INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of your
new Carrousel Accumulator Conveyor.
The Carrousel Accumulator Conveyor has
many outstanding design features. They provide you the end user with a quality piece of
equipment you can rely upon for every day
operations.
Some of these features are:
1 Completely maintenance free unit. Your
new accumulator does not require any
greasing of bearings, chain lubrication
or adjustment of chain, changing of gear
oil, etc.
2 The main drive chain, which is the heart
and most critical component of any accumulator, is massive and completely
stainless steel.
3 Massive main chain sprockets to match
the main chain.
4 Completely removable main tray carri-
ers, without the use of any tools.

throughout this manual and should be carefully observed.
z Read all instructions before using equip-
ment.
z For your safety, the equipment must be
furnished with a properly grounded cord
connector. Do not attempt to defeat the
grounded connector.
z Install or locate the equipment only for its
intended use as described in this manual.
z Do not use corrosive chemicals in this
equipment.
z Do not operate this equipment if it has a
damaged cord or plug, if it is not working
properly, or if it has been damaged or
dropped.
z This equipment should be serviced by
qualified personnel only. Contact the nearest Duke authorized service facility for
adjustment or repair.
z Do not block any openings on the unit.
z Turn the unit off, disconnect the power
source and allow unit to stop before performing any service or maintenance on
the unit.
z The procedures in this manual may in-
clude the use of chemical products. You
must read the Material Safety Data Sheets
before using any of these products.
z The unit should be grounded according
to local electrical codes to prevent the
possibility of electrical shock. It requires
a grounded receptacle with separate electrical lines, protected by fuses or circuit
breaker of the proper rating.
z All electrical connections must be in ac-
cordance with local electrical codes and
/ or any other applicable codes.
z Disposal of the unit must be in accordance
with local environmental codes and/or any
other applicable codes.
