.

Las baterías recargables no deben eliminarse junto a los residuos domésticos. Pueden contener metales pesados tóxicos que deben tratarse conforme a la normativa
aplicable a los residuos especiales. Los símbolo químicos de los metales pesados
son: Cd = cadmio, Hg = mercurio, Pb = plomo.

Avvertenze di sicurezza
PERICOLO DI MORTE E DI INFORTUNIO
PER INFANTI E BAMBINI! Le batterie non devono finire nelle
mani dei bambini. Non lasciate le batterie in giro. Persiste il pericolo
che esse vengano ingerite da bambini o da animali domestici. Qualora le batterie venissero ingerite, consultare immediatamente un medico.
Bambini o persone che non dispongono di conoscenze o esperienza sufficienti
nel maneggio di questo apparecchio, o le cui capacità fisiche, sensoriali o
intellettive siano ridotti, non possono utilizzare quest’apparecchio senza la sorveglianza da parte di una persona adulta che dia loro le istruzioni per la loro
sicurezza. I bambini devono essere sorvegliati affinché non giochino con
l’apparecchio.
Non lasciare mai i bambini inosservati con il materiale per imballaggio. Persiste
pericolo di soffocamento per via dei materiali d‘imballaggio. Spesso i bambini
sottovalutano i pericoli. Tenere i bambini sempre lontani dal prodotto.
Questo prodotto non è un giocattolo, non deve trovarsi alla portata dei bambini.
I bambini non riescono a valutare i pericoli che corrono con l‘utilizzo di prodotti
elettrici.

Avvertenze di sicurezza specifiche del prodotto
Fare attenzione che il collettore solare non sia sporco, o che in inverno non sia
coperto da neve e ghiaccio. Ciò diminuisce la capacità di rendimento della
cellula solare.
Indicazioni di sicurezza per le batterie
PRUDENZA! PERICOLO DI ESPLOSIONE! Utilizzare solamente
batterie del tipo raccomandato. Altre tipologie di accumula-
tori / batterie potrebbero esplodere nel corso del caricamento.
PERICOLO DI INCENDIO! Non sottoporre le batterie ad un
corto circuito. Ne possono derivare surriscaldamento, pericolo
d’incendio o scoppi.
PERICOLO DI ESPLOSIONE! Non gettare mai le batterie nel
fuoco o in acqua.
Dagli accumulatori vecchi o consumati possono fuoriuscire delle sostanze
chimiche che possono danneggiare il prodotto. Rimuovere dunque gli accumulatori quando non utilizzate il prodotto per lungo tempo.
INDOSSARE GUANTI PROTETTIVI! Batterie scariche o dan-
neggiate possono causare corrosioni in caso di contatto con la
pelle; in questo caso, indossare sempre guanti di protezione adatti!

Utilizzare solamente batterie delle dimensioni corrette e del tipo consigliato
(vedi al capitolo “Dati tecnici”).
Prestare attenzione alla polarità corretta. Essa è riportata nei vani portabatterie.
Messa in funzione
Montaggio
Montare il prodotto come descritto nelle figure A-D.
Assicurarsi che il prodotto montato venga inserito per quanto possibile nel ter-
reno (zona erbosa, aiuola di fiori) affinché esso sia stabile.
Fare attenzione che il prodotto sia posizionato in maniera salda e stabile. Non
esercitare violenza durante il montaggio e il posizionamento dell’apparecchio,
ad es. con dei colpi di martello. Ciò danneggia il prodotto.
Il cicalino contenuto nel prodotto emette delle onde sonore ogni 20secondi
per 5secondi.
Caricamento delle batterie
In presenza di raggi solari la cella solare installata nel prodotto trasforma la
luce in energia elettrica e la incamera in due batterie NiMH.
In caso di utilizzo della cella solare 2, la durata di carico delle batterie di-
pende dall’intensità dell’irraggiamento solare e dall’angolo di incidenza della

luce sulla cella solare 2. Per ottenere un risultato ottimale, posizionare il prodotto in un punto in cui la cellula solare sia esposta il più a lungo possibile
ai raggi diretti del sole. Porre la cella solare 2 possibilmente in direzione
perpendicolare rispetto all’angolo di incidenza della luce.
Sostituzione delle batterie
Sostituire le batterie qualora dopo un po’ di tempo la durata di funzionamento
del dispositivo si riducesse sensibilmente nonostante un buon irraggiamento solare (vedere la figura E).
Manutenzione e pulizia
Pulire regolarmente il prodotto con un panno asciutto e privo di peli. In caso di
sporcizia ostinata, utilizzare un panno leggermente inumidito.
Rimozione di errori
Nota: L’apparecchio contiene componenti elettronici sensibili. E’ quindi possibile
che apparecchi di trasmissione radio eventualmente posti nelle immediate vicinanze

