OPERATION
Remove the USB protective cap from the flash drive to expose the USB plug.

Insert the USB plug into the USB of your Personal Computer. The stomach area will light up. When the USB is reading or writing the stomach area will flash.

NOTES:
The flash drive works in any USB 2.0 port and is
backwards compatible with USB 1.1 ports.
Driver installation will not be necessary if you are using Windows 2000 or above. The flash drive will automatically be detected by the system.
The flash drive also works with Mac OS 9.X and above without installing drivers, but if your Mac does not have a USB 2.0 port it will revert to USB 1.1 operation.

might swallow the unit or bite the jeweled decoration.
Avoid dropping the product to prevent accidental damage to the
unit.
Do not disassemble the product, which will void the warranty.
Please cover the USB connector while not in use.
Always insert the product with the right side up.
Do not force the drive into the USB jack if you experience any
resistance. This will cause severe damage to the product.
Do not use or leave it in the following locations: direct sunlight, car
under the scorching sun, high humidity area, and erosive gas/liquid
area.

Emerson Radio Corp. warrants manufacturing defects in original material, including original parts and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase in the U.S. With your dated proof of purchase, we will provide repair service at no charge for labor and parts at an authorized Depot Repair Facility, or replace the product in our discretion.
For repair or replacement, pack your unit in a padded box, enclose your check or money order payable to Emerson Radio Corp. in the amount of $9.00 (not required by California residents) to cover shipping and handling costs, and enclose a copy of your proof of purchase. Send your unit to:

TO DISCONNECT THE FLASH MEMORY DRIVE:
(A) Windows 2000/XP/VISTA:
Double click on this icon ( ) located at the lower right corner of your screen; the "Safely Remove Hardware" window will pop-up. Select the name of the flash drive from the window and click the STOP button. Another window titled "Stop a Hardware Device" will pop-up. Confirm the flash drive name to be removed and click the OK button. A confirmation message will appear on screen letting you k
now it is safe to remove the flash drive. You can now
remove the device from the USB port.
NOTES:
Before unplugging the device from the USB port, please
make sure the message box "Safe to Remove Hardware" has popped up. You may lose the saved data if you remove the device prior to seeing this message.
Never partition your device when using the Windows
2000 operating system.
Removing the flash drive when the LED is ON or flashing
may result in data loss. Please follow the instruct
ions
above for proper removal.
(B) Mac OS 9.x or above:
Drag the flash drive icon into the Trash Can, and confirm to remove. The flash drive icon will disappear from the desktop and you can now remove the device from the USB port. Do not remove the flash drive until the flash drive icon disappears.
