This supplement provides INMETRO Hazardous Area Approval information for the 3622 electro‐pneumatic converter and the 3620J positioner. Use this in conjunction with information provided in the 3610J and 3620J Positioners and
3622 Electro‐Pneumatic Converter Instruction Manual (D200149X012).
Certain nameplates may carry more than one approval, and each approval may have unique installation/wiring requirements and/or conditions of “safe use”. These special instructions for “safe use” are in addition to, and may override, the standard installation procedures. Refer to the instruction manual 3610J and 3620J positioners and 3622 electro‐pneumatic converters.