lo disturbino. Qualora si rivelassero guasti nel funzionamento, rimuovere tali fonti
di disturbo dalle vicinanze dell’apparecchio.
Nota: Delle scariche elettroniche possono provocare disturbi di funzionamento. In
caso di simili disturbi di funzionamento, rimuovere per breve tempo le batterie e
reinserirle.
Smaltimento
L’imballaggio è composto da materiali ecologici, che possono essere
smaltiti presso i siti di riciclaggio locali.
Potete informarvi sulle possibilità di smaltimento del prodotto consumato dall‘amministrazione comunale e cittadina.
Nell’interesse dell’ambiente, quando il prodotto non è più utilizzabile,
non gettarlo nei rifiuti domestici, bensì smaltirlo in modo corretto. Informarsi sull’ubicazione dei punti di raccolta e sui loro orari di apertura
presso l’amministrazione locale competente.
Gli accumulatori difettosi o esausti devono essere riciclati in base alla direttiva
2006 / 66 / CE. Restituire le batterie e / o l’apparecchio tramite i punti di raccolta
indicati.

Uno smaltimento errato delle batterie può causare danni
all’ambiente!
Le batterie non devono essere smaltite nella spazzatura domestica. Esse possono
contenere metalli pesanti velenosi e devono essere trattate quali rifiuti speciali. I
simboli chimici dei metalli pesanti sono i seguenti: Cd = Cadmio, Hg = Mercurio,
Pb = Piombo.

BEBÉS E CRIANÇAS! As pilhas não devem ficar ao alcance das
crianças. Não deixe as pilhas espalhadas sem vigilância. Existe o
perigo destas serem engolidas por crianças ou animais domésticos. Em caso
de ingestão, procure imediatamente um médico.
Este aparelho não deve ser utilizado por crianças ou pessoas sem conheci-
mento ou experiência para o manusear ou que sofram de limitações das
capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou mentais, sem a vigilância ou orientação
de uma pessoa responsável pela sua segurança. As crianças têm que ser
vigiadas para evitar que brinquem com o aparelho.
Nunca deixe as crianças sem vigilância com o material da embalagem. Existe
perigo de asfixia. As crianças subestimam frequentemente os perigos. Mantenha o produto sempre fora do alcance das crianças.

Certifique-se de que o colector solar não se encontra sujo, nem coberto de
neve e gelo no Inverno. Tal reduz o desempenho da célula solar.
Indicações de segurança relativas às
pilhas recarregáveis
CUIDADO! PERIGO DE EXPLOSÃO! Utilize apenas pilhas
recarregáveis do mesmo tipo. Outras pilhas poderiam explodir
durante a carga.
PERIGO DE INCÊNDIO! As pilhas não devem ser colocadas em
curto-circuito. As consequências poderão ser o sobreaquecimento,
o perigo de incêndio ou explosão.
PERIGO DE EXPLOSÃO! Nunca atire as pilhas para o fogo ou
a água.
As pilhas antigas ou gastas podem derramar fluidos químicos, os quais podem
danificar o produto. Por isso, remova as pilhas se não utilizar o produto por
um longo período de tempo.
UTILIZAR LUVAS DE PROTECÇÃO! Ao entrar em contacto
com a pele, as pilhas recarregáveis danificadas ou que verteram

podem causar queimaduras, por isso, neste caso, deve utilizar-se sempre luvas
de protecção adequadas.
Utilize apenas pilhas de tamanho correcto e do tipo recomendado (ver capí-
tulo “Dados técnicos”).
Tenha em atenção a polaridade correcta. Esta é indicada nos compartimentos
das pilhas.
Colocação em funcionamento
Montagem
Monte o produto de acordo com as figuras A-D.
Certifique-se de que o produto montado está inserido no solo (relva, canteiro),
de modo a ficar estável.
Certifique-se de que existe um posicionamento seguro. Durante a montagem
ou a instalação, não exerça uma força excessiva, por ex. ao martelar. Isso irá
danificar o produto.
No verão, o produto envia ondas acústicas a cada 20segundos durante
5segundos.

