AHPO & EPO PROOFER OVENS
IMPORTANT
In order to protect your oven and proofer lamp bulbs during shipment, they are packaged separately inside the oven cavity. To install the bulbs;
Turn the glass cover counter-clockwise to remove it.
Screw each bulb into a socket and replace the glass cover.
There are four complimentary spare bulbs. Put them in a safe place.
NOTE
For 208 and 240 volt ovens, you should be aware that sets of two bulbs are wired in series. This means when a bulb burns out, the adjoining bulb will go out but is not defective. Try a bulb that you know is good in the socket to be sure you are not replacing a bulb needlessly.
Ovens rated for 380 or 415 Volts are wired in parallel. Only the burnt out bulb will not be working. Each bulb that is not working should be replaced.
