Liebert DS Belts
Liebert DS models incorporate an automatic self-tensioning
motor base which keeps constant tension on belts while
maintaining good sheave and pulley alignment.
100% neoprene rubber compound supports cords, dissipates heat and provides oil, heat and ozone resistance.
Four fabric plies top and bottom relieve stress on load-carrying cords for added flexibility.
Key Features
Cord tensile strength 18% stronger than a conventional belt, which provides greater strength and superior stretch resistance. 100% neoprene rubber compound increases belt strength while reducing belt wear and improving flexibility. Belt temperature runs cooler with better heat dissipation, improving belt life. Liebert belts are machined, matched and tagged as a set for optimal life performance. Belt design and material reduce belt dust.