Carregar pilhas recarregáveis
A célula solar integrada do produto converte a luz dos raios solares em ener-
gia eléctrica, acumulando-a em duas pilhas recarregáveis NiMH.
O tempo de carregamento das pilhas recarregáveis aquando da utilização da
célula solar 2 depende da intensidade da luz dos raios solares e do ângulo
de incidência da luz da célula solar 2. Para obter um resultado satisfatório,
coloque o produto num local onde o colector solar esteja exposto, o máximo
de tempo possível, à luz solar directa. Coloque a célula solar 2 o mais vertical possível em relação ao ângulo de incidência da luz.
Substituir pilhas recarregáveis
Se o período de funcionamento do dispositivo diminuir consideravelmente ao
longo do tempo, apesar de uma exposição a uma boa radiação solar (ver figura E), substitua as pilhas recarregáveis.
Manutenção e limpeza
Limpe o produto regularmente com um pano seco e que não largue fios. Em
caso de sujidade extrema utilize um pano ligeiramente humedecido.

Resolução de erros
Nota: O aparelho contém componentes electrónicos sensíveis. Por isso, é possível
que um aparelho que funcione com sinais via rádio na proximidade do relógio
interfira com o funcionamento deste. Caso verifique interferências no funcionamento, retire essas fontes de interferências do meio do aparelho.
Nota: Cargas electroestáticas podem causar interferências no funcionamento. Em
caso de tais interferências retire a pilha recarregável e coloque-a novamente.
Eliminação
A embalagem é composta por materiais recicláveis, que pode eliminar
através dos pontos de reciclagem locais.
Poderá obter informações relativas à eliminação do produto usado junto das autoridades locais.
No interesse da protecção do ambiente, não elimine este produto juntamente com o lixo doméstico; entregue-o num ponto de recolha adequado. Pode obter informações sobre os pontos de recolha e os
respectivos horários junto da administração responsável.

As pilhas recarregáveis não podem ser depositadas no lixo doméstico. Estas
podem conter metais pesados tóxicos e são consideradas resíduos perigosos.

Make sure that the solar panel is free of dirt and free of snow and ice in winter.
Otherwise the performance of the solar cell will diminish.
Safety instructions for rechargeable batteries
CAUTION! DANGER OF EXPLOSION! Use only rechargeable
batteries of the recommended type. Other rechargeable or single-
use batteries could explode during charging.
FIRE HAZARD! Do not allow rechargeable batteries to short-circuit.
Otherwise the rechargeable batteries may overheat, become a fire
hazard or explode.
RISK OF EXPLOSION! Never throw rechargeable batteries into
fire or water.
Chemical fluids that damage the product may leak out of outdated or used
rechargeable batteries. Remove, therefore, the rechargeable batteries when
the product is not required for any length of time.
WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES! If they come into contact with
skin, leaked or damaged rechargeable batteries could cause chemi-
cal burns; you should therefore wear suitable protective gloves at all
times if such an event occurs.

Only use rechargeable batteries of the right size and of the recommended
type (see section on ”Technical data”).
Ensure correct polarity. This is indicated in the battery compartment for the
rechargeable batteries.
Preparing for use
Installation
Install the product in accordance with figures A - D.
Make sure that the assembled product is inserted far enough into the ground
(lawn, flower bed) for it to be stable.
Make sure you keep proper footing and balance at all times. Do not use any
force when assembling or setting-up the product, e.g. hammer blows. This will
damage the product.
The buzzer in the product sends out sound waves for 5 seconds every
20seconds.
Charging the rechargeable batteries
The solar panel installed in the product converts sunlight into electrical energy
and stores it in 2 NiMH batteries.

The charging time of the rechargeable batteries when the solar cell 2 is used
depends on the intensity of the sunlight and the angle of incidence of the light
on the solar cell 2. In order to achieve the best result, set the product up in a
place where the solar cell will get direct sunlight for as long as possible. Place
the solar cell 2 as perpendicular as possible to the angle of incidence of the
light.
Replacing the rechargeable batteries
Replace the rechargeable batteries when you notice that the operation period of
this device has considerably reduced over time, despite full exposure to solar radiation (see figure E).
Maintenance and care
Clean the product regularly with a dry, non-fl uffi ng cloth. Use a slightly damp-Clean the product regularly with a dry, non-fluffing cloth. Use a slightly damp-

