AHPO/EPO TRANSFORMER KIT INSTRUCTIONS
The transformer used for the low voltage lighting has been changed on the 230/415 volt ovens only. We
found that if operators were to mistakenly install bulbs over the 10W maximum that is speciîżed on the
oven that it could cause a failure of the transformer. To help to prevent this situation from occurring, we
have developed a transformer kit that includes; a new cover with circuit protection, revised wiring diagram
and replacement transformers.
DISCONNECT POWER1.
Remove side panel and disconnect fan.2.
Remove fan from panel and install on new panel.3.
Remove transformer for oven lights and replace with new transformer.4.
Remove transformer for proofer lights and replace with new transformer, connecting the 5.
circuit breaker in series with the secondary per the new wiring diagram.
Reinstall the new side panel and apply the new wiring diagram label over the existing diagram.6.
Replace all Bulbs with 10W bulbs provided in the kit.7.
Reconnect power and verify proper operation of the lights.8.