Troubleshooting
Note: This appliance has delicate electronic components. This means that if it is
placed near an object that transmits radio signals, it could cause interference. If
you notice that the device is malfunctioning, remove any sources of interference
from the area of the device.
Note: Electrostatic discharges may cause device to malfunction. In the event of
such malfunctions, remove the batteries briefly and reinsert them.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may
dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of
your worn-out product.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly
when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household
waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be
obtained from your local authority.

with Directive 2006 / 66 / EC. Return the battery and / or the device through the
appropriate collection facilities.
Improper disposal of rechargeable batteries can damage
the environment!
Rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with the household refuse. They
may contain toxic heavy metals and require to be handled as special waste. The
chemical symbols of heavy metals are: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead.

Achten Sie darauf, dass der Sonnenkollektor nicht verschmutzt oder im Winter
durch Schnee und Eis bedeckt ist. Dies verringert die Leistungsfähigkeit der
Solarzelle.
Sicherheitshinweise für Akkus
VORSICHT! EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR! Verwenden Sie nur Akkus
des empfohlenen Typs. Andere Akkus / Batterien könnten während
des Aufladens explodieren.
BRANDGEFAHR! Akkus dürfen nicht kurzgeschlossen werden.
Überhitzung, Brandgefahr oder Platzen der Akkus können die Folge
sein.
EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR! Werfen Sie Akkus niemals in Feuer oder
Wasser.
Bei überalterten oder verbrauchten Akkus können chemische Flüssigkeiten
austreten, die das Produkt beschädigen. Entfernen Sie deshalb die Akkus,
wenn Sie das Produkt für längere Zeit nicht benötigen.
SCHUTZHANDSCHUHE TRAGEN! Ausgelaufene oder beschä-

Schutzhandschuhe.
Benutzen Sie nur Akkus der richtigen Größe und des empfohlenen Typs (siehe
Kapitel „Technische Daten“).
Achten Sie auf die richtige Polarität. Diese wird in den Akkufächern angezeigt.
Inbetriebnahme
Montage
Montieren Sie das Produkt gemäß Abbildungen A-D.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das montierte Produkt so weit im Boden (Rasen, Blumen-
beet) steckt, dass es stabil steht.
Achten Sie auf einen sicheren Stand. Wenden Sie bei der Montage bzw. beim
Aufstellen keine Gewalt an, z.B. durch Hammerschläge. Dies beschädigt das
Produkt.
Der Summer im Produkt sendet alle 20Sekunden für 5Sekunden Schallwellen.
Akkus aufladen
Die eingebaute Solarzelle des Produkts wandelt bei Sonneneinstrahlung das
Licht in elektrische Energie um und speichert diese in zwei NiMH-Akkus.

Die Ladedauer der Akkus bei Nutzung der Solarzelle 2 ist abhängig von der
Lichtintensität der Sonnenstrahlung und dem Einfallwinkel des Lichts auf die
Solarzelle 2. Um ein optimales Ergebnis zu erzielen, stellen Sie das Produkt
an einem Ort auf, an dem der Sonnenkollektor möglichst lange direktem
Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt ist. Stellen Sie die Solarzelle 2 möglichst senkrecht
zum Lichteinfallwinkel auf.
Akkus austauschen
Tauschen Sie die Akkus aus, wenn die Betriebszeit des Artikels trotz guter Sonnen-
einstrahlung nach einiger Zeit merklich nachlässt (siehe Abbildung E).
Wartung und Reinigung
Reinigen Sie das Produkt regelmäßig mit einem trockenen, fusselfreien Tuch.
Verwenden Sie bei stärkeren Verschmutzungen ein leicht angefeuchtetes Tuch.

Fehler beheben
Hinweis: Das Gerät enthält empfindliche elektronische Bauteile. Daher ist es
möglich, dass es durch Funkübertragungsgeräte in unmittelbarer Nähe gestört
wird. Falls Sie Störungen in der Funktion feststellen, entfernen Sie solche Störquellen aus der Umgebung des Gerätes.
Hinweis: Elektrostatische Entladungen können zu Funktionsstörungen führen.
Entfernen Sie bei solchen Funktionsstörungen kurzzeitig die Akkus und setzen Sie
diese erneut ein.
Entsorgung
Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien, die Sie
über die örtlichen Recyclingstellen entsorgen können.
Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten Produktes erfahren Sie bei Ihrer
Gemeinde oder Stadtverwaltung.
